How come name was changed from shine fancy to she in fancy or are you just dyslesic? I am quite sure the same crummy factory because they have the same clothes although the 2 blouses I ordered seem to be missing from the blouse department. I just went through and looked at the blouses and a lot of them are the same that are in shine factory. What a joke.

It's my first order (4 items) and it was split into two package. The first package I received (1 item) and the second package I didn't receive because of unknown address! How is that $#*!ing possible! I received the 1st package you d#¥ f$@#! Until now didn't receive the 3 items I ordered! Refund my money back if you'll not deliver the items I ordered you Scam!

I haven't got my order. I waited for more than 20 days. Now, these guys are not giving my refund saying that they will give only after the order reaches there warehouse. I don't know how long they will take. As the order status isn't updated by their courier partner since 15th June. Still, they are not giving me my money and asking me to wait.

I purchased more than $100 in merchandise, I trust the pics, clothing looks nice and colorful, what I received was a bunch of cheap items made of crappy fabrics, Jewelry is CHEAP CHEAP the metal is soo thin, with no consistency the metal wire can be bent with your fingers. Sizes are not accurate. Again CHEAP CLOTHING ROM CHINA NO WORTHY. SAVE YOUR MONEY! I AM PROCEEDING WITH RETURNS I WILL UPDATE MY REVIEW.

I've ordered from Shein once about a year ago, and my package actually arrived. The material for a dress and top/short combo were so thin and felt so cheap that I've never worn either, but it's not worth sending back. I tried to order some clothes in the beginning of June, but somehow they sent my package to the wrong state. I got ahold of them, after the package was already on it's way back to China, and told them TWO SEPARATE TIMES my correct address. At the end of June, I checked the shipping status and what do you know. They sent it TO THE WRONG ADDRESS AGAIN. I gave up, and asked for a refund. They say it takes 10-30 days to refund to your original payment, which is insanely long, or they'll put the money in your wallet on their website, in case you want to order more cheap clothes that may or may not ever arrive to you. Honestly I've never reviewed a clothing website, but go elsewhere. Literally, anywhere else.

I bought two dresses from this company. They did not fit right so I sent both back. I got an email stating they received my return and gave me a store credit. I called customer service and they refused to give me my money back instead of a credit. I got told "$#*! you" then when I asked to speak to a manger he told me "our manager is dead" I could hear all of them laughing in the background. I made five attempts to call them to get my money back. This company is full

One day before i got call for my order confirmation and i confirmed and i got message too that your order is shipped sucessfully and nxt day in the evening i got message that my order is cancelled without doing any cancellation. So not fare. I am not happy with this behaviour.

On my Shein account I was able to track my package. Now when I go on it, it says I do not have an order. I tried emails and messaged them through messenger and got nothing back to help me with this situation. They already took the money out of my account. Very poor customer service. I really hope I get my package soon.

Answer: They asked me 8 times to change my review! And offered me $15 out of my over $100 that I spent as a refund. "consider it carefully" consider the fact that this company steals brands

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Answer: Whatever you do, don't order anything from this site. The shipping took 3 weeks, even after I had paid for express shipping. Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
