6 months later I have had a reduction in the number of texts but have had an increase of missed phone calls from their representatives. They don't leave a message but when I call that number back, it. Thankfully I have my phone always set to "focus" settings on my iPhone but most real estate agents don't do that. Today I had my phone's focus setting off as I'm trying to get technical support for my internet and I got a phone call from them that I answered. Sure enough it was SetSchedule. It's the end of May 2023 and I've now been getting calls from them for about a year with my Sitejabber complaint (with SetSchedule response) about 6 months ago. Again, if it is such a good service or product, why do they have to be so aggressive and consistent with their cold calls?! A good product or a good service doesn't need aggressive sales people violating the FTC do not call list (which I've been on for over 15 years).

I have been contacted by 7 different sales reps or "Product Educators" by SetSchedule, many 2-3 times each even after I have requested no more texts. I've texted each one and have left voice messages (none of them answer their phone). I finally got a hold of one after I scheduled a meeting with them and they told me they did indeed get my messages. I asked them to take me off of their list and put me on a do-not call and do not text list. They said ok. The messages continued so I made another appointment to talk to them. They told me they saw two different profiles for me with only one of them stating "do not call". I asked them why I have two profiles and they told me that the sales rep creates a profile for me. I asked for both of their profiles of me to be marked as do not call. I got another text last week and again, set up a meeting with them (every text has a "calendly link" to schedule a meeting any time). I asked them to not contact me. He got mad at me for scheduling time on his schedule and told me that they wouldn't bother me if I don't schedule which is a bold face lie. He proceeded to hang up on me. I called the customer support line and told them about that conversation and also asked them to make sure no more texts get to me. The customer service rep said that both profiles they had for me stated do-not-call. Today, I got another text a week after all of that. This is my 12th text from 7 "Product Educators". This needs to stop.

This company is a sham. They lead you to believe they will connect you with warm/pre-vetted leads, when in fact, you are the one who has to go out and locate your own leads based on certain algorithms that have been put into place. They should allow people to watch the training video prior to forcing them to sign on the dotted line so that people understand just what it is they are getting for the money. If I had understood it better, I WOULD NOT HAVE SIGNED UP FOR THIS SERVICE. When I realized what it "wasn't", which was just a few days after I had signed up, I was told "Sorry, we do not give refunds". They can mislead people into believing they are selling one service when they are in fact not selling that service at all, and then can keep your money when you realize you have been duped. So wrong on all levels!

I CANCELLED THE FIRST DAY I SIGNED UP. WE ALL HAVE THE 3-DAY RULE TO CANCEL CONTRACTS. THEY CALLED AND SAID THEY HAVE THEIR CONTRACT WORDED THAT THERE ARE NO REFUNDS REGARDLESS OF CIRCUMSTANCES. THEY KEPT MY MONEY WITHOUT ANY SERVICES NOR SETTING UP AN ACCOUNT FOR LEADS. THEY SENT MY DISPUTING CREDIT CARD COMPANY FAKE DOCUMENTS THAT I DIDN'T SIGN - THAT THEY SUPPOSEDLY FILLED OUT THEMSELVES. Scam! Stay away

Do not sign up with this company. I made the biggest mistake by even thinking about signing up with them. This company has countless amount of computer generated numbers that will harass you daily to sign up with them. Even if you tell them you are not interested or can't afford the $2,700 upfront sign up fee they will continue to harass you simply because they have your number. I'm not sure which business school the CEO went to that taught him to harass customers to death with different numbers daily in order to get their business. The sad part is you cannot get those texts to stop since they used so many different numbers and you are not able to block all of them. Check out their negative reviews under the better business bureau. Their Instagram comment section is turned off because they are a scam.

Waste of money

Do not fall for this trick! I did not receive a single usable lead. Plus if they send you a live transfer they want another 30% over what they required to join the program. I am not a rookie and I know how to work leads I close 20+ a year. The numbers don't work or the people have no credit. They make it impossible to reach them so you can't cancel and the billed me for a second year. I am going to the bank to cancel the card I used for payment. THIS IS A SCAM

Set Schedule is literally the worst partner company I have ever worked with in 25 years in Real Estate. DO NOT FALL PREY TO THEIR LIES! These are bottom of the barrel horrific leads. None of them are actual buyers. They make canceling the service nearly impossible, they are non-responsive to inquiries, the auto renew you after you tell them not to, but wordt of all, these are made up leads. None of them are real. Trash company, trash product, trash people working for them.

I signed up 8/2022, immediately realized after 50-100 calls of people not knowing why I was calling or live transfers of people with no credit, no income or no down payment. I made a dispute with my credit card company, they sent them 100 dead leads that are essentially leads I could've gotten from the Yellow Pages... Citing they have met their contractual agreement. I complained on the open platform that I want my money back and I suspect the people who are posting are not real people or do not know the other side of the deal. I was cut off, immediately and never let back in after paying $2k for the service. I lost my who year of advertising budget because I believed that they could do what they said they would do! AVOID At ALL COSTS

I joined 10/22. Worst real estate lead generator ever. Bad leads, low $ amt, areas I did not sign up for. Terrible customer service. Stay away, beware! They lied about everything they promised.

Selling fake leads. Horrible business! Take your money and make empty promises. "Customer Care" yells at customers and restricts accounts if you complain. A bunch of thiefs!

This is another lead generator company that has only been around for 8 years. They are only baiting you with unproven leads and you give up 20% plus upfront fees. There are 100's of these companies that do the same thing loading upfront fees. Spend your money with a company that has a professional attitude about partnerships. Win win or no deal. 0 stars if it was an option.

BEWARE! SCAMMMMM! STAY FAR AWAY!

One star because I had to. This company is a SCAM! I paid for one year of leads and never received a single lead in my zip code. NOT ONE! The leads that I did receive, not even in my area, we're all garbage. Not one lead even replied or answered a call, text, email, nothing. I told the company I was done with them and they renewed my subscription and charged me $1570 again! I am beyond upset and filing a compliant with the BBB today. Do not give them your money or time! If you have been screwed over too, please contact your state attorney general and the FTC to file an official complaint. Scammers like them need to be shut down! A great BIG NO!

On 3 separate occasions I've been contacted about a referral in my area. For 20% referral fee. This ends up being a sales pitch for SetSchedule. The first time, I thought I'd give it a listen. They never kept the appointment, 2nd time changed schedule without communication. 3rd time I'm contacted, again about a referral, make appt to talk by phone following day. I agreed not knowing it was aSetSchedule. When the rep called me, stated I needed 20 mins at my computer, I stated I'd need a better understanding of what this was about, before committing to the time (as I was super busy today) he hangs up! Very poor customer service! So I decided to look them up. I don't think I'd consider having them work with me, if this is my experience from the beginning when they want to get my business.

Dear SetSchedule,
I am writing to let you know I'm very disappointed with the services I received from your company. I asked to cancel my account, but you didn't get my email and charged me without my permission for an auto-renewal. This is not only unethical but also illegal.
It is unacceptable that your company would behave in such a manner, especially considering that I explicitly requested to cancel my account. Your failure to honor my request indicates that you do not value your customers and are willing to take advantage of them.
Furthermore, I was shocked to learn that you do not offer refunds, even in cases where you have charged customers without their permission. This is completely unacceptable and completely disregards your customers' rights.
I would like you to take immediate action to fix this situation. I demand a full refund for the unauthorized charge and the time I spent trying to resolve this issue.
In conclusion, no one should do business with SetSchedule because of how you treated me. Your actions are not only unethical but also illegal,

We set a high standard for ourselves, and we’re so sorry to hear this was not met in your interaction with our business.

As stated in the invoice that you docu-signed last 03/22/2022, cancellations must be received thirty (30) days prior to termination of the Membership term and must be sent ONLY to [email protected]. With regards to your auto-renewal, your written cancellation request has already been received last 04/04/2023. On 03/23/2024, your account will be a starter account. Feel free to continue to use the premium benefits and reach out to your Agent Success Consultant with any questions while your premium membership is still active.
