I actually bought a lot of clothes from Shein over time and built up about $6 of Shein "points" credit (which takes ages to do and many purchases) and bought an item with the points. They sent me the wrong size so I returned them for a refund. They refused to honor the refund stating "we don't refund points purchases". Seriously? That's like a store saying they won't refund purchases made with gift cards.
I communicated with customer service for over a week on the topic with them giving me the run around when I finally said that unless I received a refund, I would stop shopping with them (reminder, I've probably bought dozens of dresses from them) and they said "That's fine, we respect your decision not to shop with us." I think that sums Shein up pretty well. They are a company that is willing to burn a customer that has spent probably a few hundred dollars at their store over $6.
Had a problem... refunded immediately... but still feel they should correct their sizing.

Stumbling upon SheIn was perhaps one of the greatest things that happened to me. The price that we pay for such awesome quality stuff, that would perhaps cost double or triple or even more in stores, is unbelievably remarkable and the most attractive thing when shopping at SheIn (other than the obvious fact that you can get almost ANYTHING at SheIn, from basic everyday wears, to formal and party wear). I now only shop from SheIn and I love it!
I RETURNED THE ITEM THAT I DIDN'T LIKE, I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK. IT'S BEEN THREE MONTHS AND I THEY ALWAYS LIE SAYING THEY WILL ISSUE NEXT WEEK. OR THAT THEY ALREADY DID TO CHECK WITH MY BANK. LIES! I THREW MY MONEY TO THE TRASH WITH THIS WEBSITE. IT'S DISGUSTING.

I got my order this morning and I have never been so upset and frustrated in my life. The clothes were awful. The quality of the clothes was disgusting and it has a very cheap feeling and appearance.
I wasted £178 on garbage honestly. Please save your money and actually order from good stores such as ASOS and Debenhams rather than this crap store.

I recently placed an order with this company, I was dissatisfied with the returns dept and was less than complementary on this site. HOWEVER they contacted me and refunded me fully plus let me keep the clothes. Thats an amazing response and I am more than happy with it but its unfortunate that I had to write it in the first place. They have promised that the customer services will be improved.

After writing this review shein contacted me and gave me a full refund plus 1000 points to spend on there website. Well done shein.
Made me pay for delivery and returns. Spent £12.18got £3.69 refund. Never again shein. This is my second bad experience of this company.
Everything's cheap and you get what you paid for. So I guess it's a plus if you're trying to save money and want something to wear maybe once or twice. Stay away from this site if you're over a size 4 in pants. I bought a size large jeans (I'm a medium with a muscular build) and I couldn't get them past my thighs. My mom (who's petite and a size 4) tried them and could barely get them on. I complained and they told me to refer to the refund policy, but they completely erased my order history so I can't even return them.

Made 2 orders from them and was happy with what I got each time (in total 5 pieces).
Each time I ordered a XL or L since I'm tall and the fitting is good.
I have been working with she in for quite a while and I do enjoy their clothes the people were so nice every time I email Me and the clothes are affordable prices I recommend it to anyone.
I bought beach clothes for my niece holiday trip. The package did not arrive on time, the company does not provide a refund. Package was checked as shipped, however the company did not ship package.

Me and my mom placed an order in about July. I had looked a lot at the items and was really excited. It took about 3 to 4 months for the order to actually come. The items werent as good as i expected. You have to look carefully at sizes and what products its made off. I wouldnt say im dissapointed, but i wouldnt say im happy either. I guess you kinda get what you pay for. The prices are too good to be true.

The worst website I ever ordered from. I ordered 7 items on November 30th and I got only one out of the 7 after 3 days. For the rest of the items I keep receiving emails "apologizing for they delay". I am not expecting quality of the material but at least you can deliver stuff in 1 week or 10 days, but nothing nothiiiing. I am giving you that 1 STAR just because otherwise I would have not been able to write my review otherwise. I do not even have the opportunity to call customer service because they do not provide it. This is stealing people's money. They gave me points, I do not care about your BS points.

I ordered a shirt for my petite friend for Christmas. It was the shirt that I thought was a sweatshirt that said "I'm Cold". I ordered a small which according to the size chart would have been loose and comfy on my friend. What I got was a long sleeved tshirt that fit my 11 yr old granddaughter. I had to laugh when I took it out of the bag... I thought it was a mistake... nope, just a tiny shirt that was supposed to fit a woman. That was my first and last order. It's too late to send it back.

I read LOTS of reviews leading up to ordering from this website. I seemed mixed but most said that if you did you research, looked at the measurements, read reviews/saw reviewers photos that you could find some diamonds in the rough...
WELL I spent a few weeks, way too many hours researching, plotting, doing my due diligence to make sure my order wasn't a flop and I still am returning everything.
All of the items I purchased were rated 4.5 stars or 5. All KIND OF fit even though I ended up getting XL's in almost everything even though I'm a medium... The major problems were:
- The cut of the items (tiny shoulders even with a large torso or fit well everywhere except my hips which is not a trouble spot I ever deal with...)
- The quality was awful (sewing job was ok, materials were MEH to touch but really uncomfortable on. I also felt like washing anything would automatically ruin it forever)
I was unimpressed and disappointed with my items, but hung them up in my closet because they were "wearable." A week later I thought to myself- I never want to put those things on my body, I would rather spend the money on ONE nice item than 5 pieces of crap that I don't want to wear. So- returning it all.
You're probably wondering why I'm giving them TWO stars? Well- customer service is super on top of everything, shipping was fast and hassle free, and returns are a breeze.
It seems like SHEIN is certain women's cup of tea, but in hind sight most of those satisfied customer pictures were teenage girls with tiny bodies...

Shein is one of the best online clothing stores I've ever shopped with! They get your clothing items to you when they say they will and the quality of their clothing is amazing!
Answer: They asked me 8 times to change my review! And offered me $15 out of my over $100 that I spent as a refund. "consider it carefully" consider the fact that this company steals brands

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

Answer: I personally have only ever purchased off of their website. I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
