I love trends and fast fashion, I love to use all the newest clothes for the season and when I enter Shein.com I get all that. The shopping proccess is very easy, organic, you can find almost anything you are looking for and the shipping is free. You have to wait (depending on your zone, I travel a lot so I have ordered from Venezuela, To Argentina, to Miami and Madrid) and everytime I always get the packages. The thing you have to pay attention is sizing (just look at the charts) and order what is right for you body!
I promise you will love it! 5 stars for Shein and their beautiful trendy fashion!
A part of like all clothes that are for sale, the quality and the price are very good. Very recommendable to buy in Shein.
I have returned my order to the address given to me by your customer service person. After the order was returned i am not able to get through to the person, my calls remain unanswered and also no reply to my messages. I am still waiting for my money to be refunded. I am very unhappy and disappointed with the service of Shein.
This site is a HUGE scam! They took my payment but never shipped my items. I emailed and got no response, sent a message on facebook and only received the auto response but nothing afterward.
I will never buy from them again and urge others to do the same.

I am happy to upgrade my rating for Shein. My review is for their customer service department, not clothing. Online chat assistance allowed me to access my Shein wallet, and withdraw the amount of my return for deposit into the credit card account I had used to purchase the unsuitable item. Got a credit posted to my account unbelievably quickly. So great job, Shein... on customer service anyway --- Thanks, Doris Meadows
I ordered a cropped t-shirt and a pair of snap side trousers. The t-shirt is amazing quality and I get tons of compliments, the trousers are normal quality and fit nicely.
The clothes are ordered did not match the size guides. The larger items I ordered were in fact smaller than the medium sizes.
I asked for a refund, I was advised I would need to pay to return the item back to Belgium which would mean paying out extra to receive a refund so I declined.

To begin with, that the dress came in excellent quality - nowhere, no thread, all the lines are perfectly executed. I took myself in the amount of M - it was also excellent. I'm going to wear it with jeans and a jacket in cool weather, and with a dress - a combination, when it will be warm.
The mesh is very thin and soft, nothing is cast anywhere and does not interfere, the skirt is wide enough - it develops nicely when walking.
Nice clothes, very fashion and with amazing prices! For me the sizes are big, I always order Small and they are a little big, just with they had more XS sizes.
It is always a good idea to buy a new sweater when the weather becomes a bit chilly. I ordered this sweater from Shein several weeks ago and can't stop getting compliments about it. Everyone is in love with it. The size is exactly what I expected. The coloures match the ones on the picture - typical autumn colours. The ornaments make it even more interesting. The item was delivered on time. It is really worth the money.

I'm ordering all kinds of items from shein for more than 3 years and I'm always amazed with the quality! My honest recommendation!
Orders take too long, quality is not that great, but it's ok for the price you pay. The thing that really put me off though, was that I had to spend an hour to figure out how to return an item- as the website is very misleading (you have to make a ticket, wait for them to contact you, etc). So after figuring this out, I found out I had 2 choices: either I pay for my return item to go to Belgium because their UK company is not available now) OR they could send me a return label and they would deduct $5 from my refund. The item I wanted to return was just the wrong size, so all I wanted is to return it and get a smaller size. Upon realizing what a ripoff this is, I don't intend on buying from SHEIN again, nor recommend it to anyone else. It's one of those companies that try to make procedures as complicated as possible so that people would give up on getting their money back. I'm sending my parcel on Monday and I hope I get my money back.

Almost an year ago I place my first order at shein. Since then, never stoped! I have lots of clothes from shein and i'm very happy with quality and design. The clothes are not too expensive and are really good and they ship quickly! I recomend shein!
