I purchased from Shein a couple of days ago and paid for express shipping. However, my order is still being processed and i'm afraid that i wont receive it before the 22nd august, as im going on holiday. Would like to know when my order will be put through and when i should be expecting to receive it..
Bought 2 bath suits based on the measurements they give on their website. One was suppose to be a bit snug in reality this was too big and didn't even cover my boobs. The other one that was suppose to be big couldn't even go up my legs. I lived chat with Katheleen with back and forth stupid request from them. Asking me to measure it and take a picture of me measuring it. WTF is this! At the end they refused to offer me a full refund despite they putting wrong measurements on their website. Furthermore the customer support katheleen ended the chat on me when I questioned them why I wasn't getting a full refund. Disgusting customer support. I will never shop with them again and will warn everyone to stay away from this company. Very sketchy company I am going to report them.

For the size problem, our size guide converts international standard sizes. As products on our site are manually measured, please be noted that there may be up to a 2 cm difference between actual size and listed size.
If the measurement differs much from that on our website, please do us a favor to attached some pictures for checking. (Please put the clothes without any folding and measure on it.)
If the problem is confirmed, we will certainly process the full refund to you for compensation. And I will report your comments to our manager to improve the items.

You do please know that we take it as an exception for you, we issue the refund even through we still didn't receive the package yet, but it seems you didn't appreciate it yet, but took such prejudice to our site, it is not the correct attitude to solve the problem, please just calm down, and cooperate with us to solve the problem.

I have recently purchased more than £200 worth of clothes on Shein. 1. I had to wait for ages before receiving my order due to one item not available in the stock, but they don't show this when you about to purchase on internet. If I knew I needed to wait for so long before chasing the customer service I would have not bought the item. 2. The actual products were mostly poorly made which indicates massive mismatch between reality and website pictures. 3. When I asked for return to refund I was asked to pay for the shipment by myself. This means for any purchase that you are dissatisfied with if you don't order in the US, that's international shipment costs to be considered.

I returned 2 items, ( I have the receipt from USPS)... they said on July 26th that the refund would arrive within 20 days. It is now October 9, and NO refund yet. When I write in my order number, their excuse is that " it's the wrong order number" so that they can keep my money. I ordered from them twice, and I am ( again) giving them both order numbers. They will respond with " sorry you are having trouble, your refund will be posted to your credit card "... but where is it?

I did my first purchase from Shein, and will not be shopping again. The quality is awful. The returns policy is the biggest nightmare ever, which I still havent figured out yet, AND they won't even allow you to return a bikini. The bikini was so tiny I couldn't even get it over my head, yet I still cant return it - ridiculous. All other online shops let you return bikinis. Its been a bad experience, I wont be coming back and would advise anyone from shopping here.

My first order of four garments was ok, three items fitted fine, have washed well and still look good. I have to say that I was put off my the returns system so decided to keep the fourth garment, seemed easier than returning it. And I was right! My second order of four tops had to be returned, ordered large but none of them fitted and I'm not huge!. Returning is a nightmare. You have to open tickets and photograph the items and parcel as proof of postage, why? The free return label emailed to me wasn't recognised by the post office so I had to pay £5.80 to send back to Belgium. To add insult, today I have been credited back to my PayPal account, but not the full amount. There is no explanation of why I've been deducted over £1 to return goods. So, I am almost £8 out of pocket for the experience. I will never be shopping here again. I can order from Zara whose goods come from Spain and return free using the label supplied with the delivery note. I am not therefore paying to shop there.

I ordered 3 items (large) I was at first impressed with the pretty tops, how wrong could I be, two I could hardly get over my head if they were for a 12 yr old would have been fine. I contacted the company and they sent a pre paid return label, all fine so far until I went to thelocal post office they refused to accept it as it wasn't on their system, I then had to go to the main Po who reluctantly agreed to take it but couldn't give me a receipt and no guarantee of getting it back to Belgium. Several emails later to the company I finally this morning received a email saying my account has been credited only to find £14 instead of the £27 I had spent. Be warned.

First I found the site on facebook and I was so impressed with all their clothing so I decided right away to ordered but I forgot to read the reviews about Shein I purchased worth of $152 and on the next day I found they charged me $4 for express shipping. The package arrived with in 5 days only which is really fast! Then Before they deliver my package the DHL company called me that I have package from Singapore and I have to pay like $205 I think, as I remember more than $200 so I refused I told them that no I wont accept and pay any taxes or duties for that it is more than the amount that I ordered from them I a very upset so I contacted customer service that are really terrible because they don't have contact number only chat on their site so but anyway one of their customer service said I used International site. But it's not exactly right they try to scam people so I asked to give my full refund or else I will file a complain! Then They refunded my money. I wish I read the reviews about their site before I order anything. So BEWARE!

After about a month of headache emailing Shein back and forth to agree on return shipping prices that they scammed me on, I finally sent back the items. It's been more than a month since they received my return packages and I still haven't gotten my refund. They told me it would take 10-20 business days for it to process. It's been 25 business days. This is so ridiculous. I just want my money back already.
I would never ever shop at Shein. Yes, you'all be satisfied with about half the clothes you receive, but the other half is either terrible material or looks nothing like the online pictures. The return is then the biggest headache of your life. I received so many emails during memorial weekend with free shipping and return deals, which is why I proceeded to order twice over that weekend. However, when I wanted to return a couple items from both orders, their customer service rep, Camille, told me that I don't get free returns because I used the international site, instead of the U.S. site. I clicked into the website through my email... We then sent about 25 emails back and forth where she was rude, had terrible grammar, had terrible service and finally agreed to give me free returns on only ONE order. I don't understand how a company can advertise free returns and then blame the customer for using the "wrong" website LINKED to the email. When she finally gave me the shipping labels (one that I still have to pay for because at this point it was too much of a headache for me to argue anymore), the post office said she gave me first class shipping labels that only allow packages of 13 ounces, which is less than ONE pound. I emailed her telling her the situation and she responds that I only have five items and so the weight should be fine. And that if the USPS does not allow it, I would have to pay for the return fees through my own expenses. Excuse me. FIVE ITEMS for 13 OUNCES?! This company is actually ridiculous and tries in every little way to squeeze the extra dollars and pennies out of their customers. They do not at all care about their customer satisfaction. I will never shop here again.
I have purchased some items since the 24th of June and it is now the 4th of August and my items have not been shipped as yet... as a matter of fact I have chatted with them via their online chat service and they promised that I will receive the order in the next 15 days and I haven't yet, furthermore since then I have contacted them again and they have been ending the chats. I have ask them to refund my account and they said no. Shop at you own risk these people are scammers.

When I made my first purchase, I was a little nervous. I had bad experiences with wish and a few other online stores. Cheap material, clothes that didn't come close to fitting even if I went by the measurements.
That is not the case with SHEIN at all. Every single item has fit me perfectly and has been of either decent or really good quality, which is amazing, especially for the prices. I've now ordered at least 10 different times and haven't felt the need to return anything. I am always careful to read descriptions and reviews however. I will definitely continue to shop on this site.
Every time I have an issue Shein staff always emails me back within the day. I've used other apps before and Sheins customer service is the best yet. They are always willing to make their customers happy.
I ordered $95.00 worth of items from SheIn on JULY 10TH. I've only recieved one package which had two out of my EIGHT items. I am very upset and i'm starting to believe i've been scammed. I've been trying to track my package using the shein app and it keeps saying the same thing. It is now JULY 31ST and I know for sure that I am never ordering from this sorry excuse of a website ever again.

The return process is terrible. I had to return almost everything I ordered because the sizes were so off, so I got a ticket, I got the print out for the return and I returned it to the poststation. Up until then everything was fine. But that was a month ago.
The Customer Service always tries to write me in German (which is either obviously badly translated by google translator or someone that is learning for about 3 months) eventhough I write in English. I don't even understand what they're trying to tell me in German most of the time, and I'm a native German. Anyway, I've been waiting for my money now for ONE MONTH and I had to send the package to Belgium, which is only a few hours from where I live. As proof they asked me to take a picture of the package before sending, and I did. Well, doesn't really help. Now I'm waiting for my 70 for a MONTH. I read in another comment below that legally online retailers have to refund and return items within 14 days, under the' The consumer contract Regulations', so I will also have to take this further if it doesn't get resolves ASAP.

I have ordered from site a few times, a few small things here and there before placing a substantial order. Few mis haps with sizing, but expected with these sites.
My last two orders however never showed up, I ordered again in good faith, and although I have paid for goods, I have not received, despite advice from shein asking if my "neighbor" picked up the parcel. I have been let down yet again, do not rely on these guys!

Ordered and sent over half the stuff back but apparently nearly three weeks later they claim they never received the return and I need to send a proof. Having read loads of those return issues with Shein I believe I will never get my money back and they are just a scam! Horrible to steal from people and not caring at all. I order all the time online and return from others retailers but never had a return issue or they haven't received it especially retailers who are sitting abroad like Cos. They always received returns. Interesting that only Shein seem not to get the returns. Stay away from them!

I have ordered several times from this site. I'm always satisfied with my orders. One time I had to return something, and It was easy.
I placed my order on July 15, paid for "expedited shipping" and I still have not received my ONE item I purchased. I contacted customer service 3 times and I just get the run around. The tracking webpage gives me no information whatsoever on my package location let alone when I am going to receive it. Earlier I live chatted with 'HONEY' and she told me the same thing other representatives have told me, "Expedited shipping is 5-7 working days and the item was shipped out 7/17/17 and that they are sorry", Its been 9 working days and nothing. Total let down.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
