I was very upset about the t-shirts not being cotton but within an hour of writing the review service representative and emailed me and within a week I had a refund. I don't know but a may try to order from them again just will make sure what I order is made here in the USA.
I had wrote the review about how my tees wasn't cotton and I was very upset. I was very surprised in less than an hour a representative Sent me an email apologizing And within a week my money was back in my account. I may give it another try with them and order things made in USA not China. I was very impressed with their customer service.
This is my first experience with online clothes shopping on SheIn and must say wont be doing it again!
The "Dresses" arrived. Opened the package and was utterly gutted. Very poor quality wherein the material lining of the dresses are sooo thin that one's undergarments are displayed right through them, cannot use as a dress. Its a see through! The sizes too big and there are threads coming off the embroidery of the dresses.
Since I opted for COD, I have no choice but to wait and see if I can manage to get a response on refund or exchange. I cannot even get through to a customer service on their website and have spent about USD 85! Total ripoff. Would not suggest buying dresses from this site to anybody.

I ordered an item that was a blazer with shorts. I got the blazer, it I missing the shorts. I had sent so many emails and I get no response from anybody. They are just avoiding me and I need what I paid for. Never buying from them again and I really like their clothes but I don't wan to go thru this again. Worst app ever!

Clothing is ok quality. DO NOT PAY FOR FASTER SHIPPING. It is a rip off and will not arrive in 2-4 days. When I inquired about the status of my package they lied and said it was at my local parcel facility when it had not even left Hong Kong yet.

I started return process for 5 items out of 7 items I ordered. They provided a USPS return label and the package I sent out for return with the label they provided is missing now. $100 just gone like that.

I placed an order they split the order into 3 packages, 2 have shipped and I'm trying to change the one still processing but they tagged it to one of the ones that shipped already and now I can't get past the bot to speak with someone about it. It's so frustrating.

I am very satisfied with them. I made over 25 orders and never had problem. If anything was broken I got points or return. Customer service is responsive. I have over 400 items and would definitely recommend.
U just need to check properly sizes, material and reviews, then u wont be disappointed.
I shop on here alot, each time spending over $400. On my recent order, I am trying to return two dresses only to find that there was a note that said they were final sales and I can't return it. The items were found on the daily new pages, how could it be final sale? Why wasn't it disclosed before I bought it? There's no way of knowing when something is final sale, except maybe a tiny note when you add it to cart which is easy to miss. It did not even say final sale on mine when I placed an order otherwise I won't buy it in case I don't fit it. Now I cant return these dresses that don't fit me.

The quality is cheap. Some of the clothing is beautiful but it's not going to last. It's not true your order arrives within two to four days when you order 99.00 and above. If you notice they dont sell cotton and the material they use for the majority of their clothing is CHEAP...

I placed my order a week ago and received a tracking number which has no status update for 3 days. I checked my Shein account and has no order history and their live chat keeps giving me automated standard responses. I got worried so I checked for the reviews and what do you know... THEY ARE FREAKING SCAMMERS! I should have known better. If I don't get my order within 7 - 13 business days as they said, I am so requesting a refund and telling everyone around me not to even spend a cent at Shein. Wish me luck.

I had placed an order for bathing suits on a Monday and had paid an extra $13 for 2-4 day shipping. I received a text message that Wednesday that my order has just begun and I would receive my package by the following Wednesday. Given that that is way longer than 2-4 days I reached out on their email and Instagram demanding a refund of my $13 for express shipping, they had replied to my DM very rudely and hostile and refuse to refund me, this website is a fraud and I will never use them again.

Its been almost a month since I made my order. Although I paid standard shipping so I can get my parcel faster it is the same as I would choose a normal shipping. I ordered at 5th July, and it made the round of the world, went into every country and now its been for 7 days in Germany while I live in Greece. Next time if I want to buy clothes for summer I will order them in winter.

So my sister placed an order on SheIn a few weeks ago( ordered: on 5/7/2019, paid for faster shiiping but it takes the longest.) The thing is that most of the time the package is always on delay which is completely understandable, but in that case since we live in Europe (Greece), having the parcel stuck in Germany ( As the tracking informs us) for 6 days isn't acceptable. My problem is that there is a lack of understanding and communication as far as the customer is concerned. Its a good site but it needs improvement on the customer service. I've had the same issue in the past. Hope they can fix it.

I placed an order on 7/5/2017 and 5 days later i got an email saying that my package cant be shipped out because my address is missing street name and number. The PROBLEM is that i live in a village and we dont have street names and numbers. I hope that you will find a way to ship out my order without waiting any longer.
I remember a few years ago if someone had mentioned shein to me I would be sketched out; HOWEVER, I have ordered twice from this over the past two months spending over $200 and i can say that I would DEFINITELY recommend. You do have to read reviews to see how the actual product is but I feel like for the price some extra research doesn't hurt. All the items I purchased arrived promptly however they do clarify that the eta on shipping does not include the time of receiving, packing, and customs so be wary of that as well. Shein is definitely something great for trends being that they are always changing and you dont really need the "best" quality. Great for people who love fashion and a good bargain 10/10 recommend!

I actually like their clothes but after ordering the wrong size or changing my mind SHEIN lied about not receiving my items and and charged me shipping on the items they did receive. There customer service representative KIAME is the absolute worst.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
