In real estate so I'm used to these kind of things. It is absolutely a sham. Luckily I didn't pay for the service but have purchased a couple individual leads off the app. Since then I'll accept a SetSchedule sales call, act like I'm interested for an hour then hang up. Waste my time and I will gladly waste yours.

In desperation I agreed to entertain the sales person from Set Schedule and wanted to read all the 'fine' print of the contract -- you can't do that without paying for the service. The sales person said it would all be fine and described it as safe and that me and my money would be protected. When I opened the contract it states that Set Schedule can take 20% of every commission I earn whether or not I find the seller / buyer through them or not. I immediately tried to get back my $1560 - that was last May 2022. I am still out the money and because of this company I am no longer practicing real estate. I pay for my license and my RE Association but do not work. STAY AWAY. I would like to sue to get my money back. I can't afford to 'give' money to anyone.

Worst investment ever!

This is a total waste of money! The leads are horrible and they keep trying to charge you after you cancel. Do not be fooled by the salespeople- this is crap!

They use a very convincing narrative to sign you up by esign and encourage you to pay for the year up front. I paid $1,766 and got 6 leads: 2 rentals, 2 lots, 1 lead sold two months ago, 1 pending lead. I could not use any of them!
When I realized this was not as represented, I called two weeks later to cancel & get refund. Guess what - NO REFUNDS. They must be raking in the money! I talked to several people at the company, but they confirmed NO REFUNDS and were of no help whatsoever. No one would give me an email or phone # to contact Corporate. They said they didn't have it or know it. (Yeah, right)
Well, since they kept my money, I continued to wait for leads but 90% of them were for another County 35 miles away. I complained, but no help. When I opened a couple of others, as soon as I received them, it said "already taken." I have not gotten a legitimate lead in a year! As they required, I wrote a letter 35 days in advance of my renewal date so I wouldn't be charged another yearly nonrefundable fee again. (My renewal date was Oct. 8)
Strangely, I received a lead from them in a message 2 days ago, but was afraid to open it. I was told I had an allotment? There was going to be a charge for it of $15. When I thought about the fact that others would pay & receive it also, I decided to let it go. (They found another way to make MORE money!) Plus, I found out if you ever have a closing, you have to pay them again, hundreds of dollars. They have hurt so many innocent people that trusted them by keeping those people's needed money.
I can only hope this message reaches many people.

(I tried to print a copy of the agreement I signed but could not get it, so I contacted people at the company & asked to receive a copy of my agreement - Never got anything.)

Big promises, and terrible product. I specifically said I could work leads in a specific zip code. They only send leads outside of my area and with unrealistic budget. When you complain, they basically say, "got cha!" Just light $1650 on fire if you want to use them.

This is a scam they do not do as promised. They lock you in with a docusign and then you can't get your money back. I canceled the next day and was out of $1776. Please don't wast your time and money with Setschedule!

No stars for these crooks

Please don't get scammed by this company! Don't pick up the phone and listen to the lying voice on the other side. They sell you a "service" that is non existent and lie to you about having a refund period. Then rush you to sign and then you find out you were duped and there is no refund period and you just lost a lot of money. Unscrupulous company selling worthless services. How are they still operating? Look at other reviews and ratings!

STOP CONTACTING ME

I have talked to a representative. I have emailed you. You have responded to my reviews on Google. I have reported you to the Federal Trade Comission. AND YET YOU STILL INSIST ON CONTACTING ME!

Do not do business with this shady company. Beyond all the fake positive reviews (they are obviously fake and paid for, look up the other reviews the members have provided to other notoriously shady companies), they will never leave you alone once they have your contact information. Doesn't matter that you didn't give it to them. Doesn't matter that you've gone through every channel to make them stop. They still continue with a brand new phone number or representative.

I will continue to write negative reviews until you stop contacting me.

PLEASE DON'T

Started set schedule with 100 leads per month NO QUALIFIED LEADS drop to 30 again not 1good lead. Always having issues with their system and can't replenish allotments. Now 0 lead wants me to work those unqualified leads. Set schedule is NO (f-***) good. Please don't waste your time and your money with set schedule.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

Company send fake leads

Don't sign up with this company, they will send leads, minimum 100 miles away from your office and if you complain, they will call you trying to make you feel guilty for not talking with those leads, when leads not even answer the phone, they charged my credit card on September 12th, 2022 up to today they haven't been able to change the settings to 25 miles radius from my office, and all other leads, the phone is not working, leads don't answer and one that called back treat to sue Set Schedule for selling their information when they never contacted that company

I gave this company two chances. The second. Was same as the expierence before... they just put a new twist on it.
I got my money refunded with AMEX. For false advertising. Yet. I still get leads texted to my phone. The link goes NOWHERE. Just exactly why I quit.

Then. I get TEXTS daily. Same thing.

When I call to get them to stop. They have me as a CLIENT. Yet they are still texting me.

They are one severally messed up company.

Stay away... take a random stranger to dinner. Buy a VETEREN a lunch. Do anything but this.

Because they DO NOT COMMUNICATE. I am posting this review.

What a total waste of time.

SCAM THAT WILL AUTO-RENEW
September 9, 2022

I called, texted, emailed and followed up on EVERY lead I accepted over a 3-month period, amounting to 40+ hours spent on hundreds of their "leads". I got through to three - one was annoyed I was harassing them, the other two were not "well qualified leads", as they hadn't worked with a lender and only qualified for 100-150K purchase, which is uninhabitable in our market. I couldn't have worked it harder, as I reasoned just one sale would pay for the $1600 "service". Then, when I called to complain, they continued to lie to me and advised me to continue trying. Their original sales pitch was full of lies. They said 30% of their agents renew. Well, that's because they auto renew. They said once I accepted a lead, others could not. That was a lie - one of the three I was able to get through to said they had been inundated with harassing calls by agents using SetSchedule. The whole thing is a scam. I finally was able to cancel my auto-renew via email I made them confirm through email, but I don't trust they won't auto-renew anyway based on other reviewers' experience. Stay FAR FAR AWAY from this scam company. I feel like a fool for not finding all of these reviews before giving them my hard-earned money. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

As for your auto-renewal, your written cancellation request has already been received last 09/07/2022. On 03/15/2023, your account will be a starter account. FRAUD! Do not utilize

This company is a LIE. They do not provide any services mentioned to hook you in. Do not pay for it. They will not refund even if you are 2-3 days into the service. "Steve" signed me up with false statements. Joko Slava, a success agent assigned to me, informed me nothing was true, he would have a manager contact me, and then completely ignored all further communication. DO NOT USE.

This is a terrible company that says the have qualified leads which is not true. In the year I used them not one lead was a real lead. With that being said 9 months into my subscription I told my ASM that I would be renewing. At that time we went our separate way I never spoke with anyone from the set schedule again until they auto-renewed my membership saying I never email 30 days to cancel. The email was sent out immediately and I got a response your account will be canceled in June of 2023.

Since this time I have disputed the charge with my credit card company twice and lost. TO ALL REALTORS RUN FROM THIS COMPANY AS FAST AS YOU CAN THEY ARE THIEVES.

I indicated I would be interested in bonafide/vetted, no subscription, paid only at closing. "This might not be the right fit for you", click they hung up quick! WOW. Good thing I looked here first as there are other companies that have real leads. Sorry Charlie, agents tend to be resourceful AND do their homework!

I agreed to work with them for 1 year. It was fine, but not worth continuing. They gave me a process to follow for cancelation which included clicking "Cancel Subscription" button in my online profile. This button was not available. So they scheduled a "Cancelation Call" with my agent care manager. They rescheduled multiple times until it became time to bill me again.

As stated in the invoice that you docu-signed last 21 August 2020, cancellations must be received thirty (30) days prior to termination of the Membership term and must be sent ONLY to [email protected]. Your written cancellation request has already been received last 22 August 2022. On 20 August 2023, your account will be a starter account. Feel free to continue to use the premium benefits and reach out to your Agent Success Consultant with any questions while your premium membership is still active.

They promise good leads and at market price points but all you get is crap or people upset because they want off the call list. No support after they just want to know when you are closing something. Ones they promise to connect you with do not connect or are taken in seconds. Average price point in my market around 500,00. Majority of the leads I get are under 200,000.

Worst Investment Ever
August 15, 2022

This is BY FAR the worst investment I have ever made in recent years. Customer service is dismal and they don't do ANY thing to be of any value. I just had to consider this money a wash and hope that it comes back to me in some other way. They do NOT offer any refund if you are not satisfied - this ALONE is the biggest RED FLAG.

We request anyone considering partnership with SetSchedule to commit at least 1 year to the program. Given the process for locating and converting prospects can be months, which might not even include the amount of time it takes to finalize a real estate transaction, we believe that a minimum of 1 year is necessary to truly maximize a partnership and evaluate its potential.
