I'm feeling ripped off!

Not one good lead so far in 2 weeks! The only returned calls I received was from a couple of the supposed opportunities saying stop calling them. I let the company know that I was told that the leads would be approved buyers and that I would get live calls. I was also told that I would get 100 leads per month. Not even close so far under 30 non-leads and all of them are duds! I want my money back! They will not give me my money back. They hide behind the contract they have you sign up front while they are really bragging about how good their company. They say they don't have a return policy even though they lied to me. I would not recommend them at all.

Horrible leads
November 24, 2021

I was contacted to see if I was interested in receiving leads for free with a 20% referral fee. Once I responded, they told me that if I wanted better leads, I could pay a yearly fee, which I did.

So far the leads have been very bad with low purchase amounts. Price ranges are unheard of in the areas the leads are coming from.

Also, I requested a 15 mile radius and am getting leads from areas that are 50 miles or more.

Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money. I have requested a refund and am waiting on a response.

Total Scam!

On October 29th 2021 I had a presentation done by Set Schedule representative *. In this presentation we were told that the company supplies agents with leads for real estate buyers and agents. We were told they had different packages and that if we wanted a basic package we would be sent leads that were unverified and if we resulted in a transaction that closed we would then pay a 20% commission fee to them. Then we were told that if we wanted to get verified leads where they would first be calling the leads to insure they were serious buyers or sellers and if we wanted to be set up with direct calls with the buyers and sellers and video calls they had a gold package where we would be paying them an annual fee plus the commission.
Decided to go with the Gold package to get verified leads. Upon the first week of having the system we found that none of the leads were indeed verified and not a single call or video chat was presented to us. She attempted 42 leads and out of all of the 42 not a single one was verified. Phone numbers were invalid, people asked that we stop calling them and said they were not interested in buying or selling.
It is very apparent that what she paid for is not what she is getting and that indeed the Gold package is nothing more than the free service that is offered.

Set Schedule is a total scam! I paid $1,489 for the annual fee for real estate leads. When the leads hit my text, I responded to them within 1-2 minutes. They were already taken. Set Schedule failed to tell me that in my market, there are over 15-20 Realtors all competing for the same leads in the same zip code. Even when Set Schedule rang my phone with the "concierge service", I would pick up and Set Schedule would say, I'm sorry this lead has already been given out." even though I picked up the phone on the 2nd ring! DO NOT use this lead service!

Those people are scammers please stay away and be careful don't fall for their sales pitch they place ads on Facebook realtor and other platform and they collect data and resell it that's it they don't provide leads

I DID provide written notice to cancel my account. I provided the notice MONTHS prior to the renewal date. Your predatory sales techniques tried to require that I SPEAK with one of your greasy sales people, who no doubt would attempt to keep my account alive. I refused. I also received a full refund by disputing the charge with my bank. I would now give you zero stars if that were possible. Please put my phone number and email address on your "Do Not Contact" list. Thank you.

Junk Leads from a Predatory Sales Company

Company won't turn off auto-renew on my subscription even though I contacted them and made the request months prior to my renewal. Some good potential leads, but no way to filter price/type resulting in a constant barrage of texts/emails causing nothing but interruption to your day.
They billed me for a second year and are refusing to reimburse, so I have to dispute through my bank. Stay away from these predators!

Cant get rid of them

I agreed to discuss the opportunities the company offers. I decided they were not for me. They keep sending me emails and will not allow me to unsubscribe. Someone in the company set up an account for me without me be aware of it. Somehow I have to go in this account to cancel any notifications. I am glad I decided they were not for me.

Agents beware

This company promises exclusive unlimited leads. Not true at the very least. Leads have already been to other sites before registering into SetSchedule database. I claimed several leads immediately and they had already been working with other agents. Save your money!

Horrible experience

Horrible experience, overall the leads were either unaware of how I obtained their information because they never input their information on a website or simply wrong numbers. The few that were valid leads already had an agent, when I tried to contact set schedule about this concern they simply said to keep making the call. Tiro al waist of time and money.

BE CAREFUL WHO YOU GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO TO! They will renew you after the first year whether you want their service or not, and refuse a refund, no matter what. Even if the leads were good it just isn't worth it to be involved with a company like this! I could go on about my low opinion of their leads but that's almost beside the point. I'm still in shell shock over their business practices!

I used this company for real estate leads. I am a successful broker in the business for many years. Sales pitch was a great one and I agreed to use their service and paid them up front. MISTAKE. NEVER GAVE A SINGLE LEAD that was anything near a good one. A lot of lies, and on top of it, they continue to call/text and not use the company name. Last week I got four different text messages from different numbers all stating identical sales pitch and when I asked about the company guess who it was? Yep, all of them were Setschedule trying to get me to pay them for leads. STOP ALREADY. They do not deliver and will not leave you alone. This has been years now. I lost money with them, they charged more than verbally promised and refused to refund me a dime and never delivered on their end. Don't waste your money on these leads. What I've learned: If you pay a percentage of commission when it closes then never pay a dime up front. Decent leads will easily cover the cost to any company and set up fees are with companies that don't deliver.

I signed up with SetSchedule 8/12/2021 and paid $2,025.00 to receive exclusive leads for buyers and sellers. The representatives (spoke with two) assured me they were different than other companies and would provide warm leads that should lead to approx. 3 closings a month, that I was the only one in my area and that I would not have to compete with other agents for the leads. The reps bragged about how they were different. I've answered numerous transfer calls to only receive a recording that another agent beat me to it. I've received a ton of text/messages regarding leads for buyers who are looking to buy under $100k, or sellers that were already working with a realtor and had no clue to why I was calling them, or others that had no interest in buying or selling property. Initially, they tried to charge me more than agreed, but listened to the call recording to determine I was due a discount. I was told after I complained, that I would receive better leads after I have been with them awhile. Had I read the complaints on the BBB website, I would've never signed up with this company.

Class Action Lawsuit

This company has enough bad business practices and they have scammed so many people out of their money that something should be done. This company has no morals and no direction as to what they are doing except taking your money. I have tried on numerous occasions to communicate something very simple with this company and it has been a horrible experience. Just to be clear, I signed up and after digging deeper in my research about the company(EVERYONE SHOULD DO THIS) I found out that their services are not a good fit for me. Before setschedule rendered any services to me I requested a refund. The irony is that no one you speak with knows how to get in contact with the billing department(which is only an email no direct contact). The billing department has not reached back out to me in regards to my request. In the state of VA there is a right of rescission. This company is breaking the law and should be punished for the lack of competency. The representative that I spoke with had no clue about the law and rules. This company is in breach of the contract that I have signed and will not return any of my calls with a serious resolve. Instead they get some representative that has nothing to do with my request to call me and sound completely lost as to why they are calling me in the first place. Very unprofessional company at best. No notes are being communicated so its like starting over anytime you speak with someone new. To add fuel, I requested a meeting, which is like the only way to reach these people and the representative did not even show up to the zoom call. SCAM ARTIST! If they get your money you won't hear back from them. To save yourself your hard earned money and some stress, please stay away from this company. If you too have been put in this situation by this company it is time to do something! Don't allow a company like this to take our hard earned money. I will be leaving a follow up review to let everyone know how this situation got resolved. My guess is a lawsuit because no one from this company has integrity, it is all about the money.

Complete garbage

The amount of leads promised at signup will never happen. The leads that you get are not leads. None of the people could ever figure out why we were calling. The set appointments never knew they had an appointment, and we would show up to either get stood up, or sent away. It was a complete waste of time, and a year worth of empty promises, and no results. The leads aren't worth the heft program fee, let alone a 20% referral fee on top of it. RUN!

I have been with them for about 1 month, 3 leads one sold already, one not intrested DNC, one may move here one day, I was promised a lot of leads, like 4 a day I paid them $1995 for the chance to pay them commision for the leads I work. I can't talk to any one with out a appointment a week out then they dont show for the zoom meeting, They have sent me leads for 88k 100K only the 3 for over $200K in I got those in the 1st 2 days our average list price is 369K. No leads in the last 2 weeks at all. They are nothing but frustration, They are a waste of money and time. So sorry They have taken up so much of my good energy. You would do better to buy pens with your phone number on and pass them out.

I received a cold call in the middle of the day from somebody claiming they wanted to introduce me to a buyer, they would just need to transfer me to their manager. I asked them directly if they were soliciting a product to which they replied "this is not a solicitation call". The manager I was transferred to had no idea the connection was being made. He proceeded to pitch me on their $2000/year product the next day at the end of a 30 minute presentation. These are slimy scammer tactics that aim to guilt one into making a decision after agreeing with their salesperson over a drawn out presentation. If this is the experience they approach their potential partners with, I imagine it is similar for their customers who will be the "leads" you work with. I would not choose to have my reputation associated with this company and I would definitely not sign any sort of contract with them.

This Company DOES NOT live up to its word at all! As one reviewer already alluded to... I am Really surprised someone would be okay showing up every day to a company like this that lacks, integrity, follow through and commitment to their word. Sadly, I drank the coolaid! The two guys I spoke with Richard and Matt were smooth talkers. They blatantly lied on the phone when I told them I was skeptical about lead service systems like Zillow, Homevalues, com etc. They said Oh no we are not like that at all. My agent friend was on a speaker and heard exactly what they said. I was told that I could set up my own price range ( minimum price point) geographical area and that leads were pre-screened. Does *******@aol.com sound like a legitimate email to you... well its not! And the phone number was a fax#.
I had recently started mentoring a new agent and thought this would be a great way for them to build a database of people with "pre-screened" qualified buyers AS I WAS TOLD on the phone they would be. So far from the truth! My minimum requirement was $500k and above... the first set of leads I got was $100-$300K. Within a matter of days I wanted to cancel because I could tell, this program was a SCAM. These were not going to be qualified leads at all --instead SetSchedule model is more like throwing spaghetti against the wall and seeing what sticks! I called Richard, text, emailed and NO response. I'll got back was an automated email asking if I had set up my one one one call --- did that once, waste of time! I spent nearly $2,000 for this program - I'm not going down without a fight. Hope this helps someone else from getting burned!

Stay Away

If you want to talk with them, you have to schedule 5-7 days out. They do not do what they say they will do. Also if someone does call, you will never speak with the same person. They give real estate a bad name because of their business practices. Each state needs to look into this company. My experience has been a nightmare.

Watch out

As a 37 year high producing real estate veteran, I am disgusted with this company for auto-renewimg my subscription for a second year at $1,100! This auto-renewal was not explained by the salesperson initially when I agreed to sign up, and I had waited months in anticipation for this one-year contract to expire because it just was not a good fit for me and my business. Then shockingly I found out they had auto-renewed my subscription!
I have tried for many months to get a reimbursement for a lead service that I did not want, and did not use. They have been non-responsive to all of my explanations and requests.
I feel robbed of this second $1,100 charge to my Visa card, and am extremely disappointed in this company for not reimbursing me anything for a service they know I did not use. I canceled anyway, land lost the money, but still am receiving calls from Setschedule, and their "support" person told me tonight there is nothing she can do to halt the calls, and to block the number.
Not recommended for these reasons. Completely inconsiderate of valid explanations. Sad that a company can have such greedy behavior.
I felt the need to share, so that others do not have such an experience.

We reviewed your account and invoice you signed last June 27,2019. Both Master Subscription Agreement and your docusigned invoice states that you may request to discontinue the automatic renewal of the membership by contacting SetSchedule via email at [email protected]. Requests for discontinuation of renewal must be received in writing no later than thirty (30) days prior to the membership annual anniversary date (Membership renewal date).

We already transferred your concern to one of our Agent Success Consultants and they should reach out to you as soon as possible to teach you the best practices, maximizing your membership and different ways in using the app. If you need any other assistance in the meantime, below is a link to our Help Center that takes you step by step on how to do things within the app.

Rip off -big scam

Please don't get sucked in by the great sales people guaranteeing you'll get great leads.
The whole business model is a joke they only want your $2000 that you sign up for.
They let you pick the areas you want leads from except for in Chicago they get no good leads in the areas that I want where the most expensive homes are. They get the crappy leads from other websites that nobody wants that are no good it says they get some leads from Zillow but if they were good lead Zila would keep them and sell them to their customers they are just bad leads bad phone numbers Betty emails and most importantly people that don't want our service.
BTW there's no way for them to track the business you get and thus their 20% referral fee i'm sure has never been paid to them because they have crappy leads and nobody would pay them
They just know there's a lot of new realtors out there that are desperate to make money and they have $2000 in their pocket they can afford to blow.
Don't be one of those people like we were we saw bad reviews and they said oh no those are just a few people not enough people give us good reviews but the truth is the leads are a joke most people don't want to hear from you they didn't sign up or the phone numbers are no good it's just a waste of money. I can't believe they haven't been shut down by the government
