I have ordered several items on multiple occasions from shein and have always received my items with no issues. I do not recommend purchasing jewelry, but the clothing has never disappointed me. They provide pictures of customers on some items, so if you are hesitant, read the reviews and view the photos. I recently ordered seven items and after a week, I received an email from shein informing me that my order was still processing and they gave me shein points, which equals credit at the store. I didn't email inquiring about my order... they contacted me. I am a true shopper and I will continue to shop on shein for quality clothing merchandise.
I ordered some clothes maybe a moths ago with express shipping :). They have not shipped out yet. Worst customer service ever. No tracking number, no communication. Also I can't contact with customer service anymore because I am blocked by sheln customer service. Dont waste your time with this website. I will dispute a transaction for get my money back. Real Suck.

I' have been shopping several itens on the website, and so far is the best shop that I have ordered clothes until now, the pieces have a good quality and looks like the pictures of the website
I have submitted my order before 12 days. And the status of my order is also unknown. I am not getting any exact information even after submitting request several times for status update. I think i already paid the money for my order while putting an order and i am getting all this delay. I wonder if I will ever receive my order. This is the worst online shopping experience for me ever. I will not recommend this website for shopping at least for india. I receive response that my package is lost somewhere that too after asking several times. There is not mail initiated from their side as they mention in their policy that if order will not be delivered in 5-8 days they will send us an email.
All replies from their side are just to keep patience, how can one have it when the payment is already done and not received anything.
I strongly suggest not to order from this site.

Have now been offered free return shipping :) awaiting refund. Thank you, just a shame this wasn't resolved sooner, many hours wasted on online chat.
This company are a joke, the size guide is ridiculous, I could get 3 of me in each small or xs dress apart from 1 small dress that I couldn't even get over my head! Online chat gets resolved with them cutting you off if they don't like what you are saying, there is no UK address to return to, their dresses are heavy, I have 8 to return to an overseas address which will cost more than my order. Facebook site doesn't reply, no emails get delivered. As far as I am concerned the company is mis selling it's goods under the Sale of Goods Act 1979. Could I ask Chandan D how much her postage was? As a last resort I will return to Belgium but am now worried if she hasn't received her refund.
Honestly, I've shopped at many online stores and this is the absolute worst. I purchase a sweatshirt, kimono, a red dress, a sweater and a jacket. Everything either came faulty or didn't come. My sweatshirt didn't come! Instead I was sent this potato sack like jacket. The dress came with stitches everywhere, I was confused to if I were wearing it inside out or not. My sweater came broken, the straps were hanging on by a piece of wool! And worst of off my kimono came in a huge size even though I ordered a small. I asked for a refund and they wanted me to send it back with ME paying for my own shipping? This had been a horrible experience and I'm never purchasing here again.

Ordered a dress against my better judgement. Too low cost to be true.
I received the dress 7 weeks later. Looks nothing like the photo.
Not true to size. Size medium, looks like an X-large, and hangs like a tent.
One sleeve has a button missing.
I am not even going to return it. I will never ever order from that company again.

I have been shopping Shein more than 4 years and I always like its quality and never face with a problem. I highly recommend it!
I have ordered multiple items from this website and so far have not had many problems. Their clothes are super cute and I love the variety they have. However, many of their sizes are not true to size, there is almost no way to return items, and shipping takes a while. Now I understand that it may take it while for a site overseas to ship an order seeing that it is halfway across the world, but waiting for 1-2 months without my package even leaving the country, I find that a bit ridiculous. Overall, yes they're a nice site and have very cute clothes, but you will have to wait a very long time for your package and if it does not fit, don't think you can return it so make sure you get a size larger than what you need.

To say it short and simple, I love my purchase from Shein and will buy again! This is my to go site and I check their merchandise regularly!
My daughter spent her birthday money buying clothes from this site. They were all too small and the material was cheap. The seams in one outfit didn't even match up. They will not take returns for the products she bought. So, now my 14 year old daughter has no birthday money and poorly made clothes that she cannot even wear!
We will not be ordering from them again and would suggest you don't either. We went by their size chart and NOTHING fit!
This company is a rip off!
They also conveniently do not include a packing list with your shipment.

I love the clothes from Shein, and also the fact that the shipping is very fast. I'm no used to it. I haven't had any problems with the products so far.
They charged twice for my one order. The customer service is so hard to get ahold of, and they don't follow up, which was so annoying. Plus, I've come across another review which described the same charging issue, so it seems that they do this frequently and the c. S people don't do their job. I'm gonna have to resolve this through my credit card company, and I will not use this scam website again.

Spending an hour with Shein customer service didn't get me anywhere, whereas I got proper responses and got the problem resolved by writing this review. Very interesting. Anyway, somehow they had an idea that it was me trying to pay twice and they had canceled one of the two charges for me. But I had not tried to pay twice, which doesn't make sense and is impossible, so I corrected them that it was them charging me with different domain or business, and they finally said sorry for all the troubles. Writing this review helped me with the issue so thanks Sitejabber.

Answer: They asked me 8 times to change my review! And offered me $15 out of my over $100 that I spent as a refund. "consider it carefully" consider the fact that this company steals brands

Answer: Do not waste your money on this website, they are very disrespectful, and they do not help their customers. It was one of the worst shopping experiences ever.
Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

Answer: I personally have only ever purchased off of their website. I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
