I of course wanted this to help smooth everything, but I also was hoping to get some relief from back pain. Well it more than exceeded my expectations! It definitely smooths, but even more than that it gave me so much relief from my back pain!

Great first time shopping experience! Received items in a timely manner and items are easy to use.

Order processing and Customer service is trash. You guys Left me no choice but to have the item refunded.
Firstly, the tracking info was sent 3 DAYS AFTER the item was apparently already delivered. Of course, the item was stolen since it was just sitting around for 3 days
When I reached out the company, I asked for the item to be resent. In steps "Catherine" the most incompetent of them all.
Catherine asked if I wanted the item resent 5 times, after I clearly requested the item be resent at least 3 times throughout our interaction, which btw she only responded 1 message at a time over the course of a week (even though I responded within 5 mins of each email). It gave the impression she preferred i ask for a refund. The return / exchange process was such a hassle that I doubt I'll ever order from this company again and it was so irritating I'll ask friends to save themselves the trouble and avoid this sketchy website.

The website was easy to use and there are many products to choose from.

Initially, after receiving my product, it was comfortable. After about 3 days, it started rolling down while I was at work. Since I work in law enforcement and wear a uniform, that was very uncomfortable and annoying to have to go to the restroom and take it off each time. I wore it again Christmas day and it rolled again (from the top downward). I just feel like I've purchased, yet, another product that does not deliver the results as promised.

I am still getting used to it. So far it is ok. It does have its uncomfortable moments.

So far so good, I have to try them on, but I received everything ordered. Considering the distance they had to travel, I received everything fairly quickly. I ordered on 12/31 and received on 1/24. Good timing considering the supply chain issues. Thank you!

Quick payment process, fast delivery. Didn't quite like the product. Kept rising and moving no matter how tight I pulled it.

Everything was pretty smooth. I love how I can adjust it & tighten the wrap without an issue, est investment ever!

This shape wear is great just wish the the closing trap was less bulky.

My experience was great! Ordering was a breeze. I reached out to the company on IG because I hadn't received a shipping status. I received a very timely response & my ordered arrived in less than five days.

The website is easy to maneuver as far as your size fitting and you receive your first time customer discount which works. So all that's left is the product to be comfortable and work. We will see..
