I ordered from SheIn on 10-24-2017 14:07:57. My order was sent in two packages. One of them, was only socks. I DID recieve that package. The other one... basically:

I was told it was shipped on 10/24, according to FedEx's website.
When I checked on the status of my package, It told me there was a 'DELIVERY EXCEPTION'
FedEx said reason for delivery exception was: Date/Time
'10/27/2017 - Friday
5:25 pm Delivery exception **** ** **********, PA
Unable to deliver - Please contact local Post Office to pick up or reschedule delivery'
I was home at this time, and was able to have it delivered to me.
THIS IS WHERE SHEIN BECOMES INVOLVED:

My first time reaching out to shein, this was the response 'Jamie' had for me. As you can see, she mentioned that it was unable to be delivered due to 'address issues'.
Upon following her instruction, I reached out to FedEx, who told me to reach out to USPS with the package's old shipping #, who then told me: 'THE SENDER HAS REQUESTED PACKAGE TO BE RETURNED'. They told me they couldn't help me with that.

On USPS website, this is why they said they couldn't deliver. It was not at all address issues, and I do have a place where my packages are 'safe'. ALSO, I NEVER REQUESTED A RETURN.

So then, I made another Shein ticket. This is what 'Susan' has told me. As underlined, she asked me to MAKE ANOTHER ORDER (paying in full) IF I WANTED MY PACKAGE.

As underlined:
-My address was correct
-How are they "out of stock" of and "can't ship" something that is ALREADY INSIDE MY PACKAGE
-How is it not possible for them to just reship the package?

As you can see, Susan is telling me that they "cannot reship me my package" which is completely inaccurate. You can see that she is also constantly insisting on refunds.
In conclusion
I will NOT be ordering from this website ever again. I'm beyond dissatisfied with their service, and I am absolutely disgusted with their customer service.
Don't buy anything from this website.
I just received an order today of only half my items. Never in my life have I ever seen such poor quality, the fabrics are so cheap and the sizes run 3 sizes too small. I'm also a seamstress and know quality of fabrics. One of the items wasn't even the same item in the picture, it was the same color, but looked nothing like the picture. One shirt looked like the fabric was paper thin, like it should've been lined. Please do not waste your time, the fabrics are nothing like what you are expecting. Things that look like casual shirts that look like they would be cottonish, are all polyester. Cheap fabrics, poorly sewn, I honestly don't understand folks saying that they like these clothes.

Shein's customer service department is outstanding and very supportive of their customer's need. I was impressed by their assistance and promtness to my issue. I was asked to write this review because they actually credited my sheindlin account. However, never found it
The dress is delicate yet elegant. Made with amazing accuracy, and thick lace looks divine! The luggage was the best - it was supposed to be L- it is L. The sexy cut and the sexy cut in the back will lure many guys. At the same time, a strap-in-the-neck strap adds a touch of innocence. It has a pencil cut and at the same time covers the sides. Believe me it is BEAUTIFUL!
I ordered 3 pieces over a month ago.
I new will be low quality for the price but not THAT bad. Off course the one they take the photos is a different one.
The quimical smell was so strong and the fabric feels like cheap plastic.
I returned and never got my money back.

Good top that was true to the picture advertised on the site. Super affordable and fairly decent quality. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cheaper alternative or on a tight budget but want new fashion items.
I really like Shein. Their products are always very affordable, quickly delivered and you shouldn't have any problem whatsoever if you pay close attention to their sizing measurements as their sizing varies with every item. Good customer service!
Before going on holiday to Greece, I ordered online on Shein 2 dress. Everything came quickly, faster than I had hoped. And both dresses are amazing!
The first red one I wore in Santorini, I was comfortable in the heat. Second, soft pink, boho style I wore on the tour and I was not hot or uncomfortable.
