This company tells you that they get you leads from realtor.com and Homes.com but all you get is leads from facebook.com They don't know how to do business and I will never go with them again. Just a heads up if you end up working with Alexis Stys as your account manager you have wasted time and money because when she says that she will do something she won't.
Scam alert. They promise a number for leads and when they can not deliver what they promised (2 leads in 5 months) they are not refunding any money. Also there was misrepresentation when they signed me up as to referral commissions involved. Rep called me after 60 days and said " sorry we can not deliver the leads we promised and I will se if we can refund your money. The manager called after that and said they do not offer refunds. He wanted to expand me area which is not practical. Now they seem to ignore me mostly because I am no longer playing nice. Pretty poor company /service with zero integrity!

So I have been selling residential real estate for 20 years and for about 18 of those years, I have run a good portion of my business on leads generated by various platforms. Some of those lead sources I have been with for well over a decade and I have a great relationship with them. I have won awards from some and have been offered inside deals with others. In other words, I know what I am doing. So over a year ago I handed over $1600 and gave it a try. Very inpressive looking platform and much different looking than others. Thats about all I can say thats good and that does'nt get me anywhere. As far as their buyer leads, they are on par with all other lead sources... worthless. I wont even spend time here as contacting buyers through this source is an excercise in "who are you" "why are you calling me" "I have no idea how you got my number" "etc". I stopped taking the buyer leads completely. Unfortunately for this lead source, the seller leads are no better. Lots of supposed leads and in a year of calling these leads EVERY F'ING DAY... NOTHING. In the last couple of months I was just trying to pull a rabbit out of a hat to justify the cost. I did go on one appointment early on (that did not work out) but after calling around 500 to 700 leads I attribute that to the same percentages as randomly calling out of a phone book. In fact, I think I could outperform them by doing that... calling randomly out of the phone book. It just now feels like I was calling a bunch of fake leads. On top of that, their sales people keep calling me trying to sign me up. They even called when I was a current customer... many times. They called me again today which prompted me to write this review. And by theway, no phone call when my time ran out with them. So in my opinion if you want to "Set your Schedule" to waste your time, every day, there is no better service than "SetSchedule" to do that. I'm glad its over... a year of exhaustion.

I have always had good experience. If there are any technical problems the company takes care of it right away. Very good exeperience with setscheudle. Overall it's good for us, as we don't have to worry about anything.

I was promised 200 leads per month with my $1,500 commitment. Received ZERO for the first three months and was promised things would change. I received one bogus lead and requested my money back. Their legal department refused so I had to go through my credit card company. After battling these guys for about four months after that the credit card company agreed to refund my money. Wasted a lot of time and energy with this outfit. They did not perform and would highly not recommend their services. Wished I could give them a ZERO STAR rating but it doesn't go that low. Read other comments and you'll see similar experiences. Wished I read them first before giving them my money, but at least I got it back with a fight.

Good way to consolidate contacts and keep track of previous leads. Good reporting software, with a little manual effort can be a useful weekly progress reporting tool. Great Radar System

These scum suckers prey on new realtors. They promise you all these leads and an "exclusive" territory which is pure BS! They make you pay for a year in advance, then when you realize the leads are pure garbage, you better make sure you cancel early because these douche bags LOVE auto renew. Better yet, block your credit card too, if you fall for their scam. Biggest waste of my money and now, thanks to their lack of response to my cancellation request in December 2019 a couple months after I realized these were worthless leads from a dirt bag company, they billed my credit card again! Now I am fighting with AMX to get this charge removed.

Answer: I originally agreed to their system because they lied about how good it was.
Answer: All of the above responses must have been fraudulently generated. Set schedule is the worst. Very dishonest company, I would keep away.
Answer: You don't have to worry about a referral fee because you will never get a valid referral. They are just people they look up in the white pages or something. They never have any idea what I'm talking about!
Answer: Yes, generally there is a 20% referral fee on leads provided by all sources such as homes.com and others. There is no referral fee on the marketing records provided on the referral radar. There is also no referral fee on any data or leads generated by the CRM and or the open house visitor management tool. Hope this helps
Answer: You have to pay upfront and they don't deliver any lead. If you get a lead it's sincerely inexistente fake or very off in what they are looking for. Do not use this service they scammed me and stole my money they delivered zero leads.
