Worst site to buy.!

I bought Stripe top and it didn't fie me well. I asked for return but these stupid people, they are asking me to return it and pay by myself...!
What the hell...! Their bloody garment didn't fit me well i paid them online. They should take it back, it is their responsibility and now they are refusing to arrange someone to take it back.,,!

Also the fabric quality is super bad...!

Please don't buy anything from this stupid site.

I purchased from Shein about 4 days ago on August 16 and I chose express shipping. However, a couple of items have been shipped (not delivered) and the other majority of my order is still being processed and I'm afraid that I wont receive the items that have not been processed yet before Sep 6, as I'm leaving for 10 MONTHS. I would like to know when my order will be put through and shipped and if it will actually be shipped within 2-4 days, and when I should be expecting to receive it. I'm really worried.

I have ordered several times from this company. I have been very pleased with the items. The prices are great and the quality are decent when you compare to the price. I have seen similar items at astronomical prices so I appreciate that these are copies at a price I can afford. If you are in a rush for an item I would advise don't order from here but if you have patience, it's a great place to purchase!

Terrible

Ordered 2 shirts after reading it would be 6-8 business days and it's now been 2 weeks and i'm about to move to a new address. I have contacted the company to get an update on my package since the tracking hasn't updated at all and I have received no response. I am extremely frustrated and will never shop from this company again. TERRIBLE!

I first found out about SheIn through a advert on Facebook. A very trendy dress was portrayed by a model and that caught my eye and for some reason, I have never really shopped for clothes online before, I decided to order that dress and I was impressed with the quality. Their have been plenty of miss as well, but their customer service is good and they are polite. The one side for us Aussies is that to return we need to send it to the States and we have to spend and that becomes very expensive. They have very trendy clothes at affordable prices. SheIn is one of my all time favorite online stores.

Decent stuff

I only ordered a bikini from this site but they sent me a confirmation and a working tracking link. The strings on the top were really short and look cheap. Plus, my bottoms didnt fit but i realized they wouldnt after checking the sizing guide. Its really too bad they dont allow any exchanges or returns, id really like that option available. Also my order got delayed which the site didnt warn me about until after id received it. I didnt appreciate that. I hope they get it together as a business but i probably wont buy from them again either.

I recently placed two orders with SheIn and am far from satisfied. I purchased 14 items in total and only TWO are worth keeping. Two came with a strong chemical smell, I didn't even try them on and five were not sized according to the size chart in one way or another. One shirt was a crop top even though it wasn't listed as a crop top, one looked sloppy and not like the picture, and a sweater I bought was extremely itchy and gave me a rash when I tried it on. On top of it, I used the App which is apparently International only so I didn't have the option to purchase free return shipping. It better not cost a lot to return. At this point I don't want to order from here ever again.

Shein is an excellent online store, when i made my first purchase in this site i was in love with everything i bought.
Shein is absolutely fashion and trending.
I like the huge variety of clothing that they sell and they provide many coupons that i can use in my purchases. I had recommend Shein to many of my friends and they are in love with the store.

I decided to give Shein another chance after my first experience. I received my order the first time in a little over two weeks after bugging them. The tops were nice however the tanks run small and the bottoms run small as well. The t-shirts are really nice quality but do shrink when washed so be careful, and their halter tops are delicate so they can tear if not taken care of properly. I recently placed an order nine days ago and my order has yet TO EVEN SHIP. I asked about this three days ago due to them claiming to ship in 1-7 days which is a little long for some little shirts. The problem still has not been addressed and my clothes like I said have not even been shipped I am a little annoyed and recommend that shein either change their guarantee or fix this problem of sending items whenever they feel like it. This will be the last time I spend my money with this site no matter how cheap everything is. I would recommend this site to people who don't mind waiting up to two months for their stuff, yes some people get lucky and get their stuff on time but many do not. I would have given 3 stars but the attractiveness of their items aren't as great as they used to be now so i'll give them a two for responding to reviews quicker than they ship their product, having reasonable prices and some good quality items.

Where is my Package?

This is my first and last time shopping at shein. My first order was on July 31st costed $25.99 supposed to be to me by August 8th, it is now August 17 and the package has still not arrived. Worst site ever. NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN

Scam artist

Placed an order weeks ago, it never shipped. They charged me, thank God paypal will handle this. They admitted they sell merchandise they do not have in stock. RUN from thee people. Hard to get in touch with, no email for them and their ON LINE chat is a joke.

Place my order back in July never got a tracking confirmation and already charged my paypal. Emailed them with my receipt and it's already Aug 15. The shipping is 6-8 business days- not one month later... beware. Never ever shopping here.

I have placed tons of orders on shein and everything has always arrived within a week or 2. They have the cutest items and everything is always as it is in the photo. I always double check the reviews and sizing chart to make sure it's right for me. Customer service has been great every time I've need to return anything. Love shein!

Just received my order and nothing matched the picture. Everything was cheap. It fit my waist but the straps would be huge. Return policy is terrible, so it looks like I'm out the money. I'm jus going to donate the clothes to Goodwill.

I've been buying from Shein for a year now. They have stylish clothing for cheap, and free shipping. I have been happy with all the items I've received, and whenever I have questions, customer service is always quick to respond. They are based in London, and so a transfer fee is included in your price, which you might not realize until you get the charge, but it's very cheap. My number one go-to to shop at. Would highly recommend!

Waste of time

I spent $100 on 6 items for a vacation. I bought it three weeks ago and it still has yet to arrive and I'm about to leave. It said that it had been "shipped" 7 buisness days ago, and it's still not here. Not to mention the "tracking," is ridiculous... all it tells you is that it was shipped from China... it doesn't say where your package is currently or the estimated delivery date. There's no number to call, so the only option is email or live chat. Neither of which are helpful. Thanks, shein, for being a huge let down. I'm never shopping here again, it's not worth it.
