Leads are terrible. I didn't get anywhere close to even meeting any of these people. The ones that weren't dead were often just passive observers from mainstream sites like Zillow and Realtor.com. In the year that I tried this I didn't get a single decent lead and I closed $7M the year before, so the "we can't close the leads for you" line is not relevant.

I would thnk very hard and long before doing buisness with the company

Well... On a employee perspective, it is a good place to work at. Have in mind that it has a very competitive environment internally, but the team I was working with was the best ones.

Totally awesome company from what I have learn. I have had several colleges work for this company. As a project manager personally, they have always spoken high of management and the level of professionalism that is displayed throughout the company. Personally the company has been around for many years which speaks volumes stability wise...

Beautiful campus. Big buildings. Nice people. Several on-site restaurants and sandwich shops. Nothing else to see unless you have an appointment with an employee. Wonder why Google asks such questions in the first place? There is nothing to buy here, especially given the fact that without a campus badge you can't even get into the parking garages in the first place, and without an appointment with someone you can't get into the visitor parking garage.

Leads are terrible. They told me to go ahead and dispute my charge - ha knowing it would not get approved by my cc company. I tried and bc of the lingo in the contract you cannot get your money back! I'm canceling early bc I'm tired of getting the texts with invalid leads. Do not do it. Such a scam!

UPDATE: Clearly their response is an automated response. Compare it to every other negative review about them. Not only did they not verify my name and city, I also never received any follow up of any type from them.

Don't fall for their lies! The leads are NOT exclusive. The customer that are actually real (not many) almost always tell me they have received 3-5 phone calls from Realtors in the last 5 minutes. Many other "leads" are people that closed their transactions months earlier. The vast majority are leads that won't qualify for a bicycle, much less a house. I'm in the Denver market and at least 85% of the "leads" that come through are under 150K (cheap condos are over 300K). Set Schedule is selling old, bad, 200K under market and not-exclusive leads. Oh - and you're locked in once you sign. No way to get your money back.

I purchased SetSchedule lead generation in Mar 2023. The sales rep Russell could not say enough about all the leads coming to my market share. Since Mar. Nothing. No leads in my area! Today I was supposed to have a call updating me on where all these leads are. No call after spending over $1700.00! I wish I had called a few of the agents in my area that purchased this product. They all are in the same situation with no leads to pick up! Next stop...the Better Business Bureau.

If I could give a NEGATIVE STAR IT WOULD BE -5 STAR> This company spins a great story and will take your money upfront and then you will find out that there is a 20% referral fee. When I called to get a refund they said that they do not do refunds and It was in the fine print that I signed. Please do not fall for this company they are liars and a joke for a lead service
