They are fraudsters, stay away from SHEIN! Ordered from Shein on 9/6/2019, over £60 clothes. Received clothes but they all looked so cheap and different from what I saw online, cost me over £11 to returned it to Belgium and these thieves only refunded £53 into my account. I have still not received any money or any reason for not refunding all my money. Tried to chat to someone called Siki on live chat and felt like I was talking to a ghost. This person kept sending me " good day, my name is Siki, May I know what can I do for you". How can they not have a contact number if they are not fraudsters or scammers.?

I ordered a dress, very nice for the price the material kind of light but sadly arrived without the belt not only one but two times... I tried many of my belts but it doesn't look good at all
