I ordered several items and used a $3 off coupon. I understand that they divide that amount among all your items so that if you return something, you get slightly less back than the individual item price so that you don't make money if you return everything. HOWEVER, 3 days after my payment/order I received an email notifying me that they had accidentally sold me an item that was sold out. When I got my refund, it was less than the item price due to this policy. I wrote a ticket to customer service stating that this was not fair, since I did not actually "return" anything - I never even received the item because they sold me an item they did not have. They should have refunded me the full amount of the item and then re-distributed the $3 off among the remaining items. I was faced with unprofessional responses and attitude from the representative, Kelly, who said "So you mean if you return the entire order back, we must issue the full refund plus the coupon code and points?". This was never what I said, and I re-emphasized that i did not "return" anything. Bottom line, poor policies and customer service if you are penalizing the customer for something that was your fault. I will be returning all my items when they eventually get here, never buying from here again, and letting all my friends know not to buy from here either.

This has got to be the biggest joke. I ordered my products on the 5th and got in contact with the company immediately to figure out when I would receive the items because they were a gift I was planning to take out of the country with me. Mind you I was getting "EXPRESS" shipping. They kept delaying due to them not having an item "ready" and even cancelled the item and gave me a partial refund for it. After 3 weeks of back and forth, different information from different reps - I finally get a notification from DHL that my package will be delivered on the 20th. Here we are on the 21th, I have no package and yet my delivery status is "delivered" - I contacted my bank and filed a claim. I should've known better because the first time I ordered with them, same thing! I'll never order with this site again, they're a scam and give everyone the same responses when you ask questions. Horrible company, horrible customer service!

Their stuff is really really cute! I bought a lot of outfits when I was going on vacation recently. The sizing can be true to size or the complete opposite, you kinda have to wing it and hope for the best. Clothes is more "true to size" than the bathing suits, so be careful! LOOK AT REVIEWS IF AVAILABLE!
Obviously they take a long time to arrive, but I mean everything is coming from out of the US so what do you expect?

Quality & fit can be a challenge, which is why you pay very close attention to measurements and reviews. Some of my favorite dresses have come from this site.

Considering customer service is by computer only, it's actually pretty good. I've never had any issues. They process returns quickly, and also helped me change my shipping address.

Shipping can be slow, but some items show up within days. It just depends on where it's coming from. Duh. Just allow plenty of time for an item to show up. It's free shipping half of the time, so why complain.

Do NOT buy

I ordered over two weeks ago and have not received a confirmation email, shipping email, or tracking number let alone my package! I've emailed customer service several times now trying to get answers but they have just been weaseling their way around things. Absolutely do not order from this sketchy site.

I bought more stuff so I could exceed the $99 limit to get Express Shipping which says 3-5 days. I ordered items on June 13th and its been saying Shipped for the past 4 days. Typically that means there is a tracking # available but all it says is "Departed Operations facility". Customer service is very unhelpful.

I found this website ordering something for my granddaughter. The prices were fantastic. The great selection of styles is fresh and new. I was surprised at the quality of the merchandise and have received many compliments on items I've ordered. You have to be careful of the sizing as some items run small. Check the measurements carefully.

I was weary from some of the online reviews but I ordered on June 5 & I was not expecting anything until July because the reviews say it takes a while & they quite clearly put their processing time & shipping time on their site. I received my order today 6/19 and I love all the items. I am traditionally an XS and I ordered all smalls & they all fit perfectly. Very economical - cute items. Happy

I ordered my bikini from here 5/30/17 and it is 6/18/17 still not here. They have emailed me that the delays were due to the upgrades they had to their warehouse. Eventually they sent another email saying it was going to be delayed again and gave me the option of canceling the order for full refund or continue to proceed. I chose the option to cancel my order and couple days later they told my item shipped. I guess i'll wait for my product to come in, but I would definitely not recommend shopping here unless you want your items a month later.

To everybody complaining about the shipping and quality,
I have ordered quite a few times from Shein and I am fairly satisfied. They give us free shipping, what do you people expect from that? Nobody's gonna ship your items the next day for free, have patience for what you don't pay for. Also, look at the reviews carefully before purchasing, so that you won't regret anything. Be smart shoppers. -_-

Ordered a jumpsuit over a week ago. Received a shipping confirmation email with instructions to track my package. I was told to login. I didn't remember my password, so I clicked the "forgot password" and it said they sent a link to my email to change my password. Never got an email. Now I can't event track it. Ordered it for a friends birthday on June 21st, haven't heard from them yet. If I knew id take months, i would have ordered months ago.

Nice material and quality but the fit is a little strange. It's nothing major but be aware the sizes may come different than what you would expect. Other than that, very nice products.

I placed my order on 6/2/17 and it never came. I asked Shein and they said it has been shipped out. If I click the tracking it shows "label created and information sent to the Fedex" for three days now. I had to call Fedex to find out the location for my package, but they said they don't have it because the seller has not shipped out yet. SheIn is LYING! WATCH OUT GUYS. I have to go shopping for my vacation coming up this weekend.

Feeling Scammed...

I ordered a pair of yoga leggings and was so excited to receive them! They looked so beautiful and comfy! I placed my order on 6/5/17 and it's now 6/14/17. I never received any e-mails containing an order number or even a confirmation. I looked through my bank account, seeing if there had been a payment made to Shein. I was hoping that maybe this was my own mistake and I hadn't really ordered the leggings. But nope, right in my account is a listed payment of $10 to Shein.com. I never received a confirmation e-mail or anything. I checked my Shein account too, and there is nothing listed in my orders either! But I made a payment for this leggings, and my bank records show this.

I have just spent most of an hour trying to return an item. Instructions do not correspond with what I see on the page, no 'return button' and no way of contacting this $#*! company to ask, how to get rid of this inferior garment of poor quality. Do yourself a favour and avoid getting involved with these people!

It is a scam

Don not buy! When you check out they say pay 1.99 for free returns and then they mail you your items in different packager at different dates. When you try to return them then they charge you $ 5.99 if you have to mail in a second package. WTF! What the hell does free returns mean?

I read the reviews before ordering and some said it was great so I ordered from Shein I will say I got my clothes 4 days later so that wasn't an issue, but I got my clothes and they looked like they were children sized, I got a jacket and it was stitched as an extra small on one arm and a small on the other. I guess I shouldn't expect that much out of the quality because they are made from sweat shops. I hope I get my money back though!
