I spent over $100 and DHL delivered the package to the right address but placed it in the wrong mailbox. USPS confirmed that they obtained the package and sent it back to the shipper. I have spoken with DHL customer service, my local DHL site, as well as the driver that delivered the package to the wrong mailbox, which the driver openly admits to as I spoke to him when he came to retrieve the misplaced package.
I have been back and forth with SheIn for 2 weeks. They want proof that DHL put my package in the wrong mailbox. How in the world am I supposed to prove that. And what would it matter? DHL has said over and over again their driver was at fault for placing the package in the wrong mailbox. They've even reached out to DHL China to tell SheIn that they need to reimburse me and file a claim against them for the misplaced package.
I have requested a full refund as soon as I found out my package was lost and SheIn's customer service talks in circles. They do not get anything done and assume everyone is a criminal if they say they never received their package... Even when DHL ADMITS to misplacing it! They're morons. Do not do business with this company. Flush your money down the toilet instead.
I really love all the things that I bought at Shein website.
All the clothes are perfect, good fabric, measures and everything is according to what informs on the website.

Great site, my experience has always been wonderful on the site, clothes of good material, low price and excellent service.
Very unfortunate that I did the companies return policy in full. I will not be shopping at Shein.com or referring any friends in the future. I purchased a swimsuit, my first purchase... that unfortunately did not fit. After logging into their website and attempting to exchange this item for a larger size... I was very bummed to find out that Shein.com does not accept returns for swim wear. Sheik.com does not accept returns for the MAJORITY of their inventory. I advise they change this policy. Their shoppers are not able to try items on prior to purchasing them.

I really like clothes from here, after delivery I am always happy :) Delivering is really fast despite a long distance
3-5 days for EXPRESS delivery! They never achieve this within the time frame, always takes longer. (they should just say 5 + for Express and longer for Standard) it is annoying when you buy something as a gift and it doesn't arrive till after the event date!

Recently i order two kimono's. Delivery time was 20 days for standard delivery but i always got earlier than what i expected The quality of the clothes is actually very impressive. I'm pleased with all the items I order, quality, sizing and price. It looks exactly as pictured. So I keep coming back for more.
If you order from these people it probably is related to Dresslily, where the quality is poor & the sizes too small. I followed the size chart & had to give 2 kimono to my neighbor, who is petite, & they barely fit her. 2 of the kimono I kept because they open at the front so I can wear them. But its a good thing I sew, ' cuz one of them actually had the sleeve sewn to the border- so I fixed it. I'll never order from them again. In tbe pictures everything looks so cut. It's a shame.

I just received my first purchase and the item looks much different than the actual purchase. The dress I purchased looks like a bath robe while the picture looks like a casual dress. I did not take out the insurance as I thought I would keep the dress. But now I have a product that looks different than what is posted on-line. I also read all of the reviews and looked at the pictures before I purchased. I am returning as I cannot think if a place to wear this 'bath robe' dress. I just wish I could get back my shipping due to the quality is different than what is posted.

Purchased product from shein.co.uk. Returns procedure states easy return process. There is NO mention the clothes have to be sent back to USA at my cost.
Instead was given a Belgian address to return product to. Sent product but no refund yet. I have chased it and they are delaying.
This company is ripping U. K. Customers off! I wish I had read reviews before purchasing.

I absolutely trust shein, I once made a purchase and choose the WRONG country in the shipping address... Fortunetaly I realice soon enough and the CService helped me to cancel the shipment even though it was already on packing for shipment. Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

Answer: I personally have only ever purchased off of their website. I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Answer: Whatever you do, don't order anything from this site. The shipping took 3 weeks, even after I had paid for express shipping. Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
