I purchased Setschedule "lead" generation system. They have an impressive pitch and their website and CRM are fine it's just that the leads are complete garbage. It is not that one might not work...someday, but by the time you sift through the garbage, you could have done 10 real deals. DO NOT waste your time or money. I wish I had checked the reviews before I blew $1400 on complete con artist garbage. Don't bother with Setschedule.
This was the biggest mistake I have ever made regarding purchasing marketing and leads for my Real Estate Career. For the first year I only received unqualified leads in towns that I was not working in at price points that I was not wanting to work with. They automatically charged my card for another year and refused to refund me when I tried to cancel with them. You would be better off to take your money and burn it! Stay clear of them!

I was totally unhappy with them in the first year with their program and had NO intention of renewing. UNFORTUNATELY I failed to read the fine print and they renewed my subscription without my approval. $1650 charged! They insist they are unable to refund my money. The leads they send are garbage... people that have clicked on a website but are not seriously looking to buy or sell... and more often than not the emails and/or phone numbers provided are bogus. They initially promised they'd be sending me live transfers. I received two in the past year. One of those was viable and I closed on that transaction... with a commission that was half of the annual fee. The second was someone looking to purchase a single particular property that was not even for sale and they had no interest in looking at any other property. I have spoken to several people in the company attempting to get a refund... they absolutely refuse. DO NOT SIGN UP with SET SCHEDULE unless you absolutely love throwing money away.

This company is absolutely the worst I have ever worked with. They promise you so many good things and they don't deliver on any of them.
I was told I would get unlimited leads. After I took my first 100, I had to give updates on them for a new allotment of 30. The leads - as they sold it to me - are not that. They are not ready to buy and are just searching generally. I am in the NYC area and after 172 leads, none of them were converting. They all told me to stop contacting them and that they felt pressured by the people on the platform. I understand if you want updates, but if you give better quality leads, you would see I am closing deals.
Every couple weeks I receive phone calls and text messages from the company to try to sell me the service again. I am already a client of theirs and they don't even know that I am or care to look. I took a call today and told them I was interested to get the salesperson back on the phone and tell her how dissatisfied I was with the service.
I have asked a manager to call and it has been past the promise of a return call from them. When I spoke with the salesperson, I told her the same thing and she said a manager would be calling. At this point, management calling is literally a waste of everyone's time. I cannot cancel it for any sort of refund and no one is offering me any sort of resolution. I am not even getting leads at this point because I now have to wait 60 days for replenishment which was not how it was told to me at all.
Please trust me when I say your money is better spent elsewhere at this point. Even old fashioned marketing techniques have a better ROI.

They present you a package that you have to pay upfront, so it is NOT a exclusive percentage based referral. All is great in the presentation until you challenge them on their pricing and platform, and all of a sudden the scamish attitude of customer service will appear. She kept on saying your market has a ton of leads and no body is picking them up, and at the end, when she didn't have answers about their ridiculous platform, stated: "I don't think you will be a good fit for our platform, Byeeeeeeee" and hung up the phone. If the initial phone conversation to sell you their product is this unpleasant, then I understand all the negative comment about poor people who actually invested and are seeing no results!

Their "response" to my complaint contains the SAME LIES that they have told me over and over again. I am NOT an INexperienced Realtor and have dealt successfully with numerous lead generation companies. They had NO RIGHT to renew my account and charge me $1650 AFTER I told them MANY times to cancel and NOT renew my account.
SetSCHEDULE IS a total SCAM- STAY as far away from them as possible.
1- their "leads" are terrible- bad emails and phone numbers, bad email addresses- when called the leads have NO interest in buying or selling. These are the same leads you can generate yourself on Facebook and Google for a FRACTION of the cost.
2- Their Customer Support people are UNhelpful and do not understand real estate.
3- Their "management team" consists of liars and frauds. They will auto renew your account and charge you ~ $2,000 even after you've told them numerous times to cancel your account and NOT charge any further.
4- They will block you from contacting their Founder and CEO, Roy Dekel- look him up on LinkedIn- and refuse to send your messages to him

I hope someone finds this review before being suckered into buying this product. Wish I would've done more research before getting conned into this product. I've been using it for 9 months and never get phone calls back, many have blocked my number as it goes straight to voicemail. I have no idea where they are getting the leads, but when someone does answer the phone, they have no interest in real estate. DON'T DO IT! Paid over $1,000 for absolutely horrible leads!

Non-refundable contract, you will never get your money back. Ask the leads are cold. People don't know why you're calling. No one intended to sale their house Or buy a house. It's the yellow pages, which you can search for free!

They do not help with anything the leads are bad numbers are worthless. When you want to get your Lead Allotment refreshed they want you to prove that you are nurturing your leads. Even the ones that never respond to calls, emails or text messages. I am stuck with them until 15 June 23. I hope that at least one of them pan out.

Sold me a $1600 bag of BS. This was to represent a "prepayment" for 100 leads. Grabbed the first 6 they sent out in my area. NONE OF THESE PEOPLE WERE LOOKING FOR ANY REAL ESTATE ACTIVITY. THEY HAD NO IDEA HOW I GOT THEIR CONTACT INFORMATION. I complained. SetSchedule tried to tell me NON-REFUNDABLE. I turned them into my credit card as a fraudulent charge. Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, I took on two more leads...and had the exact same reaction from those people as the first 6! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. (This system is asking for a picture of my receipt, but I only have a PDF)

Do NOT sign up for this program! They have an automatic renewal contract and you have to fight them tooth and nail to get out of it! The leads are garbage and the customer service is terrible! Run as fast as you can! I wish that I had saved myself the headache this company has caused.
They do not tell you that they are signing you up for an automatic renewal, in fact they didn't call to tell me this until THE DAY OF the automatic renewal and I had already sent multiple emails to them stating that I did not want to continue with their program, but of course those emails AND text messages were ignored. They are also breaking the law per CA law regarding automatic renewal. Their sales rep are all out of another country and all claim that they cannot do anything to help. I asked to speak to a supervisor which of course they said someone would call me right back but they didn't. More lies.
All of their 5 star reviews are from fake profiles.

First let me say I advertise on Zillow. I sell 12M a year in a small town where the average home price is below $200k. Set Schedule sold me unlimited leads for a year for $1700. However, they had no leads in the area to actually give me.
Although they acknowledged there were no leads, they would not refund me. They said they would work on purchasing leads in the area. The quality of leads is horrible. Most of the phone numbers do not work or are folks that haven't looked for a home online in over six months.
I have a 50% conversion rate on Zillow. I have ZERO conversions from Set Schedule. I would caution any agent to ask very specific questions and make sure they do not put you on auto renewal.
This was another issue I had with them. NO LEADS and AUTO RENEWAL for no leads. I would spend my advertising dollars on other sources. I just hope that maybe one lead will pan out to get my $1700 investment back. AGENT BEWARE!

Large up front signing fee and then percentage of each sale. The leads I get are out of my area or under 200k. If I take a lead for under 200k by the time I pay them and my broker I get almost nothing. I have talked to their "manager" a few times and he offers me coaching. I have been a real estate agent for 8 years. I do not want coaching I want good leads. I have done better on my own mailing post cards.

I have entered the world of internet a long time ago and I have seen a lot of good apps but these apps are above all apps because I can use this app with innate process than the amount of hassle I have to endure by running other apps. There are thousands of reasons to give this app 5 stars, but the biggest reason is its great configuration.

Answer: All of the above responses must have been fraudulently generated. Set schedule is the worst. Very dishonest company, I would keep away.
Answer: You don't have to worry about a referral fee because you will never get a valid referral. They are just people they look up in the white pages or something. They never have any idea what I'm talking about!
Answer: Yes, generally there is a 20% referral fee on leads provided by all sources such as homes.com and others. There is no referral fee on the marketing records provided on the referral radar. There is also no referral fee on any data or leads generated by the CRM and or the open house visitor management tool. Hope this helps
