We’re so sorry that your experience did not match your expectations. We reviewed your account and invoice you signed last 11/29/2021. Both Master Subscription Agreement and your docusigned invoice states that Cancellations must be received thirty (30) days prior to renewal of the Membership term. We only received your written request to cancel last 12/01/2022, hence the auto-renewal.

Our system also shows that you were granted leads within your area. It is our regret that the leads did not prosper into successful listings. Our system shows that you were granted leads within your area. It is our regret that the leads did not prosper into successful listings, however, SetSchedule DOES NOT make any guarantees or representations as to the real estate agent’s ability to close transactions. These variables are solely in the hand of the real estate agent who represents themselves as licensed sales professionals.

As for the auto-renewal, it is stated in the invoice that you docu-signed last 10/28/2021 that cancellations must be received thirty (30) days prior to termination of the Membership term and must be sent ONLY to [email protected]. Your written cancellation request has already been received last 11/29/2022. On 10/29/2023, your account will be a starter account but until then, please feel free to continue to use the premium benefits.
