Placed my order 13th February 2021. Credut card transaction on 14th February. Called, emailed, Messenger, Instagram... asked where my order was. Told ur had been sent priority, it was mislead in transit, that I would receive it on 19th March, etc etc. Eventually after posting my dissatisfaction on Social media, I received my order 3/29. What a frustrating, disappointing experience. Incompetency at its best! You cannot treat customers this way. You have plenty of competition and consumers can spend their money elsewhere.
