I joined on with Set Schedule as a new agent in the middle of the pandemic as I was having problems generating leads as a new agent. They never sent a copy of the contract, and I didn't receive any legitimate leads in 5 months. I sent them an email and responded to texts to let them know I was dissatisfied. I never heard anything back, and then I saw another credit card charge for $1700 for the new year of "service." They will not credit my card, nor will they admit they did not hold up their end of the contract. Don't use them!
I WISH I would have checked this site first. They cheerfully take your money up front and you can FORGET getting a refund. I just reported them to the BBB and I don't expect to see my $1,800 again. They TELL you how hot and qualified their leads are, but in reality these are just people who happened to click on some random house on some random site. Not necessarily people looking, in fact only ONE of the 43 useless leads I got was looking for possibly next year. Only ONE person answered the phone, email or text the first time. Three or four others told me to get lost, they had NO intention to buy or sell. One guy was very upset and asked where I got his info. Someone on Facebook clicks on a pretty picture and you immediately receive that HOT lead. They say "Oh, it's a numbers thing, stay intouch with all of them and you will get something." Yeah right! I WISH I could give ZERO stars.

I signed up with Calvin Munien for $1766 to receive leads in two zip codes starting in the $300,000 and up category. I received leads $100,000 and less in complete opposite areas. The worst part of the city for buying Real estate. Calvin convinced me to move forward with the class, which was a joke! Throughout the 3 day process of enrollment, I sent in emails and Text to Cancel. After 4 days a link was sent with the long contract that said I could cancel the auto renewal for the following year, beware, it's there! Promised phone calls from supervisors, led only to a call from a man that couldn't pronounce my name, stating they don't cancel. I've filed a fraud charge with my bank, the BBB, the Attorney Generals office. Stay away from this company.

I was called by SetSchedule about getting EXCLUSIVE qualified leads for sellers and buyers unlike Zillow that sends leads to 3-5 agents. Sounds great right? Wrong. They lied to me and they do exactly that, the lead is sent to 4-5 other agents. It cost me $4046 to sign up plus they take a 20% referral fee from each closed transactions. I have had ZERO transactions close and only 1 lead ever convert to an actual appointment and guess what another agent that was using SetSchedule did too... talk about interesting to say the least. 99.9% of the leads are fake info, don't answer or reply to calls/texts/emails or if they do they have no idea why they are being called and they are not even considering buying or selling property. This company is a FRAUD and should be sued and shut down. I expressed my frustrations throughout the year and that I didn't want to continue once my contract was up. Then of course my renewal date comes around and without any warning of any kind they still renew my contract for another $4046. I sent them an email and they pushed it off to a service rep and did everything they could to basically ignore what I requested. To this date I have yet to see a refund and they just ignore my request.
We should all form a class action lawsuit against them.

From the car salesman pitch, all the way to the worst leads imaginable, this is a company to stay clear from. Once you submit the payment, this company falls off a cliff. As a Realtor I didn't realize that when you sign up for this service you have to compete for the leads. They hit me for $1800 with a promise of 100 exclusive leads. They are not exclusive. When a lead comes in you have to grab it quick before someone else does. I also told them I just wanted seller leads. They assured me that's what I would get. Not true! They offer consultation to help you then either don't always show up or cancel. I asked them where they got their leads and they told me from other lead services. Most leads don't answer their phone. If I could back out of this scheme and get a refund I would.

Set Schedule has become a standard part of my business practices. Every morning, I wake up and hope will get new leads. Every months I got new client's. The CRM is also fantastic! We plan to work with SetSchedule on a contentious basis.

When I signed up for the service I as informed that I would receive many qualified leads. I set up my search areas and I continue to get leads from outside my search area. Many of the leads have wrong numbers or incorrect email. Most of the leads are $100,000. I met with several different customer service agents and each of them said they would eliminate the leads from Seattle and those under $500,000. I continue to get those leads. I was also informed that the gold membership will allow me and possibly two other agents to call on the client. I only reached two potential clients and they had several calls from many agents. One said up to 20. When I signed up I was speaking with the * the territorial sales manager. He assured me that I would get several leads and to give it two weeks. If not satisfied he would make it right and cancel with refund. I have left him several messages asking to cancel. He no longer responds. I feel that this company is a "bait and switch." I have set up three conference calls with my consultants and every time they haven't called me at reserved time. I simply want to stop the service. I want * to honor his word.

I have done Real Estate for many years and thought last year extra clients would be nice. Set Schedule contacted me and made multiple promises. $2200 dollars later, NOTHING. Yes they sent leads, BUT, they were OLD leads. People already had bought a home or were never interested. Fake phone numbers multiple times. Also received leads from them that I received from another source that I subscribe to. What? VERY POOR POOR COMPANY. I really don't want to hear, the I'm sorry it didn't work out from this company. Scam. Many "leads" received, but not one of them was a valid lead - complete waste of time and money. Automatically charged my account for renewal after 1 year, then would not respond to my calls and emails asking for refund.

I was a fool and signed up with this company. I think it is ridiculous that not only do you pay a fee but you also pay a referral lead if you close a deal. The issue is the Leads you get are absolutely horrible, I would say 99% of the people get mad that I am calling them because they have no idea where their information was obtained from. This by far has been the worst lead source I have use EVER! Agents, no matter how good it sounds it is NOT what they say it is. Be smart with the money you have to use for marketing or using a lead source, listen to the reviews from other agents who have spent money to be an active agent not the sales people (remember, their job is to overcome any obstacle and make it sound amazing, and collect your money and lock you in). I am pissed off and really I think these guys should be held accountable because they sell to us as agents that their leads are more reliable than they really are. I fell like they buy any type of list they can whether the list is related to real estate or not. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH SETSCHEDULE

They responded to my initial review as if they were going to do something to make things right. When I talked to someone in the phone, after sending multiple messages through the "Customer help" message on the website, I was told they rep would take care if it. Well, it's been months & they still have my $$$. After charging me for a second time, when I was promised that would not ever happen. But once they have your CC info, all bets are off. They already have standard for letters ready to rebuttals any complaints, probably because they have so many complaints for taking peoples money with false promises & never delivering. Think about it, if their service was legit, they wouldn't have to con people to get them to sign up. If they actually delivered on what they promised, agents would be beating a path to their door. Instead it's just the opposite. Agents can't cut ties soon enough, and they are still coming after you, for mire $$$. Complete criminals, there should be a class action lawsuit against these frauds!

The promises made by Set Schedule were completely a joke! I signed up for the best package with the promise of receiving all these amazing leads- well for the first 2- weeks I had Zero leads. When I tried to reach out for assistance, I had to to schedule an appointment, which took a week or two weeks to get, then when you would speak to them, it wasn't the correct department, so had to reschedule for another available appointment for week delay. This continued for the entire month! The only leads we received are cheap rentals or in areas that are not safe to be in. No, confirmed leads.
I asked to cancel the membership, since they did not fulfill their promises! I was pushed around to numerous people, but no one willing to help!
So very disappointed with this company!

The most disorganized and unprofessional group, they have set 4 appointments and then never show up to the time frames they picked, today they called me 15 min before to confirm and then didn't even show up to the meeting, what is wrong with these people! I waited for 16 min on their link they gave me, I called and emailed and still no response, DO NOT waste your money, they can't even manage to show up to sell something!

THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!
I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will be seeking legal counsel as well if I do not get my issue resolved ASAP. Your company just charged me another $3,000! I have been trying to cancel service with you guys and get a refund of my initial $3,000 for over 6 months! I have never received anything from you guys, you took my initial $3,000 passed me around to numerous "account managers" all who did nothing. All who made promises to speak with people and make things happen and absolutely nothing changed. I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau, filed a fraud claim with my bank for the recent $3,000 charge, and will now be seeking legal council for fraud if not addressed. I have been trying to get this resolved for over 6 months! Your service has NEVER in now 1 year provided one lead. I was told by previous "account mangers" they had escalated my concern and that I could receive a refund being even they could see I was not getting anything I paid for. No leads! Yet, then they would never follow up, I would call and call and leave messages and nothing. This was all over my initial $3,000 now you turned around and charged me another $3,000! I had a scheduled called with my "sucess manager" guess what... NO CALL! BIG SURPRISE!

Do not sign on to this company. They will sell you lies about providing verified leads exclusively. Leads are not verified at all! I called a "lead" that "preferred to be contacted at 10am" according to Set Schedule's trusted third party LJ Marketing. An old lady answered and stated not only is she not interested in selling but she had been getting several calls like mines. Terrible! If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. A company that has guaranteed leads but doesn't provide refunds is a joke! Stay away.

I hit the ground running thinking I was going to start getting 'VERIFIED' leads from set schedule. WELL, nothing was verified. As a matter of fact, the first 4 calls I made to 'VERIFIED' sellers, not one person had any idea what I was talking about. They had no idea how I got their number, AND DID NOT EVEN OWN A HOME. I immediately called them asking to speak to my consultant. They said he was not available and I would have to wait for my first consultation to have any questions answered. WENT DOWNHILL FROM THERE. Answer: I originally agreed to their system because they lied about how good it was.
Answer: All of the above responses must have been fraudulently generated. Set schedule is the worst. Very dishonest company, I would keep away.
Answer: You don't have to worry about a referral fee because you will never get a valid referral. They are just people they look up in the white pages or something. They never have any idea what I'm talking about!
Answer: Yes, generally there is a 20% referral fee on leads provided by all sources such as homes.com and others. There is no referral fee on the marketing records provided on the referral radar. There is also no referral fee on any data or leads generated by the CRM and or the open house visitor management tool. Hope this helps
Answer: You have to pay upfront and they don't deliver any lead. If you get a lead it's sincerely inexistente fake or very off in what they are looking for. Do not use this service they scammed me and stole my money they delivered zero leads.

Regarding the renewal, it is written on the invoice that you signed and received when you signed up with our platform that requests for discontinuation of renewal must be received in writing no later than thirty (30) days prior to the membership annual anniversary date (Membership renewal date) and must be sent to [email protected].
