I love Shein

I love shopping with this website. I usually buy thu fa after carefully reading the reviews and looking at the pictures the customers post. So far, I have lived everything I have purchased. They usually reply quickly to emails and have even refunded me when I accidently made a purchase which I did not intend to. Overall, great customer service!

This bikini wouldnt fit Barbie, and guess what? No returns, I'll never let my daughter have me buy anymore ship from China crap, took care gave 1/2 refund, satisfied now

The sizes on our site are not standard US or UK sizes, thus we have measurements on the each product page for your reference when purchasing, hoping to make it easier for you next time.
And according to our return policy, we do not accept the return of swimwear.
How about you keep this item and we refund half of cost to you for compensation?

I love everything i have ordered (and I have ordered a lot!). A few times the delivery was postponed but shein gave me bonus points for the delay! I always have items on my waitlist, so it works out great! The quality of the clothes I've received have been very nice. Two things I ordered were a bit too small for me but were well received as gifts to a friend and my daughter. I just reordered the item in the next size up. My favorite way to find outfits is to explore on the style gallery. You can really get a clear idea of how items will look from people who have previously purchased, as well as, different ways the same item can be styled!

I've ordered twice from this site and received the items (not fast by any means), however on my third order to the same delivery address, the package has been lost. The status of FedEx smart post hasn't updated since 6/14 (it's last update showing that it departed a facility that's 20 mins from me!), so I reached out to FedEx. They said since it hadn't been updated in 10 days that it's probably lost. I copy and pasted my online chat with FedEx into my ticket and have not received a response about the status of my refund in days. I will not be taking another chance on this company.

I bought two pairs of shoes from this website, both pairs are poorly made with cheap materials and strong toxic plastic smells from China, one pair flats is deformed and unwearable. When I contacted the Customer service they told me to mail them back and they will only cover the return shipping fees if the items are defective which they are, so I paid $17USD to ship them back for refunds and emailed them a copy of the receipt. One of the customer service rep said it was noted on my account. But then a few days later when they received the package, they only refunded the amount for the shoes and not the return shipping. When I contacted them again, a different customer service rep said they only "noted" the return, but not agreed to cover the return shipping. It was totally misleading and lied to your customers. I would never buy from this site ever again! And telling everyone I know to stay away from this site. Don't waste your time and money!

Update: Shein CS contacted me after seeing this review, they agreed to offer 1/2 of the return shipping cost as compensation. I feel I wasted so much time & effort on this order, never again.

Their website has really cute clothes, but they aren't the best quality. If you don't mind waiting a month for "express shipping" it's fine. But make sure you don't need the clothes right away. I had to ask customer service when my items would be shipped because they were sitting in the processing stage for 2 weeks. I ordered on June 5th and all of the pieces have not arrived yet. 3-5 days has turned into 22 and counting. Pretty sure the bloggers that say it's a good website are all getting paid.

Ordered dress June 16, today is the 26 still have NOT received! No number to contact, unable to track, and contacted online support all i got in response was "Welcome to SHEIN, we apologize to keep you waiting for a while in this busy season. I never heard of SheIn before however I decided to give it a try, I paid for the extra fast delivery service as I am going on holiday on the 5th of July. I placed my order on the 21st of June with a confirmation saying my item is out for shipping on the 23rd... so nothing strange there.
I checked my tracking number and followed the links I was given to see my parcel's tracking however every time i go on it, it says that my tracking number isn t recognised, and when i check on the actual SheIn website my order appears as - NULL... what the hell does that mean? I am now growing more and more worried that I will not get my clothes in time for my holiday. Please help! <3

I was skeptical my first time ordering as you can't always be sure when ordering from websites. I was pleasantly surprised once my order came. Good quality, huge selection, great styles, & even better prices. I had an item arrive that didn't fit and retuning wasn't much of a hassle either. I've ordered from the site now about 6 or 7 times and will for sure be ordering again. Worst thing is sometimes items take a while to be delivered but if you order in advance you will be fine.

I ordered on June 9th. I was told on June 17th my order had been shipped. I bought enough to get the 3-5 business day shipping free. I have emailed throughout the week with them, and they assured me the item was on the way even though the tracking information did NOT show that. I just went in today, and it JUST showed the item was picked up. I was lied to the entire week. The communication from the company was always quick, but my issue is they were lying about saying the item had already been shipped to me. I will update once I do receive the clothes, but its tough to do business with a company that lies and misleads you.

I put in my order last week, and qualified for express shipping. However, I only received part of my order. Based on tracking, the second half of the order has not yet left Singapore?! There is not even an expected delivery time frame for it. I've ordered from this website in the past, and shipment was pretty fast, what's is going on this time? Also, when I placed my order, I was not offered the option to add the return premium. There was not even an option at payment to select that when I was making the purchase last week. Am I now stuck with the $5.99 handling fee if I decided to return something?!

Clothes I can actually afford! Sure, shipping is slow, but I don't mind waiting, especially if it's free and if it's coming from a long distance (China). They have made up for it by giving me free Shein points for my next order which is great because then I'll save even more. The clothes I've received have been decent quality, not the best quality in some shirts, but honestly I don't mind. The designs are always as pictured!

I used this site once to purchase three articles of clothing for my daughter. I had yet to receive any clothing or package, and about two weeks, later, i had refunded the order, keeping in mind that i created 3 tickets within this waiting process, and several representatives of your so-called site lacked the ability to assist me. Now i am currently waiting for an apology, along with a refund. This site is terribly disgusts me, as i am a struggling at- home mother with no experience with online ordering and hardly enough money to afford it. I live paycheck to paycheck, and just once, i had decided to treat my daugher with something online, just to find out, it scammed us out of the little money we had. PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE AND UNDERSTAND THAT WE NEED OUR MONEY BACK AND HAVE BEEN WAITING WEEKS TO RECEIVE IT.
