I ordered a strimmer which is excellent value for money, in fact the price cannot be beaten. Not only this but from ordering to delivery took less than 24 hours (Take note Royal Mail). I have used the strimmer and it does what the advert says.
I ordered a generator that when it arrived was never fit for purpose (wheels fell off due to cheap rubbish split pins, bolts were missing for the legs, handle sheared apart slicing my daughters hand again cheap rubbish material and no power output). I rang SGS twice who once they found my order and understood I wanted to return the item put the phone down on me. I had to go through paypal for a refund - SGS refused to collect the item so it cost me nearly £50 to return it. They refused to update the paypal case after they received the item back so it dragged on another two weeks. I would recommend you look elsewhere to make your purchase as my experience is that SGS supply shoddy goods and have no interest in customer service.

This is the first time I have purchased from SGS and I was influenced by other reviews I had read of the SGS products. Im very pleased with the tool chest - drawer unit on wheels. It arrived next day which I was not expecting so a bonus there, it was well packed so no damage and the quality seems to be very good. So in summary - a good website, prompt delivery, good quality product and no transit damage. A satisfied customer who would go back to SGS for other products if and when required.
Ordered a pair of gas struts for the tailgate on my car, they were the correct exact match, and of good quality, the price was good also. They were delivered on time and came well packaged and unmanaged I would use again and recommend.

I had been looking to increase my Milwaukee 18v tool kit and came across SGS. Their prices are really good.My latest buy was a slide mitre saw (body only) for around £240.00 and no one has come close. Next day delivery for free over £50.00 and a text on the morning to let you know the hour slot.
Excellent service from order to delivery. Quality of materials and construction is very high, clear instructions. It has allowed me to combine three separate tool boxes, into one portable unit, with sufficient draws to allow grouping of all my tools. Very happy, and an excellent price too.
We purchased a Stephill diesel generator. £2,800.00. It has an intermittent fault and does not produce power. To get this fixed we need put put it on a pallet in the original packaging and we have to have lifting facilities to get it on the return lorry for it to go back to the manufacturer what a joke.
So if you want a good service do not buy from SGS.

This company has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. My experience of returning a faulty item has taken nearly 4 months. I purchased a £360 compressor to do work on my suspension and steering and spent the extra as on paper this compressor should have done the work. Upon receiving the item the travel bung was pierced and the compressor was covered in oil. After cleaning the compressor I tried to undo my wheel bolts on my car which are tightened to 120nm. The impact wrench should be rated in excess of 300nm but was unable to undo these bolts. I tried everything from maximising the air flow on the air flow control dial to ensuring I was on maximum torque on the impact wrench. After concluding this item did not work this is when my troubles began.
Their website states a 60 money back guarantee as well as being protected by PayPal I thought returning the item would be straight forward. Far from it. No responses were received from my emails in the first 2 weeks and after several phone calls to various staff I raised a case with PayPal. After returning the item at my expense the company still tried to appeal and not refund me the money for a faulty product even thought it was returned.
I am now waiting for a PayPal appeal after 4 months this saga has gone on I would say to anyone stay away from this company. When things go wrong they won't want to know and it will cost you dearly.
Dealt with this company and can recommend with 5 Stars, Cant see why they have so many bad reviews, maybe the people who are upset are the only ones to post, Still they might have up there game and all is good now
Bought 26" Top Box and Bottom box 14 draw, excellent value and very well made, It also gives me an option to buy a middle draw to add to when or if i run out of space, which I will be buying in the next 3 months, Very happy with the product and company communication is very good recommended nice people to deal with.

As always a sarcastic reply blames everyone instead of being honest. Why dont you see bad reviews on there website,? It looks like me as there dont permit anyone to post one, I believe that is very misleading and dishonest to coustomers I am sure a judge will se it the same way in court
