I love this app and use it all the time. Super cheap and affordable and shipping isn't terrible I often use this app when i need something but it is too expensive on another site. I highly recommend Shein because its so easy to find stuff. Legit have almost anything but much cheaper than the normal price.

This place has some nice quality clothes. The sizing tend to be for the most part true to size. The product i purchased was a white wrap around and the quality is great along with the price.

@shein_in they blocked me on Instagram because I shared my reviews. It's a pathetic experience. I placed an order and their courier partner shared the wrong status that customer refused it. And I didn't even get a single call. Then after I chat with shein representative they gave me courier person number no body is responding. And they are just asking and sharing the same thing. Whenever I start
Live chat they just do the same thing. Everytime they start conversation from the scratch. It's already more than 3 weeks. Their new representative always shared the same status without even checking the last chat history. It's more than 3 weeks still there's no status.

1. On the website it says "Free Returns IN THE US" I am in the U.S. They always deduct $7.99 from the item you return. So the return is NEVER FREE. I went in to their return policy, it states:

We accept returns postmarked within 60 days of the original purchase date.
Use our return label to postmark your return within 40 days from the purchase date, and WE'LL COVER the shipping cost.
For returns after 40 DAYS FROM the purchase date, or additional returns AFTER the first return of the same order, a $7.99 fee will be deducted per package, or you can process your return by using your local post office at your own cost.

The package comes all the way from China, it takes about a week 1/2 to get to Florida with their shipping service. I always make sure to try on the items the same day, so that if I need to return it, it wont take me more than two days from the day I receive it in order to avoid the 7.99 charge. RETURNS are NOT FREE IN THE US. Why do they keep deducting money for returns in different orders?
2. The materials are pretty bad. Most of their stuff is made of 100% polyester. Most people wont dare to wear leggings made of 100% polyester (because fabric is very thin, stretchy, see-through and looks cheap), imagine an entire dress. These are materials that are used for cheap Halloween costumes at Walmart, keep that in mind. Same thing goes for their other materials: Cotton? Always a blend, Sheer fabric? Some of them are made of organza (curtains and table overlays), Sheer voile (banquet hall chair cover)... I am sure there are other examples I can use, but you get my drift.
Now, now. There are a few items that are made of a decent material, but there are too many items that fall under point 2. Kind of 2 of every 6 items. I felt I was taking too many chance. Many people that were reviewing the item didn't seem bothered by those materials. I LOVE the styles in SheIn, but the quality blows. The quality is either - clothes that have gotten quickly discolored, damaged or comes apart at the seams. Always buy the product if a ton of people reviewed it and posted a photo, but you wont find out what the real quality is until you have worn it for a month.
I gave an order of three items. But it was shipped separately. Only two items were to be delivered yesterday and I missed my delivery. The parcel guy says, shein orders automatically cancels after one day of failed delivery. I tried contacting him but he won't respond and neither do shein customer care. What do I do? How can I get back my delivery. I really need it after 3 days.

I ordered 6 items from them only got one. Ive keep checking the tracking and there is no update since 8/23/19. The chat bot stop instantly answering my questions once i sent a complaint. The really need to get human customer service because this is ridiculous!

In the last few weeks, they have gone from easy breezy shopping to worst fraud ever. Maybe they are run by someone else very incompetent?
Half the stuff is "sold out" if i get it on flash sale and then it is relisted for triple the price. Takes a week to get a refund for something i never got, money laundering anyone? They're committing fraud.
The last three orders have been like this, weeks late to ship, and then half missing. They offered me three bucks (300 points) for my trouble. I have spent days emailing them, my time is worth more than three dollars!
Dont buy from shein or sheinoutlet, they are a mess!

I was really hesitant to try this Chinese retail store. I've had TERRRIBLE luck with Aliexpress and Chicme and I opted to try my luck. They're really working on westernizing their processes. I've noticed they've amped their marketing, their point-reward systems, and their customer service. I've been surprised at how quickly they're able to deliver expedited shipping as well.
Items are not always the highest quality. Many of their items are sheer. But they actually have a great return policy and when the items are good they're GOOD and inexpensive compared to designer stores in the U.S. I've actually had multiple positive experiences with them. I can vouch for their timely refunds. I return things in their original bags and I'm sure it makes it easier for them if order forms are included. I promise this is not a fake review. Try it!
Wat the hell is wrong with shein lately. I place an order of two items out of which one has arrived and one item is not yet arrive. They have stop updating the tracking update since 10 days. I repeat 10 days shame on shein for making a customer wait that long and i dont know how long i have to wait more. I tried contacting them but the customer care service is at its worst recently i can't reach them neither though call nor through chat. Idk wat to do now. Shein was one of my fav online shopping site but has become the most stupid now

Answer: They asked me 8 times to change my review! And offered me $15 out of my over $100 that I spent as a refund. "consider it carefully" consider the fact that this company steals brands

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

Answer: I personally have only ever purchased off of their website. I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Answer: Whatever you do, don't order anything from this site. The shipping took 3 weeks, even after I had paid for express shipping. Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
