The website will walk you through how to get a refund and offer a discount if you make an immediate purchase during the return process. You will not receive the items nor a refund. In fact, you will also have to pay for returning the items. All correspondence with them will stop if you are trying to get what you paid for or your money back. Stick with Amazon or an in- person retailer!

It's very responsive and easy to navigate through.

I love the shaper I got it fits like a glove. Omg I've been wanting something like this I even like the long sleeves. This bodysuit locks you in and true to size I got a small that was all left and baby this small has me locked in and it's comfortable.

I've purchased from here two different times shape wear and I loved the snatched waist that it gave and the booty enhancement it gave. I was careless because I lost one and I damaged the other. Now I'm back for more.

I made a purchase from this company in July. I received it in 2 different shipments over 10 days apart. There was no return info in either package. The items were not what I expected so I emailed them on august 12 for return i instructions They received my items on August 21. On September 15 I had not received a refund so I emailed them. They asked for tracking and order number which were in my email. Then the next email said it had been over 30 days and therefore they could only issue me a store credit. They are a scam.

If you are a plus size girl, size up. Just looking at it it's small. There return policy is to send an e-mail and they are nonresponsive Make sure you have size correct. Not recommended poor customer service

After seeing many ads for this company i finally gave it a try big mistake I purchased a garment however it was too small so i wanted exchange to size up I go to the website to start return and that's when the run around begins their website says one return label per order however beware this is a lie they will not provide u with return label ok so even after that lie I went ahead and paid for return shipping myself the website states to return unworn garment in its original packaging if possible and to also photograph a pic of the garment and provide them with the tracking information to notify them your return will indeed be in route back to there warehouse I did everything they asked of me and never got a response I waited a week giving them extra time to respond before sending another email and still again no response I ultimately sent about four emails that no one EVER responded to I never got an email even after my tracking information said that my return had be delivered back to them at their warehouse this is unacceptable I WILL NOT AND DO NOT RECOMMEND U PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY if so be aware that their customer service is non existent and the return policy is just a bunch of lies and smoke screens I regret even ordering from these people. Lesson learned
