Shady business

DO NOT BUY FROM SHEIN. They are so shady. Charged me return insurance but when I needed to return, they told me I need to pay shipping of $5.99 plus another $3 for shipping since the original order was free shipping to me(what the f)

After all my problems to make a purchase, i wrote that i cancel the order. I feel that they want to steal my personal information requesting different cards, driver licence etc. Immediately after my cancellation notice i receive note from them that everything is good and they send me the order. I wrote to them that i cancelled the order. And i received from them that order is already shipped. WITH TRUCKING NUMBER! I told them that I will complain to fraud unit. After that they texted that order has been cancelled and money will be returned! And there was no shipment was made. This is FRAUDULENT company on my opinion. I saved all conversations, so its all with proof

Stay away from this company. My order was delayed with several weeks and then it came is 2 separate shipments. I returned an item that came in the 1ste shipment, that went well, but upon returning an item on the 2nd shipment I was chargedoing the 5.99 return fee... which was a rip off as I paid the 1.99 shipping insurance fee. This company should shut down!

SLOW SHIPPING

Apparently they relocated warehouses so there would be a delay. I did qualify for expedited shipping but still took a while. Ships via DHL from Singapore. Out of the 6 blouses I ordered, I kept one. The sizing is WAY OFF. A XL is like a Small, some L items looked like XXL. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Only plus is that their jewelry is cute and very cheap.

I ordered my dress a few days ago for graduation thinking this website would be fast like alll the other websites i order off of. Well i was getting nervous because ITS GRADUATION, so i checked some of the reviews for this website and i saw so many negative reviews saying shipping took too long. I am nervous now because graduation is in 11 days and still nothing. My order isnt even processed yet. If my dress fails to reach me in time for an important day of my life I will never be buying from this website ever again.

I waited twenty days to received my items, but this company was keeping me informed on my order. They gave me 500pts for the delay. Once shipped I was able to track my order. The items were nice and materials were acceptable for the price you pay, although most did not fit because the sizes are not according to US sizing chart. This company are for smaller individuals. I gave a few items away as presents. Didn't bother to return any item because it's not free, and didn't want to wait another 3 weeks. I was satisfied with customer service! Won't buy here again!

I shop for my teen daughter's clothes on SheIn. We've been very happy with the price, material and cut (the way the clothing fits - it's geared for taller, slimmer bodies). The only complaint is the delivery time, it just takes so many weeks so you better not be in a hurry to receive the items.

My order took a month to get here. When I received it, one item was missing and it's been hell trying to get a refund. No one at this company actually speaks English, it seems. They keep asking me to "take pictures" of the items I did receive. Why can't they look my order up in their system? This has been the most bizarre online shopping experience I've ever had.

I've had some dresses that were great and others that were pretty bad but I'd say overall it's been a good experience. For the price you pay, definitely worth it.
Love the uniqueness of the clothes though.

My experience with SHEIN has been nothing but positive so far. They are true to the sizes displayed as long as you can convert to centermeters. It would be helpful to see them in inches or model size legth in feet. The quality and photos of what I received were spot on and better than what I typically find in local retail stores. Only down side is the delivery time is fairly slow. But to be fair they were in the process of moving warehouse location and posted a notice on their website stating this fact. Plus as mentioned in other reviews some items ship from china which you can expect longer delivery times. So if your not in a hurry it's worth the wait. I've continued to order over and over with this company and have been completely satisfied.

I bought 2 dresses in 14/05/2017 they said it will take 3-10 days and still nothing. I have no ideia where my dresses is... And one of them is for my mothers wedding, next weekend. I can't believe I'm gonna have no dress for that. We can't trust this shop.

All though I have not received my order yet, and paid extra for expedited shipping, I've received an email confirming that my order has been shipped, but it did not provide a UPS tracking number which makes me wonder if indeed it has been shipped. I wish I would have done my research prior to purchasing my item. I just thought about it after I read an article on scammers and Shein was listed. I hope it's not true and I really hope my order is on the way and expedited.

My order was included in "priority dispatch" and "expedited shipping" meaning I could get my order in as early as 7 days, or wait up to 2 weeks. I thought this was great, especially for an over seas company... BUT as expected, it was too good to be true. SheIn lies about shipping and delivery times. I waited 32 DAYS to receive my "priority" package. Absolutely ridiculous. I contacted customer service multiple times asking about my package and they just kept assuring me I'd get it eventually, and that I can contact them again once I get it.

So 32 days later I get my package... and an item is missing. No surprise there. While I will be keeping a lot of my items, I truly don't know if the hassle is worth the affordable prices. I could have paid slightly more at US stores and received items more quickly and with much better service and accuracy.

I have not returned yet, but I already know that their "hassle free" shipping is a scam. They say that a "return item" button will appear in the order history, but there is no button! Lovely, guess I get to deal with their terrible customer service again.

Minus ten stars for Shein.
Firstly no courtesy of sending an order confirmation email. Everyone just remained in their shell and for the 1st 7 days i was still wondering whether the order was placed even though the money had been deducted

Secondly they promised 3-5 days delivery and the items came years after.

And lastly, my order was shipped from GUANGZHOU CHINA (boldly tagged) and they claim to be in USA and Australia. I was still trying to convince myself until i opened the package and saw that i wouldn't buy those shoes for $5.00 talk less of the price i bought them on their site

First of all, the order confirmation email as well as shipment notification email was sent to [email protected].
Second, please note that before orders are shipped out, we need to process them, which normally takes 3-7 business days. But since many items you ordered are in demand, it had taken us more time to process your order. Your order was finally shipped out on May 20th.
Third, standard shipping to Nigeria normally takes 5-28 rather than 3-5 business days.
Fourth, we now have four warehouses all around the world. Your order was shipped out from the one in China as per the inventory and the principle of proximity.
Last but not the least, if you don't want the items received, you may refer to the Return Policy and ask for the return address via ticket.

Update... Shipping takes forever

So after my initial review, I was contacted regarding my order and given a tracking number within days if not hours after. It still took an additional week or so, and my order was split into to two shipments. So here's my advice, if you're ordering something for a specific event, order it at least one month in advance. Be sure not to click "confirm delivery" until you receive everything you purchased. As for the clothes and how they fit, my advice would be to pay close attention to the size chart for every item you want to purchase and read the reviews if they have any for that particular item. Most of my clothes fit but a few were too big and the material, although described as light and for the summer, was thick and heavy and more suited for the fall/winter season. Would I recommend using this site? If you have the patience to wait for almost a month for your items and don't mind taking a chance that some of the items won't be as described, go for it. They're not expensive but you will have to contact them in order to actually get a true estimate of when your items will ship. Since I have a store credit because one of the items they allowed me to purchase was no longer in stock, I will most likely purchase from the site again, but after that, I think I will just stick with purchasing clothes from actually stores. Does it cost more? Yes, but at least I know it fits, it's exactly as described and I don't have to wait a month to receive them.

I really wanted to give Shein a chance. After looking at several reviews on Youtube, I took the time our to ensure I looked at the size charts and everything. After spending almost $100 (which they wasted no time taking out of my account), here it is almost ten days later and the status still says "processing'. Last week there was a message saying there may be delays due to the holiday... what Holiday is at the end of April? And Now they say it's because of "warehouse upgrades". It's like they're making up an excuse as they go. Don't let the YouTube hype fool you, they only get those shipments out quickly so the You tuber can give them good reviews. While ordering, most of the items I selected were in stock or labeld "priority dispatching", so I'm not understanding why it would take so long. Total BS, now I have to decide if I want to take the chance and wait for God knows how long to get the clothes and hope and wish they actually fit and look like what I ordered or cancel and have STILL have to wait weeks for my full refund. So disappointed...

Don't order from SheIn that's all I have to say. Don't do it! I ordered my items (three shirts, a t-shirt, and two pairs of shorts) a month ago. Didn't hear a word from the company for two weeks (order said it was "Processessing".)Finally I write a ticket (their way of costumers summiting a complaint) and ask why I haven't gotten a tracking number it's been two weeks. They respond and say they were waiting on one of the shorts before they shipped everything. I asked them to just ship what they had, and please send me something, the items were supposed to be here by 4-7 days and it's been two weeks by that point. Then they try and cancel the entire order and refund my money! Luckily I stop them and say I want the items, so they ship two packages. One with everything and one with the one pair of shorts.
I wait. I wait two weeks. I have a tracking number but the site won't work.
Finally the clothes are delivered (month after ordering). Shorts are great. The three shirts are thin material, cheap and just not good quality. AND the t-shirt that was listed in the items in the package wasn't there! Just missing. No notice it was in another package, it was supposed to be there and I paid money for something I didn't get.
VERY unhappy with the whole experience, wish I could get my money back. Don't order from them, it's a hassle and items aren't worth the money or wait.

I have ordered and it's been MORE THAN A MONTH and I still haven't received my order! They keep saying it's in transit for more than 2 weeks every time I ask! All I can say is that I feel like they stole my money! Thieves! I will never order again this was my first time and it was the worst experience! The delivery takes a maximum of 20 days to be delivered to my country and now it has been more than a * month! Excuse my language but I am very angry! Every time I ask them about it all they tell me is to wait... I can't even track my shipment
