This is the best app in playstore that I have use ever.I'm really benefited by use this app. SetSchedule was an awesome company. I highly recommand this app.

In 7 months, I have been unable to connect to any lead they provided. Often contain derogatory words and bounce. Phone numbers are incorrect. Pay them up front and pay them a referral for leads that don't go anywhere.

They cold called me and I ALWAYS shut down these lead services, but they assured me 5 different times that they were a back end only referral service that takes 20% with ABSOLUTELY no up front or ongoing costs to the agents. Based on this info, I was willing to do a 15 minute onboarding webinar to see how the lead system works to accept leads.

After they got me on the phone, they made it very apparent that there is very much up front cost at almost $3,000 for the year that they say equates to 100 leads annually. I already buy leads from Zillow directly and especially after reading the reviews and getting this nice surprise of upfront costs, there is no way I am lining their pockets and falling for it.

Don't waste your time even picking up the phone, just another fly by night that won't deliver...

I purchased this service in May they told me I would get 50 verified leads a month and after that I would have to purchase any additional verified leads. The leads are fake numbers don't work no answers bad emails. I have even had people think I was calling to purchase their property. When you call into support they tell me they are giving me 15 leads a month if I call and talk to my support advisor. This person has not spoken to me before. I scheduled appointments and they cancel them and don't reset the appointment. I have asked to speak to the management and even had them send it to me in an email and nothing. They just want to take your money. This has been one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I have not received any renewals on my monthly "free" allowance and when I spoke to support they told me that I lost the leads and they would not return any of them. They also said that they would not cancel my subscription or refund any of my money. Stay away! I have 75 agents in my office and I tell everyone to stay away.

Very good experience with the SetSchedule app. Our business came back like before. Very cool app. Just got leads and was able to replace the ones I didn't want to keep.

I've used several CRM apps and like this one for keeping a task list and making quick updates to contact records. I have not had connection or operation problems with the app.

In our business we deal with a ton of clients and a ton of projects. The beauty with this CRM is that it allows us to keep up to date with all clients and goals.

The staff over a base is the best. Thank you so much for helping us grow very quickly. Your CRM makes growing that painful but helpful.

The app has an easy to follow interface that allows me to manage my opportunities in a convenient way. One stop shopping for me!

Horrible and deceiving company, you will get answers from overseas agents when you call for support. And you will get scammed out of your money. Money I paid them is wasted money. I'd give it negative stars if I could. Stay away. I paid them over $1,500 on 2021. They committed to providing quality and several leads, but the leads have been garbage and are recycled leads. When I called them to get my monthly leads, they refused to give me my agreed upon resupply of garbage leads from them. This has not been resolved as of yet 11. 3. 2022 and I will not be renewing my subscription with them, I requested for management to contact me but they have not, and the phone number I was given to call management is not the correct number.

I wish I could give less than one star to Set Schedule. Big promises, not results, horrible customer care. All lies. Total fraud. I paid over $2,000 and 100% of their leads were either fake or angry home owners that even did not want to sell their homes. In one case, the appointment was made by SetSchedule and we did go to the address. BUT the home owner did not have ANY IDEA why we were even there or who SETSCH is! I contacted them many many times. They did not refund my money. $2,000 is really a lot of money. We work hard to make a living. Set Schedule shame on you!

Great CRM application to keep track of your business customer tasks, notes, contacts and documents. This app is amazing. So simple and straightforward to use to manage all aspects of my real estate business.

I'm very disappointed with my experience with SetSchedule. After signing my team up with SetSchedule in Nov 2021, SetSchedule "updated their system" which rendered the system completely unusable for an entire month. SetSchedule will never issue a refund. There have been challenges with SetSchedule working as it supposed to for the entire year. Additionally, SetSchedule, knowing that I had paid for my entire team to have access to their platform attempted to convince members of my team to pay for individual accounts and ended up lying to one of my team members telling him that my team account had been canceled more than a month before the year was set to expire. They promised enough leads for my entire team, but didn't deliver. The leads they provided were of very poor quality. The team member they convinced to obtain his individual account was a preferred agent and they were going to send him the most leads... Poor, unethical business practices, coupled with a poorly developed system, and a lack of quality leads. Overwhelming numbers of very bad reviews - caveat emptor!

Of course, you will be upset if leads do not convert. We all have regrets about buying the wrong things. How Set Schedule earns the cheaters are, they have a clause in their fine print that you have to cancel at least 30 days before the end date. Now you are stuck for 2nd year for something that you do now want.
