Don't waste your money or your time

SetSchedule is a waste of money - it has an interesting pitch and is offered at a price point that allows you to say 'Hey, even if I get one, it's worth it.' The issue is the leads that come in are questionable at best. A lead comes in that you accept and immediately follow up on. Typically, the email address is bogus and a lot of times both the phone number and email are bogus so you never hear back. Additionally, the data you get when using their 'prospecting tool' that 'identifies potential home sellers' is low quality as well - after a number of physical mailings I stopped sending to the lists because of the amount of no forwards, bad address and return to sender. You're better off with hitting up Adwerx or mailing to farm areas using a company such as The Personal Marketing company than wasting your time and money with these guys. Plus, you're locked in for a full year so you get to relive the bad purchase for months.

After I wrote a truthful review in how bad set schedule is for realtors. I got a third call from the head manager Dhaman Gill. He wanted to talk to me to help me with my grievance. I give anyone e the benefit. He Sey an appointment for around two weeks later. Pawned me off to another person victor lara. And guess what. Never called me for the third time. My counselor didn't call when he said he would and no one from the company calls when they say. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED.

I'm one of the many VICTIMS of SetSchedule! I'm in an ongoing battle with them to receive a FULL REFUND of the $2,250 I paid them for a service they know they DON'T PROVIDE! I've seen hundreds of bad reviews about this company and the CEO. SetSchedule's CEO was involved in a Ponzi scheme and conned many out of millions of dollars. Check out my attachment and do your own research on this guy. I'm not giving up until I get my money back and this guy is completely exposed for the criminal he is! Why has he been able to get away with this for so long? Because people keep giving up and don't want to fight. I'm going to fight this no matter how long it takes!

Not one seller lead on the map! These screenshots were taken at various times and on different days. They clearly show they don't offer what they guaranteed me.

Don't Do It!

If you are getting calls and texts from set Schedule offering to provide leads for a small referral fee... RUN! Even if you stumble across their ads save your money and look into another company. Set Schedule has to be the worst most unprofessional lead service provider I have ever seen in all my years as a real estate agent. Not only are the leads fake, I'm not talking about one or two which happens with any ad but everyone! I have tracked the "So-Called Owner "on several sellers leads back to where the lead name hasn't owned the property in over 3-7 years which leads me to believe that they are recycling leads...

As for the so-called buyer leads, over the last several months I have called hundreds of leads from set schedule, and not one has shown any interest, and many of the leads I have spoken with bought a home 18- 36 months prior... which as disturbing as it leads me to believe that these leads are being recycled as well.

To summarize if you make the mistake of getting started with set schedule and want to cancel your service, don't think you can just e-mail support and request to cancel upon your term ending (as stated in the terms and conditions)... not going to happen they will continue to charge your CC until you are forced to cancel the card or change bank accounts. Do your own research and call, text email agent on their testimonial page. I did and was surprised when they all had the same complaints as I did... well I wasn't really surprised this company sucks... Be very cautious there are many other companies out there that are honest, the leads are real/current and overall do a much better job, set schedule talks a good game but doesn't come close with it comes to delivering on their promises.

Both Master Subscription Agreement and your docusigned invoice states that Cancellations must be received thirty (30) days prior to termination of the Membership term. Cancellation request that we received however was after the renewal was processed.

Most leads have bad phone numbers, the ones that have good numbers are never interested

Definite scam

Had given them the benefit of the doubt. I tried to be smart and do my homework. Considering they take referral fees, it seemed like a company that would have some skin in the game. However, I was wrong.
1. Their lead generation sources are nothing short of spammers as most of the leads I got that I was actually able to connect with told me they never requested an agent to contact them and didn't understand how I got their information.
2. They were unable to provide the promised number of leads in my area
3. Despite them breaching their own contract with me, they offered no resolution and became irate with me when I confronted them about their shortcomings.
4. I was also lied to about what I should do to "appear more active to the algorithm". This in turn is now being used to claim they fulfilled their obligation.

The entire industry seems to be capitalizing off of the agent's plight. Set Schedule's leads are not real and not in the areas that we wanted. The salesperson pitch was "yes" it is verified- "yes" we have a lot of seller leads-. "yes" you can take leads 500K and above. None of this is true.

Well- the truth is that most leads are buyer leads, almost none of them are verified ( which leads me to believe they are created by Set Schedule to appear like they are garnishing a lot of leads).

The sales agents use phrases like " I am really busy" - calls are not available with them for weeks off. As if a real estate agent is not multitasking. Such a lame experience. And untruthful.

Failure to perform
April 5, 2021

Set Schedule sold me contract for lead generation in a particular zip code. In one year I've received a total of 3 leads. Of those all were unqualified phone numbers or prospects that did not know anything about their supposed interest in selling or buying a home. The company provided me leads to the neighboring state which 98% turned out to have unqualified contact information or they knew nothing about wanting to buy or sell property. When I confronted the company very early on about their failure to perform they hid their contract rather rather than cancel the contract and refund the money.

I signed up with SetSchedule and their leads are absolute trash. Boise, Idaho (one of the hottest markets and they can't even pull a lead with a pulse out of here). Most of the year was low count & poor leads with no interest of Real Estate or hang ups. Many were LJ Souce or Realy Trac and were old people saying they are not selling their home and will die there. A literal waste of time. During scheduled calls and supervisor intervention all they could say is take everyone and call everyone. I stopped trying after about 8 months. Unfortunately, I was not aware that they have you set up as automatic renewal and when I tried to cancel, it was too late. They said they texted us to call them, but we never got an email or any official notification. I disputed it and talked with a supervisor and they denied my refund request. I disputed the charge with my CC Company and am still trying to get resolve. Not sure how their employees feel good about working for such a trash company. Please learn from my painful experience and DO NOT do business with this company.

BIG WASTE OF MONEY AND FALSE PROMISES

We were led down the primrose path. Having prepaid $3600 it was the biggest waste of money in my life. I might as well have dumped it in the trash. We have had two leads in 5 weeks and both leads had no ideas why we contacted them. They stated that they had no intention of selling and wondered how we even got their names. In addition, although we filtered out rentals, we have had 3 rental calls and that is it. We do not do rentals nor do we even know where to send these people. To say frustrated, that is an understatement. When I asked for our money to be returned, they basically laughed and said read the contract.

So HUGE WARNING******* stay away from this company unless you really don't care about your money.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM A (0 *) I would.

They sold me a service, 1 year trial. For seller leads in my area. These were suppose to be "verified" leads, ready to set an appointment, according to the rep signing me up. The leads were either out of my area, and I made it clear what area Im in, or the leads were just random names with random contact info that was not valid. On the occasion I did talk with someone, they had no idea how I got thier number & was not interest in my service. After my year, Setschedule had the audacity to charge me for another year! I specifically asked when signing up if this was auto renew & told it was not. DONT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY! Look them up, you will find this complaint the same among hundreds of others!

Do not give your money to SetSchedule

Update 8 July 2021 - Just reporting that SetSchedule has won... Their tactics of ignoring clients, refusing to do anything, and the fact that their clients have to work, and can't spend a bunch of time trying to get this company to act responsibly have worked. I believe my year is up now, and have given up all hope of a refund. If you sign up for this complete waste, be prepared for the same.:-(
Update - 9 March 2021 - Received an email from Dhaman Gill, their Director of Business Development (dhaman. Gill@***. Com). Stating that I should continue to work leads, (funny, as I STILL don't have any to work) as they have a non-refund, and non-cancel agreement. Keep in mind, this has now been going on for about 7 months... Emailed him back, and cc'd the CEO (roy. Dekel@***. Com), and COO (udi. Dorner@***. Com). I don't expect they'll ever do the right thing, but hoping I can save some other hardworking real estate brokers and agents from dealing with this despicable company.

I wish I would have read and believed some of the bad reviews here before wasting nearly $1,600 with them. After 6 weeks on the platform, I've received absolutely NOTHING. Not a single viable opportunity. Not a single valid referral. The information they provided for my local market was currently active, pending or just sold listings - and these were supposed to be potential sellers/listings! One star is actually about 5 too many for this complete scam of a company.
UPDATE - It's been nearly 3 months now without a single actionable lead. My consultant at the company did at least admit that they haven't been able to produce any leads, and that it didn't look like they were a good fit for my area. Unfortunately, they are still refusing to cancel and refund. Still submitting additional information to my credit card company for disputed charge.
UPDATE 7 Feb 2021 - After sending probably 20+ emails over the last 6+ months asking for a refund and for account to be cancelled, I still have yet to receive even a single response or acknowledgement of any email. Filed complaint with BBB, and that is still ongoing, but I don't expect anything to come of it. Hoping maybe somebody will see what a scam this company is on BBB site if they don't see it here. Credit card company (Citibank) ruled my dispute in favor of SetSchedule because, according to Citibank, they never emailed me, so I didn't have anything in writing to support my dispute! That's another story, but another company lost my business there - Bye Citibank! Plenty of other credit card issuing banks out there.

Complete fraud.

They promised me 100 leads. I specifically said you will never hit that mark. The salesperson guaranteed it or a full refund. 8 months later not one lead. I called for me refund. They said they won't refund the money.

They told me that if a client that I call is not a good client they will replace it with no charge with a new client, they never did that, every client I had called was fraudulent client, the same numbers for deferent addresses, emails and phone numbers are fake, what a waist of my money and time. Shame on you all, you should be out of business and your license should be taking a way from you so you could never do business again. People like you should be put in jail.

UPDATE 5/25/2021: I hope more agents discover this website for SetSchedule reviews. Please do not believe the paid-for 5-star reviews, and take note of the reviews that are "verified purchases".

Set Schedule recycles leads and issues duplicates of leads. I have had 67 leads come in since 2/9/2021. 18 of those 67 leads are the same exact person, same contact info, duplicates.

AGENTS: Please stay away from their fancy map presentation and all the false promises of "exclusive lead partnerships" with the large home search engines. It is all false. SetSchedule deserves to go out of business and be shuttered. Good riddance.

Much of what I can say has been said before. The leads are unqualified to buy/sell a home, some phone numbers and email addresses are fake, and I have personal experience with the same lead being offered repeatedly. When you reach out to SetSchedule via email (because no one shares their direct line) to schedule a time to try and finer tune their system, you either get ignored or they ask you to schedule a call time on their calendar - over a week out. Then you attend the Zoom meeting but the representative misses the call and/or Zoom has no record of that meeting ID taking place. This company has shown me zero integrity or concern for their customers. It is a joke.

Dont Make A Mistake by using Set Schedule!

Please don't make a mistake and use Set Schedule for lead gen, worse than any syetem I've used in my 19 years in residential real estate!

Terrible leads
February 26, 2021

I subscribed for one year and closed ZERO business. There were no leads at all in my local area as promised. Then they said they would update zip codes and get me leads and never did. The only leads I received were foreclosures. Then I sent written notification to two parties that I did not want to renew and they still billed my credit card for the renewal!

We reviewed your account and invoice you signed last February 26,2020. Both Master Subscription Agreement and your docusigned invoice states that Cancellations must be received thirty (30) days PRIOR to termination of the Membership term. (https://www.setschedule.com/msa/)

You cannot cancel or request refund you only really crappy leads they promise the best leads and deliver crap

Hi Jerry,

We’re sorry to hear of your less than satisfactory experience with us and hope you will accept our sincerest apologies.

However, both Master Subscription Agreement and your docusigned invoice states that Cancellations must be received thirty (30) days PRIOR to termination of the Membership term which is on February 1,2021.

"You hereby authorize SetSchedule to charge the provided credit card for all Purchased Services listed in this Order Form for the membership term and authorize SetSchedule to automatically charge the provided credit card for the annual membership renewal. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and contact information to SetSchedule and notifying SetSchedule of any changes to such information. You may request to discontinue the automatic renewal of the membership by contacting SetSchedule via email at [email protected]. Requests for discontinuation of renewal must be received in writing no later than thirty (30) days prior to the membership annual anniversary date (Membership renewal date)."
