Don't be scammed!

SetSchedule SCAMMERS took money from our account ($1,800) without permission even after we spoke to several people and tried to cancel this so-called service, months before the end of our one-year contract. Everyone we spoke to and emailed lied to us and told us that it was successfully canceled, and I am starting to believe they were all instructed to do so with the end in mind being to do exactly what they did to us. In addition, the service they promised was anything but successful. They sold us a bill of goods and never delivered on their promises. The manager we spoke to was completely resistant to helping us, refused to return our money, and ultimately hung up the phone on us. I have never experienced anything so horrible with any other company in my life and no one should do business with this company, ever!

SetSchedule promised told me that that had an overabundance of leads in my area. I have been selling Real Estate for over 20 years and told them that I can only accept real estate leads within 7 miles from my home and close to the market average or higher for people interested in buying homes. I was told by the product specialist that if I was not satisfied that I could cancel. Even the contract says that I can cancel within 30 days if not satisfied.

I spoke to make support specialists about leads that I was getting that were out of my area or much lower than homes sell for any of the areas within 7 miles of my home. Since I have been selling for over 20 years, I did not want to run around further with people who cannot afford to buy in those areas. Seven miles pretty much covers the area that I am comfortable in selling. If they did not deliver, I was able to cancel.

I sent at least 3 emails within the first 30 days making my wish to cancel and also asked to speak with a manager. I was told that I would hear from a manager within 24 hours and probably within an hour. No one contacted me and no one responded to my cancelation request. Every time I would call customer service, they people I would speak were not at the level to cancel my services. They are not letting me cancel, even though cancellation is stipulated in the contract.

Please never use this company. I gave them every shot possible and they were horrible.

Not worth it

Leads are old and haven't gotten one in three months that was even viable. Then they want you to spend your time to do monthly optimization calls rate their leads and all this other stuff and their leaves are not from good sources at least in our market we haven't found that to be the case.

It all sounds so good as they are signing you up. The leads they slam you with are vague and a waste of time. My partner and i paid 1,500$ for a year. We worked so hard to make any of the leads provided work out. It was always a dead end and a huge waste of time. Our rep had promised a money back guarantee but disappeared when we had questions or problems.we told him we were really frustrated and that we would never sign up again. When the renewal date came up, another 1,500$ charge showed up on my credit card statement, completely unauthorized.We have made an exhaustive effort to dispute it, get it reversed, they lie saying they will get you over to someone who can help when they have no intention. We have now paid 3,000$ for an unbelievable waste of our time and absolutelyy not ONE good lead and no customer service for mistakes regarding payment. I believe this is a 100% scam. Please don't fall for it, dont try anything or sign anything. Just hang up! This company is pure evil!

Requests for discontinuation of renewal must be received in writing no later than thirty (30) days prior to the membership annual anniversary date (Membership renewal date). “

These people have been bothered so much by the that came through. They did not wanna talk to you at all. This is a total scam do not pay $2000 for the year I really am trying to fight for a refund this is not fair at all. I consider myself really good at cold calling Leads that came through. At least get somewhere with them usually. I've been an agent for 16 years so it's not just that I couldn't close. Don't trust this company. I hope they make it right with me.

Horrible Scam on Hard Working Realtors

They start off with their tag team approach of getting you wound up and involved in their sales pitch. It reminds me a lot of "Wolf of Wall Street". I'm almost embarrassed that I bought into their scam. We signed up and the CRM and "Radar" system is way better than most. The part they forget to tell you is they get all of their leads from FB, Homes.com and a bunch of fake names and addresses. I was threatened to be sued by more of the so called leads. The part that I discovered none of the people agreed to be contacted by SetSchedule or any of their realtors. Most if not all were on the do not call list and since I didn't obtain their information through proper channels and their consent for my services I was actually liable should they have pressed the issue. Customer service was horrible, never returned calls, always blamed up for not following their proven process, which was called their bluff on as well. We actually called, texted and emailed over 500 of their so called hot leads and not even one was legitimate. We partnered with 2 lenders and had them call each one at least 4 times, and then put them on a drip campaign. At the end of the day it was a waste of time and hard earned money. For al of you agents out there keep your money and save yourself the frustration. If I could find enough people to get together for a class action suit I would love to see it happen. I have endless files of misleading, corrupted responses, lies and deceit from this company, so if anyone needs any help closing down this scam company please reach to to me.

This company utilizes unethical business practices. In December, over a month ago, we followed the process provided by the account rep via phone to cancel. We sent multiple emails and in January were charged for another full year. We have made multiple attempts to contact and today when we finally received a call back, the agent laughed at us over our request for a refund. BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

They called me and got me at a weak moment and i signed up for a year; and paid their fee. Big Mistake. The APP is clunky, does not work well, the leads are very very very tenuous to be generous. Their concept is a valid one, but poor execution and no qualification of leads. These are people that visited other real estate sites for ANY reason and these folks buy them or scrape them from the floor (as the good leads are already sold directly). May be good targets for a long term direct mail drip campaign, but mostly a waste of time and money. And, after a lot of work, if you are lucky to close one, you owe them 20%! My phone app would not load using my email and password after a while. It took me days to get through. I now want to get my money back. Let's see if that happens. I am having better results elsewhere.

I let a salesperson talk me into investing $1100 in this lead gen platform. I discovered that it wasn't for me, and anxiously awaited the end of my year contract. Unfortunately, what the salesperson did not mention, was that the program would automatically renew each year unless I canceled. So, when I discovered that a second year of this $1100 "service" was billed to my VISA automatically, I promptly called to cancel. For several months thereafter, I wrote emails and made calls to the Setschedule customer service department personnel, and was repeatedly refused even a partial or pro-rated reimbursement, and was not allowed to cancel.
This meant that I had literally wasted $2200 paid to this company. They in my opinion were simply awful to deal with, and refused any reasonable resolution. I feel that Setschedule totally ripped me off! This will not be forgotten!
I still feel that I should share my negative experience, at least until such time as this company reimburses me for the unwanted 2nd year they charged me for. They should do the right thing.

I'm kicking myself for signing up for this useless system. $1650 down the tubes. All the leads I've received since subscribing have been bad... every single one, from non-functioning numbers to leads that simply hang up on me... but most don't bother to answer emails, phone calls or texts at all. Now they have revamped the entire platform and it has stopped working. The "leads" they are sending me send me into the internet ethers and all the so-called leads I've been trying to reach for the past few weeks have vanished from the system.

This company is a joke. They give terrible leads and force you to sign an automatic renewal. I spoke to several people on the phone after texting that I did NOT want to continue working with them. Every time the person I spoke too would tell me I had to do this or that to recoup my money but all they sent was garbage leads. I lost two teammates over this who said the same. When it was prior to the year I told 2 people on the phone I did NOT want to renew and also texted but this didn't work. They took without authorization my money and now will not refund it. CROOKS!

Horrendous

This company does not know how to vet their leads. Their follow up is absolutely abysmal. When I requested in writing to every department imaginable there, they assured me that my card wouldn't be charged a second time… I look on my credit card statement yesterday… they charged it without my authorization. That's the definition of credit card fraud. Posting a complaint with the better business bureau as well. If they call you… do yourself a favor and run the other direction. Their leads are trash

Absolutely the worst company I have dealt with in a very long time. The quality of their leads is horrendous, old and useless. To add insult to injury, their customer services representatives totally lie to you. Don't waste any time with this company, its like throwing your money away.

Fraudulent - Misleading!

Terrible!

I used set schedule and they took my money and gave me nothing for it. Constantly promising appointments and never got anything. Tried to get my money back but of course they refused. Eventually they stop talking to me all together. Wish I would've read reviews on this company and not wasted my money. You've been warned!

Not an honest operation
December 7, 2021

Extremely poor quality on the leads. I contacted them and explained that I will not continue with the program and to please do not renew my subscription. This was August 7th.
They still hit my account and now they have had 4 different reps calling me that do not know how to defend the fact that my e-mail is on my file and yet they decided to withdraw the renewal from my account. That is stealing. I have proof.

We reviewed your account and invoice you signed last November 30,2020. Both Master Subscription Agreement and your docusigned invoice states that you may request to discontinue the automatic renewal of the membership by contacting SetSchedule via email at [email protected]. Requests for discontinuation of renewal must be received in writing no later than thirty (30) days prior to the membership annual anniversary date (Membership renewal date).

Don't waste your money
December 7, 2021

Been with Set schedule for almost a year now. Here's what they do- they give multiple agents the same leads-therefore prospective buyer/sellers will be instantly bombarded with phone calls from numerous agents... Think about how annoying and off-putting this would be to someone. I would say 95% of the leads they sent me either had an unrealistic price point-for example someone with a budget of $35,000 looking to buy in an area with a median price of $450,000- Or I would call and the phone number was fake or the email address wasn't real. In the very few instances I did actually talk to a lead, they insisted they never inquired about anything and acted annoyed I was calling them. I'm not sure what set schedule's vetting process is for these leads but it's absolutely garbage. To put the cherry on top, they demand a 25% referral fee for any deals you actually do close on.
