Very often I make orders in this store! I like that the store follows the fashion and meets all the new fashion trends! The price is like! Quality at the highest level!
I was originally skeptical when I first ordered as the swimsuits were super cheap and I realized some are shipped from China. I ordered 3 and they arrived within 8 days. The quality is good and I was pleasantly surprised with customer service response when I first emailed concerned with the fact that some products were shipped from China and therefore worried about quality. I ordered 3 Small sizes ( i'm petite 5'1 and 110 pounds) and one of them fits perfectly and the other 2 a little tight. I'm still happy with my purchase and will reorder the size medium on the 2 that were small. The response time ( via email) with customer service is excellent. They explained that most items ship from Cali or NJ but occasionally they do use the Chinese warehouse. Don't be scared to order, it's totally worth it.
Excellent shop! Quality of things is very good, and the delivery time is very small! I really liked the service, very quick answers and quality help.
I placed my order on December 27,2017. I got an email on January 13,2018 saying it had shipped. I still have not received it and when I try to track my package it says "package not found."
They absolutely suck. They say they refund your money but never do. I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau where they have an F rating. As a business that is the worst rating you can get. Customer service is in China so nothing gets accomplished with them. Dont waste your time and money. Im still waiting for a refund a month later.
How to contact you guys? I cannot raise ticket i forgot my login i. D i have asked for refund your executive said to send bank details and i did it itz been more than a month no refund has been done. Again when i messaged he said to contact bank, i did, they told no transfer been done from your side now when i was going through reviews i came to know that same thing you told to others even. Please resfund my amount or i will place a complaint in consumer forum.

I ordered four dresses. The sizing was off and the quality was sub standard but for the price, okay. I returned two items and was never credited. Even though I have a verified USPS receipt showing that the item was delivered to them, they say they never got it. Bad customer service. If you order, better hope you don't have to return!

Shein contacted me direct with an apology for the issues and I have just received the missing item. Many thanks for sorting this out.
Still only 3 stars as a lot of time and effort to resolve on my side and the item was finally received 4 weeks later than planned.

Since I wrote my review, Shein emailed to apologise for the parcel going missing and they have organised for the item to be re sent. Cross fingers the next despatch arrives.
The first time we have used this company. We ordered a jumper before Christmas. The tracking said that it was out for delivery on 28th December. We were not in. The tracking note was never updated. I emailed and was asked to go to the local post office to collect the parcel with the tracking number.
I went to the post office to pick up the package. However, the number was not on their system and parcel force did not leave it at the post office. Shein emailed me to say they were very sorry for the inconvenience but the onus was on me to find the parcel. No refund could be given until they received back the missing parcel at the depot. This was their email; "Hi there,
We are really so sorry for the inconvenience brought to you.

I have no passwords for the website and parcel force do not have the reference on their system. I asked Shein to find the parcel or refund me. Afterall, it is their warehouse despatching. The answer for the second time was less than helpful "The best way to find the whereabouts of your parcel depends on you. As you know, we would be more than happy to contact them but are afraid they might have additional questions we are unable to answer. This will prevent any confusion and get your package to you as soon as possible. Please feel free to contact us again if there is anything else I can assist you with".
"And also we can issue the full refund to you. But the refund group can only process the refund to you once the warehouse get your return parcel, really sorry for all continued problem brought to you.
Once the parcel returned to us finally, we will process the refund to you as soon as possible.
Many thanks for your patience".
So pleased this was not a high value order. I wonder if they will now try to find the parcel. I have requested they look into it for the 3rd and final time. Afterwhich, we will certainly not reorder from this site.
PS Since writing this review, I have received a formal email apology and Shein have re sent the sweatshirt. I expect it to arrive in the next week. Cross fingers this time the parcel arrives. I will update this review once we receive the delivery.
What happen to the things i ordered? I thought express shipping on takes 3 days? But still, i check my shein account still my order is in process? Will i be able to get the ordered items i purchase? PLUS theres no customer service number or email to enquire about my order. Ugh!

I never imagined that returning purchased items can be such a tedious process even at this age and time. I guess Shein still believes they are living in medieval times. The customer is first supposed to contact them for a return, and they will then contact you after 24hr. The parcel is to be posted by the customer to their address of choice (really! I live in India, and even small-budget Indian companies pick up return items from whatever address the customer mentions.) What's worse is that money will be refunded to your account only if it was an e-payment. You will get only points/wallet balance in case of COD!

How do i reach anyone about retuns? I can not find a phone number or email. It is telling me i have no orders but yet I am holding two packages. When I log in it says i have no orders, how is that possible! So therefore, I can't even start the return process! This site is a SCAM! Cheap cheap clothes

I've repeatedly shopped at Shein to get the most forward thinking fashion items. The pictures on the website are usually accurate and they even have the exact measurements of most items (bust, waist, hip etc) so that you can choose your size, they also tell you whether the item has any stretch so that you can be completely sure. The delivery is good and I've never been whacked with a customs charge even though I'm shipping internationally to the UK (I've been got with huge charges from places like Sephora etc in the past). The items are really well made when you consider how inexpensive they are, I've got two pairs of jeans that I've worn religiously, a coat and a whole bunch of other bits that are really surviving the test of time. Also, I always get compliments whenever I wear Shein because the quirkiness of the styles adds some pazazz to the outfit and it's stuff that most people haven't really seen before! It could just be my style but I like to choose interesting garments. They have a huge range though so there will be something for everyone.
First time i have ordered from SHEIN. It is the worst site. Poor service. They send poor quality products and not ready to exchange or return their products. They have made such a complicated method to return the products. Many times it showed that the customer care executive will get back to us in next 24hrs but no one contacted. Its a pathetic site. Worst experience ever.

We placed an order on Dec. 27 and have yet to see any delivery. The shipping info has not been updated since Jan. 1 and today is the 17th. They have offered to refund my money, but after reading the reviews, I'm afraid to ask for a refund. Sounds like they're not good about giving money back either. :( Ugh.

I bought clothes and shoes on this site several times. Excellent quality for the low price, I love things that sell, hard to find usually in stores. Fast and effective deliveries, almost always free shipments.
After my review on sitejabber they did fix the error on their site. They then indicated that they would "offer a full refund" which I declined. They went ahead and gave me credit to use on the site nearly equivalent to the amount I spent anyway. That's ok but it's credit I likely will not use. I appreciate that they took the time to apologize and correct their site which was all I wanted.
Close to Christmas I submitted an order for a gift. For days I did not get any indication of ETA or that item had been shipped. Naturally it arrived some time after Christmas. That in itself is not a problem given the lateness of my order but it would have been nice to know in advance when it would ship. Also I noticed an error on the website as I entered the order (the product photo changed to a different product altogether when a different color was selected). Anticipating that they might get the order wrong I added a note to the order explaining the error and describing which product I was actually ordering. They ignored it and got it wrong anyway. My girlfriend was happy enough with the incorrect item so I did not make the effort to send it back. My first impression is that they are somewhat unconcerned about customer service or perhaps there is a language barrier.
I still have stuff I ordered from December that I still haven't gotten and the order I did receive, everything was not in the package

After i got all my items for a lot orders, but some items didn't like i ordered, but i sent the bad feedback to them, but i didn't see any my feedback after, then IT DID NOT APPEAR ANY BAD FEEDBACK ON THE WEBSITE. So the website " SHEIN " is just receiving only good feedback...? And THE BAD FEEDBACK WON'T BE ACCEPTING by SHEIN WEBSITE? But you are beware about the problem that If you wish to make order from them. This problem was not right with THE US SELLER. EXTREMLY TERRIBLE...

Be extremely careful about what you order - you must decide to keep everything on the order - as it is impossible to return, irrespective of the reason.
The website is not designed to request returns as the 'RETURN' is the only button that is non-responsive.

Answer: They asked me 8 times to change my review! And offered me $15 out of my over $100 that I spent as a refund. "consider it carefully" consider the fact that this company steals brands

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

Answer: I personally have only ever purchased off of their website. I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
