I received my merchandise. Nothing fit. I've tried to contact your company several times via the contact number to no avail. I could not figure out from your website how to do a return. This is very frustrating.

This product does exactly what it says it does. I was very surprised that it didn't roll down. It kept everything in place and it was comfortable. I should've sized up.

I'm disappointed in the product - I had to order a size that fit my waist measurements, but then it fits me nowhere else (loose and baggy in the legs). I wish you could order to your body shape. I also ordered the waist cincher, but it's too small. Just really disappointed

Love the idea behind the product and what it should do, the sizing was spot on if you know your measurements ( key) comes seamlessly under bra line no gaps. ( Long torso) M ordered 170+ in weight shorter than 5'7 height and curvy. Experienced I stand wedgy, did not rest and stay under pelvic crease as shown. Overall - good product just not perfect for me.

My last order was disappointing and ShapeLLX made it impossible for me to return and exchange. This order would determine if I am coming back or not. We shall see

This undergarment was comfortable and made me look smooth in the mid area and the thighs. I didn't feel like I had anything on under my clothes.

Didn't like the fit, was expecting a little bit more.Pull or tuck on my tummy. Would recommend to someone that has less tummy fat than myself

Customer service was great. I reached out via chat to inquire about sizing. Was told to order a 2X. Received the product and it was too big in the crotch area. Could have sized down. I will more than likely order again from Shapellx.

I must wear shapewear after abdominal surgeries... it's actually uncomfortable when I don't have it on. So, I wear shapewear 90% of the time and I've tried it ALL. Finally, I've found a product (the Boot yeah above knee shorts) that breathe, hold you in, smooth you out, don't rub or chafe and best of all don't roll up or down! All the rest do. The top stays up thanks to boning, and the legs don't pinch or bind, so you can't see it under pants or dresses, and it doesn't roll up... one of my biggest struggles! With previous brands I was constantly adjusting all day.

Love the compression, the versatility and it holds my big boobs up. I'm 5'7 162lbs I got a medium. It's great once you get it on.

The company is nice, I ordered my body shaper, but the size was small and tight.

I ordered the large and it was fine for my hips but I was swimming in it at the top when I tried to wear it strapless - which was why I bought it. I'm assuming it can't be returned but it's a no for me.

This bra is so soft, easy with the front snaps, my last front snap bra was 30 years ago because of my pregnancy. I am really happy with my bra and I'm in love with the shapeware I own about 6 pieces

I have had a difficult time returning an item. After several emails back and forth with customer service, I still have not received a QR code needed to return an item. This has been a 2 week process. I'm disappointed.
