I had returned my order worth Rs 3000 with an extra Rs 200 for return but when asked for refund they are playing. They are complete frauds and robbers, I have mails to prove this.
I ordered a coat from them and it looks nothing like the pictures and looks so tacky! I want to take this back but when I try to log in it says my password is not correct, so I go to forgot password and enter my email and I never receive an email. So I cannot return the coat because I cant get onto my account to submit a ticket! I am on their online chat and no one is replying to me! So I feel like I am stuck with this tacky coat and money down in my account!

I order two cropped sweatshirts. Unfortunately, neither are made of regular "sweatshirt material." The material is thin, itchy, and see-through. There is absolutely no stretchiness in either of the sweatshirts. They grey one has varsity stripes on the sleeves. When I took the shirt out of the bag, the sleeves were stuck together by the white stripes. Many people said they run small, so I ordered them a size up, and they fit decently. The width of the sleeves and torso is fine. The sleeves were a good length but the torso part was way shorter than in the picture in the website. Unfortunately I won't be able to wear this out in public. For reference, I'm 5'2" 100lbs and I ordered a size medium. The one good thing was that my items came in 11 days, without expiditied shipping.

I've had pleasant experiences with SheIn. I do pay close attention to reviews as well as sizing, but overall, my items have been well received.
SheIn clothes are very trendy, stylish and extremely affordable. The price often reflects the quality, though, you get what you pay for. I rarely wear trendy items more than once or twice in a season, so I don't mind the low-quality and would prefer to save a few dollars! With that mind set, SheIn is a fantastic place to shop with decent shipping speed and price. As for the sizing, just read the measurements and reviews and you'll be fine.

I loved how quick the package came and how good quality the clothes were for the price. I've had so many compliments on my outfits from SheIn.
The reviews were pretty good so I took my chances. The two items came in and they are extremely small. I bought the biggest size in the sweat shirts to make sure they would fit my daughter. She was heart broken when they came in and did not fit. An XL fit more like a medium maybe even a small. I normally wear a large and that is with room to spare but I could not breath when I put these on they were so tight. They were super cute in person and we will pass them along to someone that will get use out of them. Not worth the trouble to ship them back. I will not be ordering again because XL is the largest they had and that runs too small.

When you order, and when you look at the estimated time to get the item charts, it says 2-4 business day express, 6-8 standard. But look more closely on the faqs page, and it reveals that they only start counting those days after processing, and they give no guess on how long processing takes! You shouldn't have to dig around on a site to get an honest delivery estimate. Also, sizing frequently does not match up w/US sizes. My other complaint is that their website search function works poorly--with thousands of items, you need to be able to refine search parameters. And why so may minis when I search "long skirt" or "maxi"? Makes no sense.

I have purchased with Shein 3 times (and have completely forgot each of the times because of my terrible memory) and never received ANYTHING! And now they all say expired. Note, ive spend almost $100 each time! Such a scam! Dont waste your time or money on this site...

I ordered a few clothing items and as expected, the inexpensive clothing had very poor quality. I returned almost my entire order because I was so disappointed in the clothing. I received confirmation that my returned items had been received and a credit would be made to my "Shein wallet". I quickly withdrew the money from the wallet and was informed that it would take 15-20 days to have the charge taken off my credit card. After this time no credit was reflected on my credit card. I reached out to customer service and was instructed to give them my PayPal account because crediting to my credit card would take even more time. I gave them my PayPal account (later to read that this is a way Internet scammers steal money) and was told to wait 2-3 day/s. Still no refund! It has been over 2 months since I returned my clothing items and have not seen a refund. My recommendation would be to NOT SHOP HERE OR GET SCAMMED BY THEIR PAYPAL SCAM.

Two weeks ago I ordered two items, paid with paypal. Upon checking with tracking number, I am told USPS still waiting for items. I will wait a few more day then going to pay pal to make a request for refund. I shop a lot on line, never ran into a company like yours. Never agin.

Answer: They asked me 8 times to change my review! And offered me $15 out of my over $100 that I spent as a refund. "consider it carefully" consider the fact that this company steals brands

Answer: Do not waste your money on this website, they are very disrespectful, and they do not help their customers. It was one of the worst shopping experiences ever.
Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

Answer: I personally have only ever purchased off of their website. I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
