We all know internet lead can be nurture or now leads. This system is the second worse I've ever had. Mainly because of the lies you are told when you sign up and then how they don't care to after much customer service after. Most of the leads... about 90% we're not in my state or we're renters.

Customer service does not return your calls, I tried to cancel prior to the 30 day period for renew and they said that I did not send the right email to the right address?

This service is absolute trash. Was told there were exclusive leads and live transfers that they would take a 20% split on. There are no live transfers and the leads are given to multiple agents at the exact same time so that the prospect gets bombarded from calls referencing the same organization. Customer service is awful and their attitude is ridiculous. DO NOT waste your time or $$$ on this trash.

Zero stars! Do not do business with this company or believe their lies. They will provide you horrible leads. I've shown up for numerous appointments and nobody was home. One person agreed to an appointment with me just to have them stop calling him - but he had no house to sell he rented. Save yourself your money and time by not joining their scam. Don't be a victim like I was!

The initial contact for set schedule promised myself and my sponsoring broker a test run of their system and promised us all legitimate leads. Every single lead has been fake names, fake numbers, fake email addresses and when I called to complain about it, the customer service rep refused to let me talk to a manager. Eventually someone from the company called me and said verbatim "it is not how you start it is how you finish." Well that doesn't help me when I am been sent phony leads. I think this entire operation is a scam and I would never recommend this company to anyone looking for a lead generation system.

We signed up with SetSchedule ($5K) and their leads are absolute trash. We stopped trying after about 5 months. Unfortunately, we forgot that they have you set up as automatic renewal and when we tried to cancel, it was too late. They said they texted us to call them, but we never got an email or any official notification. Not sure how their employees feel good about working for such a trash company. Don't waste your money!

Yeah, your customer success agents now tell us we need to use the platform from anywhere between three months to a year in order to see results, interesting that no one motioned that during the initial sales call, because I would expect no one would sign up then. Compare this to other platforms that require nothing down to sign-up and consistently bring in quality leads from the get-go.
Oh and they refuse to issue a refund.

After four months of using this platform we did not get a SINGLE tenable lead.
The last straw was when for the third time a lead did answer, they had no idea what I was talking about.
Most just don't answer.
I was scheduled for a call with one of their reps and he missed the appointment, and now just refuses to contact me (Rayn S.)
I demand our sign-up fee back as we were mislead about the quality of the leads.

Set Schedule is 100% a scam. They will not respond to your emails for support. Every lead is false information and/or months old. Don't waste your money. If you try to cancel, they will ignore your written request and charge you an additional year. They are a bunch of thieves! This is by far the WORST lead generation site.

Do yourself a favor and save your money. The site doesn't provide any real leads and the app is sketchy at best. I'm a week in and NOT impressed with anything so far. I am not sure if they have better results in other areas but the "leads" have hung up on me, not had real phone numbers, voicemail that is not set up... seems fishy to me for "verified" leads.

They have good salesmen- so be careful out there! The minute you pay them- this is the time they don't care anymore. They have these "couches" that can do nothing (and leave the company very often, without letting you know your couch is not working with you anymore). And when there are leads- OMG- these people don't want to talk with you at all and so angry with you calling them. Do yourself a favor and keep your money for better things. SetSchedule is nothing but a bunch of modern day crooks. I got 'sucked' into their hype with literally Z-E-R-O results to show for my money and efforts. They will pitch you on how they buy leads from other sources and it is cheaper than what you can buy them for because of their volume discount. They will tell you leads are exclusive and that they have a new system that will allow you to connect with the lead via telephone transfer. All of it false, misleading and quite honestly a scam.
If you do not cancel your subscription, SetSchedule will take it upon themselves to renew your subscription for you automatically and charge for for another round of useless service. If you dispute with your credit card company they will claim you had to notify them in writing to cancel your account even if you have removed your credit card info from your profile. They will call you prior to your renewal and be all nicey-nice but you will never ever hear back from them after that. * and * are the ring leaders of this sham. I have literally called * over 25 times and he has yet to call me back.
DO NOT under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES sign up to this service. Complete waste of money - thousands of dollars worth.

Spent thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours with my team and I attempting to convert leads from Set Schedule. The last several months this service has provided leads that have already been accepted by other agents, very, very low price points, or technical glitches that do not allow me to accept a lead. When discussed with them several times over the final 4 months of my agreement, they provided no solution beyond sales speak. Very disappointed overall. Happy to discuss with anyone about my experience. I recommend looking in another direction.

I asked Alyssa MULTIPLE TIMES: "So I do not pay any upfront fees, just a 20% referral at closing, correct?" She told me "Yes" MULTIPLE TIMES. She then wasted 30 minutes on the phone with me and at the end told me "I have to pay for the lead plus pay the referral fee". UNBELIEVABLE!

Waste of money and very expensive for leads that are clearly sourced to many people at the same time. Paid for premium service and received one set schedule which ended up they had no clue there was an appointment. I'm 5 months into it and basically just threw away $1700. This may not be the case in other markets but the austin, texas market is a waste of money.

Answer: I originally agreed to their system because they lied about how good it was.
Answer: All of the above responses must have been fraudulently generated. Set schedule is the worst. Very dishonest company, I would keep away.
Answer: You don't have to worry about a referral fee because you will never get a valid referral. They are just people they look up in the white pages or something. They never have any idea what I'm talking about!
Answer: Yes, generally there is a 20% referral fee on leads provided by all sources such as homes.com and others. There is no referral fee on the marketing records provided on the referral radar. There is also no referral fee on any data or leads generated by the CRM and or the open house visitor management tool. Hope this helps
Answer: You have to pay upfront and they don't deliver any lead. If you get a lead it's sincerely inexistente fake or very off in what they are looking for. Do not use this service they scammed me and stole my money they delivered zero leads.
