I ordered my sunglasses about two weeks ago. I purchased two pair, two days apart. After a few days I received an email saying my first pair was shipped however, I could not track my shipment... still can't. Cut to this morning, I receive an email saying the second pair of sunglasses I purchased are out of stock and they don't know if they will be getting more, so they are just going to refund my money. That Blows! Cute merch... but can you say SNAIL mail!
Okay, so I read all the review and I was so torn by the negative reviews that I almost did not order. I'm so glad that I did not listen to the bad reviews. I am a XXL and ordered 4 dresses and one blouse that totaled under $100. Great! Unheard of. The wait time was not bad at all considering that fact that it did not ship from the US! I followed the size recommendation and everything fit as expected. The quality is equivalent to the price that I paid, but every stitch was in place. Soooooo, if you are like me and read the reviews first, take a chance.
I ordered clothes over a month ago. 6 dresses & a pair of shoes. I've received 1 dress, ordered it a size up, & it's STILL too small. It says you can track your package under my orders, but all it says is shipped. No tracking number. They sent me an email saying they credited me 500 points BUT they must be used within 15 days. So they want me to spend MORE money on their site before even recieving my initial order. I ordered these maxis as comfortable maternity wear. My baby will be born before I receive my packages. Do not order from this site!

Would leave zero stars if the system let me - absolutely the worst company I have ever ordered from. Paid the extra money for express shipping, ordered on 25/04/2017 & finally received today on 19/05/2017.
The staff gave the excuse of "warehouse relocation" which wasn't advertised upon purchase, however it seems they have been using this excuse for months looking at all the other reviews. I believe it has taken so long as the products are imported from China (was FINALLY able to see this on the tracking info when it was eventually updated).
Not only this, but I was offered no compensation for the express shipping cost (rip off), and the staff had no other excuse and couldn't even give me an estimate as to when I would receive my item (ordered as a birthday gift to which the date had far surpassed when eventually received)

I wish I can upload the picture here to show how terrible service from shein. I ordered a pair of shoes from them on 21th of April and waited forever for the items to be shipped. The website showed that there would be some delay from 3-5 days due to warehouse upgraded, but it should not be the excuse for the delay for nearly a month. I kept emailing and asking all the time for the wait and they kept saying the item will be shipped asap and if I cant wait they will do the refund for me. And because I still wanted to have the shoes, I still kept my patient to wait as they promise that they will try to send it soon to me. And guess, today they sent me an email saying that my shoes was out of stock. I couldnt believe how much disappointed and wasting time I spent. I did purchase in many online stores but this is the most horrible service I have been experience and should be in the rest of my life. Definitely never come back again

I know they are based out of china so my card that I used to order was used in China about 2 weeks after i ordered from their website! They took out $2,000 out of my account! Took 16 days for a delivery. Although the site says the orders are traceable there was no tracking option. When the order was placed there was no indication that this order was shipping from China. It is customer deception. Unacceptable! I will return without even opening the package.

I ordered my clothes almost a month ago and still have yet to get it. They sent me one out of six items that I ordered and they sent apologies for warehouse upgrade and shipping company issues giving 500 shein points which is literally useless to say the least. I can no longer pick up my items as I ordered to my college apartment and I came back home. I talked with customer service and the lady was not helpful at all. All I wanted was a full refund, but they made me contact fedex and told me there was nothing they could do and then the lady i talked just left the chat mid conversation. They tried to make it up by giving me 200 she in points that redeemable in 3 months. So ridiculous. Terrible customer service and quite frankly not helpful at all.
I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY CLOTHES OR A REFUND. As mentioned before I ordered to my school so currently my apartment landlord has it there. They said they would send it back, but the people at shein are telling me to print a return label attach it to the package and send it back. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO SEND IT BACK WHEN I DONT HAVE IT?! They keep telling me to ask my landlord or friend to pick it up or send it back. WHY should I have to get other people involved when it was a mistake on this companies fault. I have placed a total of 3 different orders with them and have never had a problem. The items are as described and returns is quick and easy if you select shipping insurance when placing your order. You get points for placing reviews and you can use them to buy items.
I'm just a little scared when I read some bad reviews of them but there are some good reviews so I think I never know until I try it because there are some good reviews too. I spended 100 $ for my order and I am more than happy with it. The size is perfect for me( it's asian size so it is maybe running little small). The color just like the picture. I love it.

The quality and fabric could definitely be improved but for the price, I think they actually are not that bad. They seem to be able to knock off current trends rather rapidly which is a plus for us people who cannot afford the real thing. There are definitely some diamonds if you search for them. The shipping time is the worst because mostly everything comes from China so expect about 2-4 weeks for delivery. This is not a site to buy from if you need a dress the next day.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
