Good CRM system and absolutely five star ranking. The entire concept is pretty interesting, personally, I love the referral radar. I think that the ability to trace multiple sources of leads and bid on the leads on the go it's pretty cool.

Considering their ethics and how they conduct their business, this company should not be in business. I signed a contract in December 2021 (Dec 13 or Dec 14) and they said it automatically renews unless I cancel. I understand that but I believe it's common courtesy that they connect and give me the heads-up first before they charge me for another year which they just did. Bottom line, I would not have renewed because doing business with them was miserable and their program is not a successful fit for me. I honestly have no use for their services.

Our system shows that you were granted leads within your area. It is our regret that the leads did not prosper into successful listings. Your account also shows that you have been contacted by our Agent Success team regularly but usually only reaches your voicemail.
Both Master Subscription Agreement and your docusigned invoice states that Cancellations must be received thirty (30) days prior to renewal of the Membership term. We reviewed your account and invoice you signed last 12/16/2021, and it states that:
“You hereby authorize SetSchedule to charge the provided credit card for all Purchased Services listed in this Order Form for the membership term and authorize SetSchedule to automatically charge the provided credit card for the annual membership renewal. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and contact information to SetSchedule and notifying SetSchedule of any changes to such information. You may request to discontinue the automatic renewal of the membership by contacting SetSchedule via email at [email protected]. Requests for discontinuation of renewal must be received in writing no later than thirty (30) days prior to the membership annual anniversary date (Membership renewal date). “

Finally a SetSchedule app with a perfect widget to use as a pill reminder. I love that the widget shows the next reminder and asks to confirm when clicking (to prevent accidental presses). The reminder notifications are great because I can set it up as a fallback only: 1 or 2 hours late only instead of frequent nags.

Great company for realtors that are ready to work to secure listings and new clients. I will get my first listing on the market in a couple days. Very efficient.I called the service team and requested a replacement set schedule was agreeable to do it.
