I am always amazed how well the garment fit effortlessly and seamlessly the best investment, I f feel good was a person it would be me in my shapellx shapeware

The underwire on the initial shapewear piece I purchased began to poke through before I after only trying the garment on with my dressess a couple of times. I reached out and the company offered me a gift card credit. My issue is that the gift card did not arrive and I had to reach out to the company for another one to be issued. I was concerned because I tried to call the customer service number several times, but could never get anyone on the phone, nor on the online chat. I sent another email, I did receieve a response within 24 hours. The gift card was sent the next day. I have just placed my order for the new garments, fingers crossed there are no issues with the new order/garments.

Easy ordering process, items did just what the description said, ordering tools (size guide, firmness, etc) is always on point.

My first time was great I bought one item and I love it. My second time was horrible I bought three items all the wrong size and could not exchange them. I hope this time will be like the first time.

I have tried every form of Shapeware that you could find nothing has been comfortable. It will hold you in, but it cuts into your skin. They don't do what they advertise they do and I finally found something that I can actually go about my day without feeling incarcerated by the garment

Not to compare, but probably one of the best brands of shapewear you can have in your drawer! I'm a repeat customer. Only reason, I gave 4 stars is because my item didn't arrive timely! As you can see, that didn't deter me from a second buy! Great quality merchandise, so you must try!

I decided to purchase the shape wear after watching a video on instagram made by Temika with her discount code TM88. I made an additional purchase taking advantage of the bogo bra sale and I was very impressed when my items arrived. For reference I am 5"11 at 212lbs I usually buy clothing within the ranges of 12-14 depending on the material so I ordered the air sculpt mesh leggings in an xl. The leggings fit perfectly and even goes high up under the bra which is a plus for me with the wireless back support bra. I decided to purchase the same items to wear while I'm working out in the gym.

I've tried several shapewear brands before, but none offered the combination of comfort, quality, and support that Shapellx does. The material is soft yet firm, it stays in place all day, and it gives me a smooth, sculpted look without feeling restrictive.

Returns and refunds are NOT easy - you need to repeatedly message them to get them to move the process along. It took over 30 days and multiple requests by me for them to process my reauest!

Material is soft and strong. Customer service is very good. They are patient, listened to me and offered my different alternative which worked great. Had I not chosen the wrong size I believe all would have been great. Products are just as you see them and also described on the site.

Item was satisfactory in some places but created problems in others. Couldn't return because I had thrown away the packaging. Very disappointed.

I've tried a lot of shapewear brands, but Shapellx truly surprised me! From the fit to the fabric, everything feels thoughtfully made. It smooths in all the right places without feeling tight or uncomfortable. I love how confident and put-together I feel every time I wear it. It's officially my go-to brand for everyday shaping and special occasions alike!

My previous experience was also my very first time purchasing from Shapellx. I loved the products but two of the items didn't work for me. I reached out to Customer Service via email and received a timely response. The representatives were very helpful in assisting me with my return. I have not gotten the opportunity to wear what I ordered just yet but I do look forward to doing so very soon.

I ordered two bathing suits for a trip and they came much later than the estimated delivery date, so I returned them.

The process to do so was smooth, so I'm giving Shapellx another shot!

The shipping is very fast and they have different shape wear to choose from with different support to choose that you might need

My experience so far has been a positive experience. I get my order as promised, and I don't have to worry about getting the wrong item.

I did not pay mind to the support of the previous items I purchased and they do not do the job I had hoped they would do.

I was out of town and the return date had passed by the time I came back home.

I am 50 years old, 5'5 and 160 lbs I order the xl in the bottom shape wear to smooth out my belly from a c- section and my menopause belly. This is perfect. I love the zipper from front to back, making it easy to go to the restroom unlike other shape wear. It lifts and flattens in all the right places. Very happy with my purchase.
