Very quick delivery, looks like a quality product, haven't used it fully yet but very pleased with the item so far.

Ordered a garden multi tool at a very good game price, delivery was next day. Central Scotland. Pleased with the value for money of the product. Comprehensive instructions, with diagrams and pictures were easy to follow. No piles of unnecessary paper in multiple languages, plain English. Minutes to put together and started easy with a few pulls from new. Used once and works as should. Restarts with half pull when warm.

I ordered a Milwaukee gun at two minutes to four in the afternoon, it arrived the next day at ten a.m.
It was very well packaged and arrived in excellent condition.
I also made a query via the website and was contacted really quickly.
Overall possibly the best customer service ever.

Bought some struts for my hatchback. Website was really informative and easy to use. There was a really useful video on fitting. I chose standard delivery but item arrived quickly and really well packaged with an instruction sheet. Had good communication and an email invoice. Really impressed with the product and service.
