On SheIn, we can find things that we can't find on other website, and that what I like about it, and why I order on it since two years
It was my first time ordering and I bought the Ancient Rome dress in denim blue. It came with so many loose strings around the whole bottom of the dress and at the waist band, I can tell it won't last long before it starts to completely fall apart. It also had a hole on the inside layer of the dress! And it came super wrinkled which you can steam out so that's not a big deal. I was so excited to finally try out Fashion nova but was very let down. I wrote a review on their website but of course they blocked it from showing up on the website and only allow reviews that will get more people to buy from them like how I was fooled and now I can't even return it and wonder if its even worth getting the E gift card if I'm just going to get another poorly made item on top of that I have to pay for the return shipping. Make sure to be cautious when buying from their site!
I have been a loyal costumer of Shein since long time and I used to order stuff for 200-300 dollars. Despite on negligent attitude (shipping delay for one month, wrong items in the parcel, obviously defective items), unprofessional approach (every time I received package without enclosed list of items which all other companies send together with items - by Shein you have to write it yourself if you send back some items!). And the last straw for me was that they refused to receive back the package because I lost the peceipt. The wrote offered me:"Unfortunately, you have not returned the package, we will not get the package, we have a big loss, we could only refund 50% of the refund, do". I know there are certain rules and the receipt is needed to be sent as a proof, but how many times did I order cloths from Shein? How much money did I pay for sending them back? Next time I chose another company on whom I cn rely and whoes service is much more convenient and professional.
I am very much disappointed and I will never recommend Shein to any of my friends and colleagues.

I dont know, I love shein, I love their clothes, accessories and jewerly as well. I always get what I expected to.
For people like me out there, who love to dress up, avoid this one!. I am from India and the PATHETIC STUFF they sent me from SHEIN is NOTHING even close to what I had seen and ordered! And the best part is all these are cheap MADE IN CHINA stuff, which is so easily available in the footpaths of Indian cities! And I dished out a good packet imagining these will be at least good quality(if not high quality) stuff!

I bought some items. First time ordering from the site and the dressing fit good. I just wish I knew before had the dresses were coming from outside the country. Had I know the site was more or less an Asian website, I would have looked for the same clothing somewhere else cheeper. To expensive for what I received

I read reviews carefully before ordering. But for price you get what you pay for. It did take a little longer to arrive but I was expecting that. Tracking was provided so I had no issue with finding out where my order was at any time. I am 53 and a size 8 and I ordered M in my items and they fit perfect so please be wary when ordering as the sizes are pretty off! But all in all I am satisfied. I would order again if I want cheap and cheerful items for my holidays.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

Answer: I personally have only ever purchased off of their website. I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Answer: Whatever you do, don't order anything from this site. The shipping took 3 weeks, even after I had paid for express shipping. Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
