Definitely order your size because to pull it up and on was it's own workout! But it was totally worth it though once on it was super comfortable and pulled in everything that needed pulled in.
It really pulls the waist in and gives me a good shape. I would give 5 stars, but when I ordered I clicked on plus size and then chose a color. Apparently it switched me back to one size fits all when I chose the color, because that is what I received instead of the plus size that I wanted. Looking back at my order, it does show it switched it back to one size. I should have paid more attention. So make sure you choose your color first! I can either 1) choose to wrap up my mom-of-three belly and have this weird bulge just below my armpits OR 2) I can wrap from just below my belly button up to underneath my breasts (eliminating that bulge), but there is not enough wrap to do both. For reference I am a 34 waist, but I bloat alot due to heath problems so it can go up to 38.
It was quick and easy. But, I got the plus size one and it's to big.
When my product got here I was highly disappointed. The size read "4x" but it was more like a small!
