Always good service from SGS. Items are great value an well built. It's just a shame that the couriers they use are unable to give a more restricted time window for deliveries, but not really a big problem - first world problems!

Excellent quality, competitively priced tool cabinet. Very responsive customer service. I won't hesitate to recommend.

Can not fault the service. Products arrived just a quickly as I wanted, well packed - and fitted as the leaflet showed.
How easy can it get

fast service and dealt with the first tool chest turning up damaged very efficiently and a replacement sent at next day delivery (even though I had only taken the 3-5 day delivery option on the first one)

Ordered a strimmer Thursday 3pm. Notified Friday 8am that it would arrive between 10 and 11 and at 10.30, it arrived. What excellent service.

I purchased a 20 inch chain saw some time ago which proves to be an excellent product, our local tree surgeon was amazed at the value for money. Subsequent service has proved to be excellent also.

Can't praise SGS enough, their customer service pulled out all stops to effect a speedy delivery to me in France. The strimmer exceeded all expectations, really good quality and solid and just breezed through a very large area of overgrown grass and foliage. I will certainly be purchasing more quality SGS products shortly.

Over the past few years I have purchased a 100 litre compressor and a 2.5tonne low level high lift jack (suitable for a an XK8 and a transit!). Both products have proved durable with strong performance. I am well chuffed.
