I suspect that the clothing is "pinned and tucked" to the models for the photographs. The fabrics are terrible and the clothing is ill fitting and boxy. Save your money.

I've ordered from Shein several times and have not been disappointed with any of my orders. I love the fact that the site has reviews and photos of customers wearing the items so you can see what it looks like before you buy it. My latest purchase was a grey fluffy jumper and I love it so much!

On Oct 10,2017, I placed an order of 3 items at total cost of $63.00 to see how the quality of the product and service as I have read various comments. I then received an email on Oct 11 asking me to send photo of my credit card and photo of official identification for them to 'release' the items from warehouse as SHEIN was suspecting fraud. I have never experienced that before so I asked SHEIN to cancel the order and refund the money to my credit card. I called my credit card company and told them about SHEIN's request. They said they have never heard anything like that. They further said that seller can always call the credit card company to verify. They also told me that SHEIN had charged twice of $63.00 to my credit card on Oct 10,2017. I do not understand all of these. I can only conclude that SHEIN is not a trustworthy company.

Avoid.

I placed my order and my items arrived in a timely fashion. However, none of the clothes I had ordered were suitable; the sizing was way off - either too small or too big. No matter, I'll just return them all. To return items you allegedly have to 'submit a ticket' on their website. On logging in I discovered that there was no record under 'my orders' and I assume for this reason I was unable to 'submit a ticket'. Several times I attempted to request assistance via the online 'help' tool. Not one response. There is no phone number or address or any other way of contacting this company, so I have no way of returning my items and getting a refund. I have since found out that a friend of mine had the exact same problem, couldn't speak to a human; eventually she gave her items to a friend. Disgraceful company. I want my money back.

I ordered 7 items and received 2 relatively quickly, then had to wait a while for the other 5. The quality of every item was abysmal, but I suppose their prices should have been an indication. I returned the items and after 3 weeks am still waiting for my refund. They first "refund" the money back to your SheIn account (so they pretty much still have their hands on it) so you have to "withdraw" it. It has been two and a half weeks since my withdraw and I am still waiting for the money to show up in my bank. Every time I talk to customer service I get a different response of what the hold up is, how long it should take, etc. Still waiting for my money back. Will never order from SheIn again.

I ordered a bunch of clothes from this website ($350 worth) because I liked the look of the items. I receive an email to say that I have to send them a photo of my credit card and photo of official identification for them to 'release' the items from warehouse because the order is large and they think it could be fraudulent activity. I have NEVER been asked to send photos of my credit card details for any other orders I have made across online shopping so I am unsure how come this is only a concern now. Interestingly, they have already taken the money from my account - so I was stuck with having to supply such information.
Absolutely ridiculous!

Just received my package. Spent 190.99 on the clothing. Absolutely the worst quality clothing I have ever purchased.
The thinnest material even on what was considered a sweatshirt. The stitching on the clothes is horrible and coming apart. Not to mention, the shipping took forever. Please do yourself a favor and do not buy from this company.
