Secondly, horrible customer service, in fact there is no customer service. They dropped my order in mail room, took a picture and claimed delivered, but who knows if after that they picked order again?

I am very unhappy and I no longer shop by myself and I tell everyone about my dissatisfaction and I did not allow anyone from my friends and family to buy. And I didn't have any clothes for my trip, and from this site I only had stress and wasting money and ruining all my plans

This company would be so much better if it had a better company to ship its products. It's so ridiculous that I ordered my things early and yet they still didn't arrive in time for my trip. What a waste of freaking money. This company is trash because of DHL shipping.

I cannot get in touch with anyone. Pressing live chat does not work, and I cannot find an email address. My concern is not listed under any topics, so I need to speak to someone. I placed orders several weeks ago. No confirmation sent and now my orders are not listed under my accounts. However, they charged me right away. I will not order anything from this company ever again. Is my only option is to contact the credit card company and dispute the charge since so difficult to contact Shein?

I ordered my clothes on December 4 I been having a going around contacting shein and the carrier and my shipping hasn't updated I paid more money to get it from express shipping it was suppose to be here on the 10 but never showed up and now saying shipping on hold all my Christmas stuff is on there never again disappointed I always had no issue until this time I won't be shopping here again

Return is hard, you need to provide your personal photos of fitting if something is wrong. Writing negative reviews is nearly impossible.

Do not purchase from shein. They are theives.They sent my first orders of under $10 then my first real purchase of over $37 was never received the post office sent the items back to shein. But they kept my money and my items. No phone # no way to contact them. Do not buy from this site.

I purchased once from them a couple months back. Item was okay, but I never ordered anything after and closed my account.
Today, December 15th@ 4pm they took $317.54 from my account out of nowhere for no reason. I was robbed by them. I'm fighting to get my hard earned money back, and I can't do anything but wait. DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFO TO THEM.

I placed an order on 24 November 2023, on 28 November 2023, i had to pay customs. Payment was made, on 5 December 2023, i had to send order confirmation, proof of payment, bank statement, on 6 December 2023, i had to all the above documents and my ID. Since then, i have no update, apparently still detained at OR customs. The tracking system has no further updates. Not sure what to do, who to call as i have paid lots of money for my items. Posting a public review of SHEIN CURVE because of some customer service I am not pleased with.
I ordered a special dress for Eric's holiday party some time ago and was sent the wrong item completely. Instead of a pair of earrings and a dress, I got a pink ceramic thermos. The process was difficult to resend the thermos back, but I succeeded and was able to at least receive the earrings instead.
When it came to the dress, the color I ordered was sold out, so they exchanged it for a different color and resent it. I never received the dress I had ordered in the first place. They "exchanged it" in the system so that I could get a different color. This "exchange" now prevents me from getting a dress that actually fits, as their size recommendations and what the company told me to get does not fit me. I am now stuck with a dress I cannot wear and won't receive a refund either.
Absolutely not pleased with the company especially since a) the color I wanted was sold out after receiving the pink thermos, so they used my "only exchange opportunity" to send me a different color dress that doesn't fit and b) sent me the wrong item in the first place, and it was a headache to process the item back.
Not sure that I will shop with this company again, sadly, which is one of very few companies I can actually buy clothing that truly fits me and that I feel great in.
Buyers beware. Be sure that you truly want to order from SHEIN, as their customer service is not what everyone says it is.

I had a shopping list of 66 items and they sent all but 8 items back to the sender. This was days before it was actually suppose to arrive to my house. The package that they actually sent through to the US has taken the scenic route to my house. I order this stuff in November and it is still not here. It should have arrived on the 6-9, it is now 14th and it is in transit SOMEWHERE! I am seriously disappointed with the whole damn thing...lf you need something do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else!

I ordered Christmas presents the end of November, promised between 12/7 & 12/9. Thus far nothing. I attempted to call and cancel order and there is no way to speak with someone. Their delivery company DHL have already canceled my delivery but no one from SHEIN have acknowledge my concern. I am calling my Credit Card company and reverse these charges. I was a loyal customer until service wasn't their priority

Always have loved Shein until now. Literally called myself ordering y kids a few items for Christmas and placed my order on November 23rd. They quickly sent out part of the order which was weird considering this never happened before. Then I begin to get notifications the other part delayed well it is now December 14 and I'm sure they won't make it here by Christmas considering it says it's delayed still sitting in HONG KONG? Then when I notify them for assistance they can only tell me it delayed like I don't know that already. Money wasted time wasted and never shopping with them ever again.

Hello SHEIN,
I travel for work as an over the road truck driver. I had heard many of fellow drivers brag about their purchases from you. This is why I had come to the decision to make the purchases I did. I am often out driving 3 to 4 months at a time with only a week off.
When I did finally get home to check my post I received ZERO from you. This yesterday. Now I do understand that upon my purchase confirmation I instantly realized I didn't update my address and did so immediately and then emailed you to say as much. The answer I was given gave me the impression that it was my fault and responsibility to reach out to each and every warehouse to let them know. Sorry for your luck. I was not privy to those warehouses and was unable to reach out. I did wonder are you not my go between?! My middle man?! I did reach out several times and even stated the correct address in an email. I have learned a lesson however I now know Shein is worse than wish and temu. It's no wonder Amazon and etsy are powerhouses. I am truly disappointed to to have received such apathy to this issue.

I ordered on 11/28 and it was marked as shipped on 11/28.12/3 it stated it was at the airport and that I would receive my package between 12/6-12/9. Here it is 12/12 and my package hasn't moved. I have no way of getting a hold of a live person. I spent almost $100. I also submitted a ticket 2 days ago and haven't heard anything. These are Christmas gifts and have no way of contacting anyone.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
