I ordered for quite a huge amount and the customer service asked for verification of my payment details which is fine as the bank account and the delivery adress is on a different name. After verification they deducted the amount again! Since than (almost a week) I am trying to get the money back, but have to deal with a representative of the customer service who constantly replies in German even if I raised my ticket in English (with such a German as if she was using Google Translate) and simply replies unrelevant details like I should wait for delivery for the money to be transferred back instead of taking care of the payment.
Honestly, this is quite simple: payment deducted twice, transfer back the second one!
I bought 7 items and I tried to review because it is really cheap looking of the matearial and the color is different from the picture display! Shein denied my review! And I tried to review possitive comments then they approved!

After waiting two weeks received some strange dress; looking like a bad copy of that one on the pick. Has diffrent style and colors. When asked CS why got info about returning label. My question is why i have to pay for something I didn't ordered and wait long time to receive money back? It will be full return?

I placed an order on july 22nd and received my item on july 3rd. I was a bit iffy while placing my order, but it eventually came in great shape and i love my shirt! Shein has great dupes for cheap prices. I will likely order from shein again :)
My items took over 2 weeks to arrive at my house, even with expedited shipping. I was able to contact a customer service rep and ship half of the items, but the other half took over a month to arrive. The sizing and fabric was terrible, plus half the items didn't fit me even thought I meticulously took at matched all of my measurements. There were many loose strings on my clothing and I was very disappointed in my purchase. Do NOT be fooled by the trendy pictures, because I guarantee that a cotton blend adult medium dress will not come as it seems.

Not only is the returns process the most complicated I have ever come across for an on-line clothes retailer you also have to pay the return postage - in my case from UK to Belgium! Very misleading not to state this on the website.

Ordered goods, received a package with one item missing. Took 6 weeks to arrive. The stitching on the jumper was a different colour to the item itself (bright yellow stiching on a green jumper. Crazy! The quality on the products are horrendous. They won't give a refund for the missing item. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, just flush you money down the toilet it's easier.

I've ordered from Shein many times and have been satisfied with many of my purchases. The key to this site is to know your measurements! Some times I wear an extra small in items and sometimes I wear an extra large! It's all about reading the size chart and choosing the correct size for your measurements. Another key is to read what the item is made of and then there will be no surprises. I think those people that give Shein a bad review just don't take the time to do those 2 important things and then are disappointed when an item doesn't meet their expectations! I've also returned a good number of items and have had no issues- follow their directions with regard to returning and the money is refunded promptly. Overall, I give Shein 5 stars!
My first order from SheIn was a bit of a challenge because I didn't know how funky the sizes can be and I didn't know about returns. Now, 7 orders later, I have it all figured out.
First, ya'll need to know your measurements. Don't assume a Medium is a Medium, look at the measurements they provide you! I'm normally a Medium but have found myself ordering Large or Extra Large on some items and they fit perfectly.
Second, GET THE RETURN INSURANCE! Its $1.99 and its SO EASY. I will order a bunch of items, get the insurance, and easily return the items I don't like or don't fit. After you confirm the delivery, the "return items" link will appear *if you got the insurance*. Then you select the items you wish to return and they email you a shipping label. On one order the link didn't appear, so I submitted a ticket and told them which items I didn't like... bam, shipping label showed up in my email.
If ya'll will simmer down, use a little common sense, and be patient... you will LOVE shopping with SheIn. Cute stuff for great prices!

Placed an order once and after waiting about 1 month for my order, found out it hadnt been shipped due to inventory. I cancelled and requested my money back, so they gave me "500 Shein points" to make up for it. I tried giving it a shot again and turns out the points weren't able to be redeemed because I had to "confirm my order".....the one that was cancelled! Good luck trying to get anything. If you do, plan to get it in a year....don't depend on a short term delivery. It's worh paying more and ordering from a site like Lulus.....they definitely give a better experience.

Ordered items got express shipping 3-5 days yet items weren't shipped out. When I emailed to ask the status and express that I needed them by a specific time I was told 7 days processing and then shipping. Then my order was cancelled without my knowledge and now they say 10-21 days for a refund. No explanation other than because I asked a question the assumed I didn't want the items. Now WTH is my money.

My issue with SheIn, thus far, has been their Return Process. It is the most convoluted return I've ever attempted with an online purchase. Making it more frustrating, I am not allowed to speak with anyone by phone for return questions--instead, the customer is required to submit "tickets" with questions. Then, the customer must wait for Shein to respond by email in a day or 2 or however long it takes, and if the question is not answered or resolved, then it's back to square one: submit another ticket with another question. Meanwhile, the return window is shrinking. My specific issue: To return items from an order, the customer must find their order online and choose the "confirm delivery" option. After that is done, a Return button is supposed to display. It is not displaying on my end, therefore I cannot even request a return for any of the nearly 20 items that I ordered. I am out over $300, and am beyond frustrated as I write this.

Ordered £45 worth of clothes. Very poor quality and sizing. Returned to adress given by Shein had to pay £6 to return. They say return is lost and never recieved. So lost £50. Very angry at being taken for a fool. Never again.

This site is amazing! The customer service is really friendly. The clothes are not only affordable but the quality is really good and unique! Only problem is that shipping takes really long but all in all, shop right away at Shein!
I decided to try Sheln, after seeing it pop up on my pc everyday. The dresses looked really adorable at an affordable price. Everything I ordered has been really nice and cute, and I am very satisfied. Items arrived relatively quickly, and any issues I've had are easily resolved through the live chat, as they are very helpful. Returns have been easy also. Love this company so far.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
