SetSchedule provides almost no leads in my area - so i take leads 60-80 miles from my home. They make a big production in scheduling zoom meetings for coaching. Then they NO SHOW to the zoom meeting they set up. Overall dissatisfied.
We've had a terrific experience with Set Schedule. The software is very easy-to-use and intuitive. It's so easy anyone can us the product and its free to download. Wasted my afternoon listening to them about benefits of the their programs, etc. And then they hit you with annual fee... Why don't they be upfront about their fees? All that non-sense presentation comes with heavy fees... I am not going to fall for it if they are not transparent now they won't be later... Save your hard money and spend it on other tested tools.

This company is so deceiving. Please do yourself a favor and stay away form this misleading, lying and unethical company. I paid about 2,000 for their service for one year and the leads were all junk. After a year of not using their service they charged my credit card another 2,000. I lost a total of 4,000 on this company. I am sure they have some success but for the most part most people will have zero success. If you are a current member make sure you cancel at least 60 ( the tell you 30) day before you membership renews

Both Master Subscription Agreement and your docusigned invoice states that you may request to discontinue the automatic renewal of the membership by contacting SetSchedule via email at [email protected]. Requests for discontinuation of renewal must be received in writing no later than thirty (30) days prior to the membership annual anniversary date (Membership renewal date).

SetSchedule is one big scam. So-called leads are FAKE, wrong numbers etc. They take your money and stop any communication. I have tried to find a solution, no effort on their site.
They do not deliver what you sign up for. My advice - RUN. Do not sign up with these liars.

Great company, got a couple of new appointments that may close in a month or so. The rep I was working with allowed me to replace bad leads and made sure I was happy with the new ones. Definitely recommend it to anyone.

This system promises a delivery of verified and qualified leads... they simply do not deliver on this. I have had more success with systems they "piggy-back" off of for $75/month. My dedicated "Agent Success Consultant" Brandon Ogren insisted that there is nothing he can do to let me out of the 1 year commitment BUT then quickly responded with "I'm pretty high up in this company... there's no one else to speak to" when I asked to speak with an escalations department... simply, they don't want to take responsibility for their false advertisement. They were quick to provide false advertisement and take my money, but now there is no one to speak to about this matter. The entire company is fraudulent bull****. Don't waste your money, don't waster your time; you're better off purchasing your own data and nurturing those leads yourself.

Do not waste your money on this company. First and most importantly I have an incredible system to follow up with leads which I worked with a mentor agent on setting up a couple of years ago and am aggressive with follow up, but if the leads are garbage none of that matters. I have been fighting with them for the nearly year that I have been signed up to try to get relevant leads with zero result. I have reached out to their Chief Client Officer who simply assigned me a new rep. This is my 4th or 5th, but they aren't the issue, it is that the leads are people who have zero interest in buying, are inquiring on homes at values which don't exist or are renters leads. Paying a significant fee upfront is how they make money. I honestly doubt that these are even new leads. I think these are 100% recycled based on the feedback that I have received from the people who I have contacted. Any other solution must be better than this.

Zero actual response for customer service. Over a week of sending emails and calling, with Set Schedule always saying we would be glad to help you get started, but no one seems to have the ability to answer my basic requests. I expect a canned response on here saying they will be glad to help me, but no actual action. Prove me wrong!
Update: about 3 weeks in and, yes, they reached out to say, "read your invoice". Again, not going to pursue a real estate sales agent career, and can't use (never have used) this service. But they got my money and say, "there is nothing we can do to change our policy, no refund"
Update 6 Month - Terrible follow up. Set Schedule is terrible at customer service. They responded to my review so they appear to care on this format, but 6 months later... still unresolved and unwilling to help. Yes, I have spoken with them multiple times. They understand that I was considering pursuing a real estate career, but got a job offer the day after I purchased their plan. I have never used their service, but they refuse to issue any refund even though I notified them within 24 hours. Absolute horrible people to deal with.

The leads are no better than picking up your local yellow pages and cold calling. Dahaman Gill- the manager will tell you the day after you signed up they have no obligation to refund you; and they won't. Even if you try to cancel the next day.

I am a 33-year real estate professional with over 1,100 past clients. Slick salesman really sold me a bill of goods. Missed scheduled monthIy calls from Bryant Ta. I was duped into believing that I would receive bonafide seller and buyer leads from their company. When we initially set up the location parameters for receiving the leads, it was created to receive leads for a 15-mile maximum radius from my South Orange County location; instead, I receive mostly Los Angeles County leads, which are twice the distance from my maximum radius parameters and I receive several leases, which I explained to you that I have no interest in receiving. The only leads that came to me in my service are immediately taken by someone else; despite, me accepting the lead within seconds of it arriving in my email. On two occasions Bryant told me that he was going to give me "special hotter" leads and on only one occasion he sent me a small batch of unqualified/unmotivated contacts, who had already been called by several other agents. Salesman sold me under false pretenses. I have contacted their office multiple times via phone and email since August of last year in attempts to cancel my agreement, but their call screener wouldn't let me talk to anyone and when asked to speak to Bryant's manager they just say you will have to talk to Bryant and of course Bryant will only talk to you on your scheduled monthly call. I suggest you run from this company as fast as you can.

This company claims to give pre qualified leads. Far from the truth. They say they are available to help but will not return calls or emails.

With the quality of the leads... have been much better since using real estate leads generator... The leads that didn't pan out... some of the leads needs to be nurtured... until they are ready... I think they should cut the referral fee by 5%... Almost better experience.

I never take the time to write reviews but this time I made an exception due to how terrible this company is. Last year after speaking with a customer service representative I decided to give them a try. Everything that was promised was not accurate and was misleading. The quality of their leads is terrible. I made over 100 calls and none of their leads knew why I am calling, most of them threatened to report me for unsolicited calls. Fast forward one year they charged my card again for another 1500 even after I expressed my frustration and told them O want to cancel. They refused to refund the payment. Do yourself a favor and go another route will save you a lot of time and headache.

Answer: I originally agreed to their system because they lied about how good it was.
Answer: All of the above responses must have been fraudulently generated. Set schedule is the worst. Very dishonest company, I would keep away.
Answer: You don't have to worry about a referral fee because you will never get a valid referral. They are just people they look up in the white pages or something. They never have any idea what I'm talking about!
Answer: Yes, generally there is a 20% referral fee on leads provided by all sources such as homes.com and others. There is no referral fee on the marketing records provided on the referral radar. There is also no referral fee on any data or leads generated by the CRM and or the open house visitor management tool. Hope this helps
