Ordered a battery for a Ryobi power tool, it was delivered in two days and cheaper than other suppliers. I would use SGS again and recommend them.
The gas struts on our Renault Scenic tailgate had failed. It was easy to find and order the right struts, quickly delivered. For some you'll find fitting instructions and a video. I picked SGS on the basis of reviews and other recommendations. The struts took about 10 minutes to fit. For the Renault Scenic you have to take the rear light assembly out which requires a Torx screwdriver. Throughout this you really need a strong reliable friend to hold up the tailgate - it's very heavy and you don't want to have it fall on you.
Quality product at a very reasonable price, will check SGS out first when making any similar purchases.
If i was to go through the burmese jungle this machine would certainly make a path very frugile on fuel as well thanks colin

I bought a gas strut to replace one fitted to a kitchen cupboard. After searching the internet for a reasonably priced unit I came across SGS; the price was good as is the quality and it does the job perfectly. However the thing that impressed me most was their customer care, I was phoned before the unit was dispatched to ask me if I had forgotten to order end fittings. If I had forgotten, it would have meant a delay and an inconvenience, but as it was I was re-using the retrieved fittings from the failed gas strut. Just a small thing but it shows me real customer care. Thanks SGS Engineering 5 stars well deserved
Ordered over the August bank holiday. SGS got in touch after the holiday to say that stock had run out and promised a revised delivery delivery a week later. I agreed to this and SGS beat their promise handsomely. Very Satisfied
