Bought a 2.5t aluminium racing jack from SGS. Looks like a quality Jack and is pretty easy to carry around. Jack works very well and effortlessly jacked the back end of my Discovery and then worked well to help drop the axle down and pull it out. Highly Recommended.

Recently ordered a 20ton hydraulic press from SGS. It was ordered mid morning on the Monday and was delivered by 10am the following day... std next day delivery had been paid for, so I was already made up! The kit itself was securely packed on a pallet, undamaged. After breaking the boxes down and laying everything out on the workshop floor, nothing was missing so construction commenced. There were a couple of minor typo errors in the instructions, but nothing untoward at all. Within 1 hour we were up and running. It took a bit to bleed the hydraulics and maybe slightly clearer instructions would assist as a number of others reported similarly but in the greater scheme of things its nothing major. Absolutely delighted with the product and the service from SGS... we will use them again for sure.
Ordered two new struts for my Skoda Yeti late on Thursday afternoon and they arrived on Saturday morning. I paid less than £40 for the two struts incl. P&p. The video on the web-site told me what I had to do and ordering and fixing together probably took less than 10 minutes. (My main agent was happy to charge me over £100 to replace a single strut "including labour"). Arrived very well packaged wrapped in bubblewrap and enclosed in a thick cardboard tube. (The bubblewrap wasn't selotaped so can be used again - I'm not really being tight, every bit of recycling helps!).
The struts appear to be good quality and were an easy fit - a sharp tap on each end to fit them onto the studs on the tailgate and body.
The tailgate now opens and shuts nearly silently, rather than the grinding squeal my neighbours have come to know and love. The web-site was easy to use, the service everything that was promised and the struts seem more than up to the job. Highly recommended.

An excellent piece of kit delivered early the following day for only £6.99, it would have been free if I'd ordered over £50. It's very well made, very substantial and fitted perfectly on my Passat, though if your car, or at least the engine bay, is wider then you'd need to check that it will fit, 154 cms max. Width. Because my engine lifting mounts are high I ended up using ratchet tie-down shops over the top of the bar instead of the grappling hooks and chain. Chain is substantial (28mm across) so may not go through your lifting mounts, may need to use a shackle or hook to attach.
I can't fault SGS' service and excellent communication. I placed my order and received really useful email communication form the outset. Would definitely recommend and use again.

The service, however, was EXCELLENT.
The courier managed to damage one of the items - which caused me to worry about the hassle I was going to have returning the (large) item, waiting for it to be received and then a replacement sent out.
To my, very pleasant, surprise SGS (on receipt of an email with photos of the damage) sent out a replacement immediately AND arranged to pick up the damaged item - great service which minimised any hassle for me.
Based on my experience I would, unreservedly, recommend SGS.
