Ive ordered a lot from shein.com during the last couple of years and Im (nearly) never disappointed. The quality is really good in general, the shipping is pretty fast (1 week or 2) and the clothes always fit the picture on the site. You can find a lot of trendy articles for a really cheap price and great quality. I highly recommend
I love working with SheIn, their clothing quality is amazing and they are so so friendly, all the time they try to make customer happy. This company has really fashionable clothes and so chic.
I ordered this over 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received anything. On my account, it has been saying that it is delayed for 2 weeks! I can't even contact someone to ask about it...
Update: I got it after 3-4 weeks but I liked the items.

I use SHEIN to do my online shopping for already a loooong time. So I can say that's a very good and trustworthy online store. It's easy to order items here, the prices are low and you can use the special offers, too.
And, what's the most important to me, their items fit me very well! I use the size chart, and it helps me to find my perfect size.
Also, the customer service is very good, and I love the fast shipping of my orders! The parcels are always carefully packed, and it's really nice to know that the store cares about the customers.
Highly recommended!
This place has the WORST customer service. Someone named Jessica spent about an hour on chat with me, purposely disconnecting with me about 4 times before a "manager" Melissa popped on. I had placed two separate orders back to back in error and wanted to combine them into one. After realizing I had made an error I IMMEDIATELY used the "chat not" icon but no one was there. So then I emailed. No one ever got back to me and they processed them separately and changed two shipping charges. Jessica very rudely said in her own way that I was stupid and made two orders and next time contact us within 24 hrs. So they could have cancelled them and redone as one order. Umm I DID! No one ever got back to me. I plan on filing a complaint with the BBB! Worst customer service ever and over a $3.99 shipping charge?! Just playing hardball to a customer.

Its my 3. Time that i order clothes from shein. I love them. The delivery was very fast and the clothes have a very good quality.
I recently had an issue with an order return/customer service rep. Upon writing a review here, a representative was quick to get back to me and was extremely polite and helpful in response. They investigated the incident and provided me a full refund, as well as additional Shein points for my difficult experience. It was really helpful and the experience was quickly resolved.
I had returned my COD order a month ago and i received an email saying my account had been refunded on 28th feb 2018 but my wallet is empty. I cant even submit a ticket because my order page is empty and The customer service is TERRIBLE.

I ordered a jumper which arrived on time. I liked it but it was too small, I made several attempts to submit a returns ticket and after expressing disappointment on Sitejabber the company emailed me, sent a returns label and credited back my money so Im happy with the final resolution.

Ordered A swimsuit which didn't fit and didn't notice that there was a no return and swimwear policy. However that kindly refunded me anyway and followed up for a positive resolution. I would definitely re order and try a different type of clothing order. Sue
No returns on swimwear. Never would have ordered had I known. The suit was of inferior fabric, and the fit was horrible. Now I'm stuck with it even tho all tags are there, as well the the protective adhesive.
Wow, Guys! How hard can it be to get some kind of consistent sizing? Your one size fits all cards need to say "One size fits all if you happen to be between size 4 and size 6! It seems to me that the only dresses that I can get over my head in my size have to be made from super stretchy material to even try on. You have some very cute designs, but if you can't get simple measurements that match the clothing size, you're going to have very annoyed customers. Like ME, for instance

I honestly have ordered clothes from SheIn for over 2 years now and haven't regretted it once. The sizing chart is ACCURATE so measure yourself and then respect the chart and you will not have an issue with fit ever. I am always surprised by the quality and durability of their clothes which I didn't expect. I've had a dress from them that has been through hell and back and STILL did not lose it's shape or color. Oh and delivering to Canada in 1-2 weeks is just awesome. So I highly recommend this website. Love them. Truly.

Everything I've ordered from this site has ended up being of very poor quality. Fabrics and knits are very low quality and look worse in life than in the snazzy photos with cute models. The designs of everything I ordered were all cut so that they could loosely fit almost anyone. I would have preferred better, fitted and sized patterns to these sloppy, loose designs.
And two of my garments had fake pockets (flaps) which were not flattering (right on the hips). At least if they had placed REAL pockets there, I'd put them to use, but what on earth is the point of designing a garment with flappy, fake hip pockets? No one's figure is flattered but such a ploy.
I have had to return 2/3's of my orders, and it is hairy and complicated, with funds going first to customer's "wallet." Then you have to request receiving what's in your wallet. This felt sneaky to me, as if it would be too easy to forget you have funds waiting for you.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

Answer: I personally have only ever purchased off of their website. I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Answer: Whatever you do, don't order anything from this site. The shipping took 3 weeks, even after I had paid for express shipping. Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
