I was very skeptical in signing up with this lead generation company because I had read the reviews and they were horrible
Since day one I've gotten no leads

Promised that I would get live transfers and set appointments on my calander
I addressed my concer right away they said they had to look into why there were no leads in my area
Called several times I asked several times to speak to somebody from the us of course I was denied every single time
I finally went back to my phone bill and found the numbers of the people I signed up with of course still have not returned my call
All I have to say they will lie lie lie not to bother with the negative reviews that's only 1 percent of the subscribers
In the mean time they took almost 1800 dollars of my money and didn't deliver what they promised will not return my phone very very unprofessional

This maybe a good company in a big city. I was promised 30 leads a month, which I knew in my market was not feasible. I questioned that data and where this company was getting leads from. Sales Rep said Zillow and Realtor, etc. I knew that both of those platforms were sold out in my market. The sales rep told me yes, but we buy so many leads from those platforms we get priority even in a sold out market. So, I paid my $2k plus up front, set up my account… and guess what! I got two bogus leads on the first day, and not one since. Nothing on my referral radar for 70 miles. I contacted this company to complain. The response, we got your request to buy more leads. Ugh, I paid for a 100 leads in advance and… still nothing. Don't use this platform. A waste of money,

Unfortunate that I can't rate a -5. We spent a good amount of money for 3 year old leads and people that have closed 2 years ago on property! They now have us restricted from our account with no explanation, they haven't gotten back to us in 2 days about the problem! We have lost all hope with this company and realize we have been taken for quite a bit of money. Save yourself the aggravation and headaches and just set your 2k on fire in the yard.

I've told dozens of their reps to stop contacting me. They are so bad, they dont even respond when I ask them what company they are with anymore. At least a few times a week, someone new tries to contact me. I've reported to the FCC multiple times. They dont care. Don't let the positive reviews fool you, they're obviously fake.

This company will not stop texting me multiple times a week after being asked to be removed from their list multiple times. They text from multiple phone numbers so there is no way to block them (and I think they probably know that). Completely shady way to do business and I'm tired of being harassed by them and spoken to rudely in responses when I demand they stop contacting me. I've never done business with them and never will so they have no reason to keep contacting me.

Please do not waste you time with this company. None of the leads, even the "verified hot leads" pan out. Most info isn't accurate & if it is they simply hang up on you or tell you they aren't looking right now. Two have even said they are working with an agent already. It was a healthy chunk of change to be given poor, picked over leads that aren't actually leads. I've always been told not to buy leads... should've listened.

This company lies to trick you into paying their high dollar leads service, then refuse to refund after being called out on their BS. Basically, it does not matter what lies they tell or laws they break, if you are dumb enough to sign that contract and pay them, they own you. Beware, it auto renews after a year, and they won't refund that either! RUN! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIER SERVICES!

They promised me at least 1 to 2 leads a day. It turns out that they can't even provide one in 3.5 months! Scammers that promise the moon and fail to deliver. I have seen on other sites all the complaints about them. Their canned answer is stay with us a year. Well, duh, I paid for a year up front. Send me some decent leads, or return my money! Or just close your doors! You are taking our hard earned money and doing nothing for it! They also get 20 % for a referral fee on every deal. I am happy to pay it, just send me the leads that were promised!

I've been in the real estate industry for 20 years and I use different sources to generate leads and this is bad. They use recicle leads and when you call the leads, they have not interest about real estate. It is a waste of time, energy and money. Please beware that when you sign the agreement with them, you will automatically be renewed for the next year. On another note, they have people from India, Philippine and other parts of the world calling you to check how things are going with these bad leads.

It has been the worst loss of money in my years as a real estate sales person. They keep sending leads for an area that I do not work in. The price is always around 104,420 which is unheard of in this market.
The Zip codes are always the same, not the ones that I requested and told the salesperson that I wanted. I paid with a credit card and they got the money, I requested a cancellation through my bank and they told the bank that I had signed a contract. They have only sent JUNK leads, nobody answers or calls back, do not answer emails or texts, some phone #s are disconnected. People that have answered always say that I am calling the wrong number. All is a SCAM. They should not be in the business of taking advantage of honest Realtors that do want to work and pay all this money to be deceived. NO FAIR... NO SHAME...!
