This company is a ripoff they they take $8.00 per item you return the crazy part the items are brand new and they still take your money and most cases if you have 3 items to return you bought it but bc they took money off the 2 you get no refund they get return 3 back you pay a fee for them to return it and keep the 3rd one and you get nothing
Beware before you buy!
I've poured thousands into Shein, only to be met with endless refund hassles. They often ONLY RETURN PART of your money for returns, making you jump through hoops to contact customer service for the full amount—a task that's nearly impossible.
And after weeks of waiting and sending 5 to 8 emails, they sometimes claim they never received the returns!
It's a frustrating cycle of DECEIT. As someone of Chinese heritage, it pains me to see such practices, seemingly reflective of a "Chinese way of doing business". Truly, the worst shopping experience ever.

Dont trust them! The return service is a horror! Firstly it takes more than a week or two to hear anything from them after sending the returned goods, then the refunds are ALWAYS incomplete! This means they only refund parts of your returns, and for the rest, you'll have to try to write endless emails to chase them down to refund. With my last two returns, still some items are missing. In one case, the process went on more than 3 months so the case was expired, and I didn't get the full refund! The second: they claim they didn't receive returns from an entire order, which I sent back together with some other orders, what a mess! The total value of these missing refunds sums over EUR 100, but I've spent more than 3000 on Shein in the last 2 month, what a waist of money! Never trust it again!
I never received my order. I tried to get a hold of them. And it just is hard there is no way of getting a hold of them. So I decided to do a review. To see if that will make a difference.

Shein are a bunch of SCAMMERS. No delivery just lie upon lie that it is shipping. Finally in writing stated they would send a refund. Of course No REFUND after they scammed me out of $300 USD. Email sent promising a refund along with messages sent through messenger months ago and of course nothing from them. They simply rip people off and do not care. There are HUNDREDS if not THOUSANDS who have been scammed by this company as shown through all of the complaints online. They have NUMEROUS LAWSUITS against them for ripping off other people's designs on top of this. THIS Should be all over the MEDIA, they should be sued and put in jail.

I seen who is shipping my stuff which is called Lonestar overnight all the reviews state that it's a scam and that they'll claim to deliver when they really didn't let SHEIN know that it's a scam and nothing has been done so far except them telling me to wait longer based on the reviews I'm for sure never getting my package and told them they need to stop using them as a shipper and ask them to please just resend the stuff I ordered through FedEx USPS anything else but them will update the see if they resend

I hope you like sweatshops cause that's what this is! Please do not buy from Shein, there have been multiple reports of forced labor, child labor, and bad/unsafe working conditions.

Terrible Experience with Shein's Return Process
I had an absolutely horrendous experience with Shein and their return process. Not only did they fail to take appropriate action, but their lack of accountability and dishonesty left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of.
I applied for a return with Shein, and they sent a logistic partner to collect the package, whom swapped my package with another shop. The other shop, rightfully recognizing the mistake, promptly returned my product and notified me. But Shein? They simply taking the easy way out.
When I contacted Shein to inform them of the mix-up, they initially reaffirmed me that they had received the correct package and issued a refund. But when I verified and provided them with photographic evidence that I still had Shein package and what they received is non shein. In a complete turn of events, Shein suddenly denied ever receiving the package, contradicting their previous messages. They tried to shift the blame onto logistic partner, and denying any action. The truth is Shein operation team received the product without checking and confirm the refund. When i asked them to return they lost it probably because they couldnt track down with own operation and changed their words to not receiving it. This outrageous behavior is an insult to a loyal customers like me who trust to shop at Shein over the years with big orders. Even if they shift the blame to logistic its their logistic partner who they should be the one who claim with them and not me. And Shein certainly has no rights to keep the product which is alot more expensive tha n Shein product.
It's astonishing to see such a lack of responsibility and accountability from a big company like Shein. Their inability to handle a simple return and their refusal to admit their mistakes points to a deeply flawed system. It raises serious concerns about the integrity and effectiveness of their processes. It seems like Shein's lack of accountability means that anyone could return anything without anyone double-checking it.
Their failure to rectify the situation, their inconsistency in their responses, and their refusal to take responsibility have left me deeply disappointed. I caution anyone considering shopping with Shein to think twice before doing so. There are plenty of other companies out there who value their customers and prioritize genuine customer service.

Ordered a dress through this company which was $30 including the shipping my husband paid for it on his debit card we get a notification through their fraud department that they need a little extra information for us before they ship the dress. We sent him a picture of the bank statement showing proof we paid for the dress they denied the picture saying it was not a complete clear picture. We took another picture up close of the bank statement letting them know we were not going to give out our account number or anything else but the picture of the bank statement through his bank which we did online. I can see if the outfit was over $500 that they would have their fraud department looking into it but a $30 order really?! Ridiculous crap! Get it together Shein!

The material posted on Shein's site is full of lies. I bought it because the description said it was 70% cotton. Due to skin disease, I cannot wear products that are less than 60% cotton. However, the product I received was 100% polyester, and Shein specified that it was the only product that could not be returned. Isn't that a scam? Of course, I contacted customer service, but it's pointless because they just give me a canned response from a machine. This store is only used by people who want clothes made from 100% polyester. (the worst quality and just few cents cost)

I have ordered some cone loader grinders my first 2 orders were fine. My next 2 orders which I did within a couple of days of each other were not there was only half of the grinders to oversee the order pick I did not know that there are 2 per order. They gave me a refund for the first order and tell me the keep the grinders. They told me they'd merged my 2 tickets together but they obviously hadn't because when I saw the refund I realized what has happened they really done it for the first order. I have never sent so many emails back and forth they got me send in the SKU number to them so so so many times it seems like the customer service is totally useless. He then put me on to a supervisor or I thought might be able to help me but after 6 weeks she'd asked me to send them back that she did not think that I might have sold them avoid like the plague

There is no support. Period. I received a damaged sweater and opened a ticket 20 days ago. No response. Now I can't return them either because it passed 35 days after the purchase date. But it took 2 weeks for me to receive the sweaters, their 30 days return policy is fake! So to avoid trouble, do NOT order from them unless you are sure and don't mind throwing the money away if the item is damaged.

I placed an order on 27th November 2023. By 29th December 2023 I still hadn't received my order. I contacted Shein and have a message stating I'd receive a refund. Its now 1st February 2024 and I still haven't received my refund! They say they have no record of a refund request. Shein are absolute thieves! Their website even prevents you from logging a complaint!

Can never get a hold of a live agent! Need to dispute with a ticket! Representive dont take the time to look over ur proof and instead all they do is repeated apologize for the inconvenience and still can't do nth about it! Waste of time! Sorry not a Shein Fan! Let me go back to Temu!

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
