I made an order. I payed the money. I got a confirmation email from paypal that the transfer had been successful. I waited ten days. I never got an email about any order whatsoever from shein. I contacted them. They resoponded with "you haven't payed for your order."

I placed my order on April 14th. I only ordered items that showed "expedited shipping" so I could get my order on time. Its been almost a month and still my order has not shipped! Every time I contacted customer services, I got the same excuse that they were moving warehouses which was causing the delay. They also promised my items will ship within 3-5 days. That was 2 weeks ago and still nothing! This is the most egregious type of false advertisement I have ever witnessed. I should have read the reviews! At this point, one would have to order clothes from this company 2 -3 months in advance to get their order on-time. Rubbish.

By far the WORST customer service I have ever come across. I ordered my merchandise April 10 and now it's May 8 and my purchase is still "processing." I have been back and forth with a customer service representative by the name of KELLY who keeps lying profusely. One day she tells me 3-5 business days, the next it's 1-2, then back to 3-5. They keep repeating this nonsense about "warehouse" issues. I've waited a month, and yet my items STILL haven't shipped. I have spent hours with customer service trying to get my goods. I am appalled at the customer service, the lying, and the complete scam that is this company. NEVER SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY. They wasted my time, energy, and money! AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY PACKAGE!

I thought I was the only one. I ordered three items and two and half weeks pass, i realize I never even got a shipment email. I see that it has been processing. I send an email and they offer to give me 500 shein points. A week passes. I still have no package. So basically I have been waiting for almost a month. I placed the order on the 14th of April, It's May 8th...? I'm going to wait one more week then go to my bank and file fraud because at this point I have no idea if this is a scam and I was dumb and used their 500 shein points to make another purchase believing their apology and that my package was on it's way. I'm sure I wont even get that second order until Christmas this year or never and who knows how the clothes even look. For all this, if i get the package, I really hope the clothes fit.

I just contacted Shein last nite... should have read the reviews before I ordered but I am new to this and naive... but not now. Asked them what's up about charging my credit card before order probably not out of China and how long this warehouse renovation/update is going to take as this seems to be their excuse constantly... they have not addressed the issue that I know of. But I did receive an email from them today saying my order #XZP******* may be delayed due to some shipping orders... I did not order anything with this shipping #. I also told them I did not order dress #******* but it is under my orders. What do you do... Do you help to resolve issues? What is your main purpose? Never heard of you until last night and wasn't sure what you do. Thank you in advance.

It may take longer to receive orders but the prices make it totally worth it. Also, ALWAYS read the reviews on the item you want to purchase because the sizing may be off and other buyer's reviews may help you to make the right choice so you don't have to send anything back. Lastly, I had a package that remained as "processing" for over the normal time it usually is. I emailed them about it and they responded within a few hours and had things squared away. Great customer service!

I have bought some dresses ans tops as well. I have liked most of them. Few tops I really wanted to return because material was very bad. I could not even pass them to someone. Return policy such as return shipping should be free for the customers satisfaction.

I really enjoy shopping with SHEIN. They always have the latest looks, within my personal budget. The quality of the items are usually pretty nice as well. There are a couple of issues they could improve on. One issue is providing more accurate sizing on individual items. I dislike having to return items, because of sizing. I also wish they would offer more plus and petite (skirts and dress) options in the exact same style they already offer. These two issues aside, I look forward to shopping with SHEIN again.

Would give this company 0 stars if possible. I've waited about 5 weeks now for a few shirts and overalls to be shipped to me because they're having "warehouse problems". By this point I should receive my order for free or at least receive a discount. Unbelievable. The first few weeks I contacted them and asked where my order was they said it was on the way... two weeks later I get another email it won't be shipped to me for another week. What is this! Will never order from this company ever again.

Sorry guys. It's not legit. :( I got duped. I ordered two small items on April 18 and didn't hear A THING until April 30th. I got an email apologizing for the delays (the common warehouse excuse) and a $5 credit, where they said they were rushing the order and it would ship in 3-5 days. Then, on the 6th day (May 4th, now) I received an email about further delays, now 5-7 days. I ordered on April 18th. And it's May 6th. Almost 20 days and my items haven't even shipped. I'll update this post with further news. Let's see how many more excuses they can come up with:/

EDIT--
Shein replied to this message and emailed me regarding an exchange. Their responses were very quick and helpful. Moving my review from 1 to 2 stars for good communication. Will update again when items are received.

EDIT 2--
I received the first piece May 22nd. According to the shein tracker, my second item just arrived in the US. The quality is about what I expected. Cheap, but the fit is fine. I will update again once I receive the final piece.

FINAL EDIT--
I left on a trip so I'm not sure when the final piece actually arrived, but it was delivered before June 7th. Overall. I do like the pieces I received. The quality is pretty good for the price, but I don't know if it's worth the headache. I did receive everything I ended up ordering so its up to you, but be aware you might be waiting 2-3 months to receive your items. I probably won't be ordering again.

Terrible service

A tried to return a dress that was MUCH smaller than expected. I went to return it but they don't give you a receipt with a return label. So, I went online to see their policy and they make you upload pictures of the item to get permission to return it. I am very busy right now and I put it off because it was kind of a hassle. I finally remembered and they said it was more than 90 days. I asked if they would at least give me store credit and they refused. I have NEVER written a bad site review, but this one deserves it. I would not suggest using this site.

I ordered three items and they said they were shipped on April 13th. I never received them, even though the tracking said they were delivered to me on April 21st. I've contacted the post office per Shein.com's instructions, to no avail. Since they didn't mail it insured mail, I can't file a claim with the post office to get my money back. I've asked them to re-ship my items or refund my money to no avail. I just get the same email back, your package shows delivered. GRRR

I just made an order and choose the express shipping and paid the extras as I need it soon. After my order I advice the online chat service that I leaving by a curtain date and will need my order by then. Please note the express shipping is 3-8 days and I needs my order in 15 day. I was rudely replied to My Kimi who told me that they still have a processing time of 3-6 days and they don't work on the weekend. She then shows me a fine print that says I says this and I tell her this should be by the options that say they will have a detail because or relocation or where it gives you the shipping opt at check out not in the small righting at the bottom, She basically told me if I don't like it she will cancel my order in which she done with not even an opt given to me or to try to find a reason to help. She spoke in slang words and had no conduct that I am a customer and has an option at me to just shove it. When I expressed how disappointed I was her response was not an apology but a simple is there any question I can help you with and a smiley face. I am so upset and disappointed in how Shein had dealt with my issue and the lack of trained staff. Please do not buy from them this is my second order and the 1st time I also had a problem. They always deliver late and have excuses and no solutions. They will take your order take the money then have a the FYIz after all is taken which is miss leading and unprofessional as no one read the fine print at the small bottom end of the screen when the ship opt is also at the check out with less info and no TNC.

2 Weeks Later...

The clothes came out cute and the same way they look on the website. The downfall is HOW LONG it takes to get here. I paid for expedited shipping (3-5) days and it got to me two weeks later. Also getting in touch with the company is very hard. They have no phone number, if you want to contact them it is through email. They get back to you days later. But overall the two week wait time after paying for expedited shipping is beyond annoying.
